随着教育“双减政策”的提出，是一次教育的新革新，为教育管理部门，教育机构提出了一个新的问题，教育何为？Culture Sower作为一个国际文化平台，我们不仅关注于当下艺术文化生态的构建，更希望植根于青少年，植根艺术文化的未来。这也是Culture Sower 作为一个滋长于不同文化背景下用心培育这粒种子的使命与初心。

因此，Culture Sower全球文化平台联动小小职业家教育品牌，共同推出CS青少年国际艺术杯（全称Culture Sower青少年国际艺术杯）——小小艺术家选拔大赛。

去年9月份教育部推出2022版新课标，其中艺术课程占比达到9%-11%，其中美育是主要课程之一，美育在社会教育及青少年健康成长方面发挥着不可代替作用，本次活动聚合国内外高端优势教育资源，邀请国内各大教育机构、共同推动青少年美育发展，为青少年艺术教育及健康成长营造良好的环境与氛围，共同携手为青少年的健康发展提供一片成长的沃土。

一、征集要求

A. Solicitation requirements

参赛主题：创作主题不限，艺术风格不限，提倡自由表达，发挥自身擅长的艺术表达方式，创作出独一无二的艺术作品。要求积极向上，作者原创作品。

The theme of the competition: there are no limits on the theme of creation and the style of art. We advocate free expression, give play to our own artistic expression, and create unique works of art. It is required to be positive and original.

参赛形式：个人或者团体作品均可

Entry form: individual or group works.

征稿对象：全球艺术爱好者（年龄要求4-18周岁）。鼓励各学校青少年活动中心，少年宫，美术机构组织集体参赛

Target: global art lovers (age requirement: 4-25 years old). Encourage youth activity centers, children's palaces and art institutions of all schools to organize collective participation

征集年龄组：幼儿组4-5岁、儿童组6-10岁请、少年组 11-14岁、青少年组 15-25岁

Age group: children group (4-5 years old), children group (6-10 years old), youth group (11-14 years old), and youth group (15-25 years old).

艺术表现形式：数码、彩泥雕塑、动漫、手工、陶艺、水彩、蜡笔、马克笔、彩铅、油画棒、素描、钢笔画等均可。

Art forms: digital, clay sculpture, animation, handicrafts, pottery, watercolor, crayon, marker, color lead, oil stick, sketch, pen painting etc.

作品尺寸建议：美术、书法类 38.9*54.6cm -97*180cm，雕塑、陶艺、手工类（10-50cm），集体创作作品和其他形式作品不限。

Suggested size of works: 4-piece size, unlimited for collective works and other forms of works.

二、征集时间

初赛投稿时间：2022年8月12日-10月8日

Submission time of preliminary contest: 12th August - 8th October, 2022

初赛：10月8日之前请将扫描过使用高清照片发送到制定电子邮件

Preliminary contest: please send the scanned HD photos to the designated email before 8th October.

复赛投稿时间：2022年10月25日-11月10日

Submission time of the second round: 25th October - 10th November 2022

复赛：11月10日前将原作邮寄到指定地址（复赛仅限本次参与初赛的小小艺术家）。

Second round: the original works will be mailed to the designated address on 10th November (the second round is only for little artists participating in the first round).

组委会有权使用参赛者的作品图片个人照片、视频，做一系列宣传和画册出版等，根据活动宣传需要。

The organizing committee has the right to use the individual photos and videos of the contestants' works to do a series of publicity and publication of picture books.

三、评选

Selection

初赛：

Preliminary competition:

初赛所有作品将在线上展出，并经过专家评审与大众投票评审最终决出胜负，其中专家评审占80%，大众投票评审占20%。

All works of the preliminary contest will be displayed online, and the final winner will be determined by expert review and public voting review, of which 80% will be expert review and 20% will be public voting review.

金奖：10% 、银奖：30% 、优秀奖：若干。

复赛：自由选择参加复赛，参与复赛的小小艺术家将有机会在线上与CultureSower 专家评委展业的点评和互动。并有机会与艺术家互动交流。

Semi finals: free choice to participate in the second round. little artists participating in the second round will have the opportunity to comment on and interact with the exhibition industry of culturesower expert judges online，and get the chance to interact and connect with artist.

获奖说明：

Award Description:

金奖者将获得：证书、艺术家签名留念卡、平台小小艺术家会员，优先享受本年度平台组织活动、与艺术家线上（或线下）艺术交流优先参与机会。

Gold Prize winners： certificates, artist signature souvenir cards, and small artist members of the platform. They will enjoy the activities organized by Culture Sower this year and the online (or offline) art exchanges with artists.

银奖获得者：证书、艺术家签名留念卡、与艺术家线上交流机会。

Silver Prize winner: certificate, artist signature souvenir card, online communication opportunities with artists.

优秀奖获得者：证书、艺术家签名留念卡
