As a container for The owner's collection of treasures, The Whiskey Room represents a collection of spaces that combine nostalgia for travel life with many of The treasures acquired along The way. Simone Haag has curated a series of works designed to enhance existing facilities, create a unique destination within the heritage house, and be bold in a unique way.

This magnificent historic home in Amdale tells the story of the original heritage, the latest layering that gives the current custodians the ability to insert their work into its history.

Every home is an opportunity to show the personality of the residents, and it is also a place to create a unique world. The owner can invite others to share with it. As a personal style immersed in furniture, art and lighting, space has become an exhibition to some extent.

The Whiskey Room is almost an accelerated version of the concept. Under the guidance of Simone HAAG, the owners are committed to transforming a series of existing and conspicuous spaces in their legendary houses, layered more elements to further stimulate the volume.

Although the reconstruction of the house is still included in several rooms, its impact is huge. The decision focusing on several rooms not only enhances its determination, but if it is applied to the entire family, its impact will not be covered.

Instead, the other quiet repair space is maintained, and the saturation of the curatorial is included in the key space. In the informal living room, foyer and master bedrooms, based on earth color tones, the inner wall is wrapped in a rich color tone, laying the foundation for the internal works.

The completion of the new work has become a history of details that have been expressed through family architecture. Combining existing works collected from the trip with new works, it creates an interesting narrative form and geometric graphics, which are collected together through a balanced lens.
