△Camp Roig 31_西班牙马洛卡岛

Camp Roig 31是位于西班牙马洛卡岛上的一家精品民宿，由一座建于1910年的老别墅改造而成。项目位于古色古香的阿拉罗（Alaró）小镇，位于Tramuntana山脉的东南山麓，如今大约有5500名居民，城堡Castell d'Alaró是当地最大的旅游景点与历史建筑。

Camp Roig 31 is a boutique B&B located on the Spanish island of Mallorca. It was transformed from an old villa built in 1910. The project is located in the quaint town of Alaró, in the southeastern foothills of the Tramuntana Mountains. Today there are approximately 5,500 residents. The castle Castell d'Alaró is the largest tourist attraction and historical building in the area.

Camp Roig 31由马洛卡岛本土的设计事务所Durietz Design & Development设计。事务所由两位瑞典籍建筑师Josephine与Christoffer共同创立，马洛卡岛也是他们的梦想之地，他们从2016年搬到了马洛卡岛定居，并长期生活在这里。事务所主要从事对历史建筑项目改造、修复与美化，他们的设计融合了现代气息与古老元素，旨在营造优雅、宁静质朴的生活空间。

Camp Roig 31 was designed by Durietz Design & Development, a local design firm in Mallorca. The firm was founded by two Swedish architects Josephine and Christoffer. Mallorca is also their dream place. They moved to Mallorca to settle in 2016 and live there for a long time. The office is mainly engaged in the renovation, restoration and beautification of historical building projects. Their design combines modern and ancient elements to create an elegant, quiet and simple living space.

Josephine出生于瑞典，拥有工业和汽车设计背景，到斯德哥尔摩后转向建筑、室内设计和项目管理方向的工作，在搬到马略卡岛之前，她还经营自己的室内设计公司。如今她负责事务所的创意工作，除了室内设计，她平时还不间断地创作绘画和雕塑形式的艺术作品，她是一位游离于自然、建筑、设计与艺术间的设计师，有强烈的个人精神意志。
Josephine was born in Sweden and has a background in industrial and automotive design. After moving to Stockholm, she turned to work in architecture, interior design and project management. Before moving to Mallorca, she also ran her own interior design company. Now she is responsible for the creative work of the office. In addition to interior design, she also creates art works in the form of painting and sculpture without interruption. She is a designer who is free from nature, architecture, design and art, and has a strong personal Spiritual will.

Camp Roig31 是一座独特的联排别墅，起初这里作为当地种植庄稼的临时居所，具有通透的大露台，与自然景观互相眺望，环境古朴、安静、优美。由Durietz Design & Development 精心设计和翻新后，现有生活空间、家庭办公室、厨房、内外用餐区、客厅、休息阳台、酒窖、车库和游泳池的花园。
Camp Roig31 is a unique townhouse. It was originally used as a temporary residence for local crops. It has a large transparent terrace overlooking the natural landscape. The environment is simple, quiet and beautiful. After careful design and renovation by Durietz Design & Development, the existing living space, home office, kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area, living room, lounge balcony, wine cellar, garage and swimming pool garden.

设计师的愿景是将其改造成马洛卡岛极具艺术、永恒质朴的住宅。同时具有古老的痕迹，赋予独特的氛围，构筑一方独一无二的生活空间，营造一种源于安静的治愈与审美。
The designer’s vision is to transform it into an artistic, timeless and rustic residence on the island of Mallorca. At the same time, it has ancient traces, gives a unique atmosphere, builds a unique living space, and creates a kind of healing and aesthetics derived from quiet.


△安静的休闲空间
室内空间与庭院景观相互连接，聆听自然的召唤，与环境相融，设计师在不亵渎建筑灵魂的情况下，保留建筑的宝贵细节，采用朴质的材质，追求自然与艺术的完美融合，营造精神的趣味性，同时赋予空间新的活力。
The interior space and the courtyard landscape are connected to each other, listening to the call of nature, and blending with the environment. The designer retains the precious details of the building without sacrificing the soul of the building, using simple materials, pursuing the perfect fusion of nature and art, and creating a spirit It is interesting and gives the space new vitality at the same time.

△阁楼｜静谧与诗意
开放式的厨房与用餐区最大限度地引入自然光，空间变得灵动通透，同时呈现纯粹的肌理，时间游走的痕迹赋予若真若幻的感觉。
The open kitchen and dining area introduce natural light to the maximum, and the space becomes smart and transparent, while presenting a pure texture. The traces of time travel give a sense of reality and fantasy.

纯粹的美是追求的一种生活方式，也是精神与灵魂共鸣的所需。设计师在卧室中采用朴实、安静、谦逊的设计手法探索生活的本质。物中的乐趣、物中的自由之间，构建起微妙的平衡。
Pure beauty is a way of life pursued, and it is also the need for the resonance of the spirit and the soul. The designer explores the essence of life in the bedroom with simple, quiet and humble design techniques. There is a delicate balance between the fun in things and the freedom in things.

新物件与旧物件相互隔空对话，于简朴的空间中绽放寂静的力量，营造静谧、舒适的氛围，引导身心回归空灵的状态。
The new object and the old object have a dialogue with each other in a space, blooming the power of silence in a simple space, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, and guiding the body and mind to return to an ethereal state.

原木风简单的秩序，天然的材料建立起某种情感联系。光影的自然穿梭，赋予空间协调感，古朴纯净的美，艺术也如影随形的参与其中。
The simple order of logs and natural materials establish a certain emotional connection. The natural shuttle of light and shadow gives the space a sense of coordination, simple and pure beauty, and art participates in it like a shadow.






现代材质与拥有100年历史材质相互碰撞对话，形成强烈的对比，呈现一种未满、无常、残缺之美。
Modern materials and materials with a history of 100 years collide with each other, forming a strong contrast, presenting a beauty of incompleteness, impermanence and incompleteness.
