Sunac and Kaidi will bring a new landmark to the city, which will become the gateway image of the "great Construction and Great Beauty" urban plan. Sunac · Kaidi Center is closely connected with the Zhonggreen Axis and Binjiang CBD. As a "beacon" to show the city's image and influence, it has become a spiritual symbol of the rise of eastern Wenzhou.
At the same time, the first W Hotel in Zhejiang will be located here soon. With the cultural concept of inspiring, bold innovation and creating trends, W Hotel will create a comprehensive and integrated life experience scene such as swimming pool, clubhouse, bar, spa and gym, and build a "circle social landmark" with urban attraction and influence.

The design breaks down the boundaries of space and function to create a more interesting immersive scene experience from multiple dimensions.
沿承建筑构思中的流动概念，曲线元素堆叠出峡谷般的变化结构，意图构造出一个开放式的前厅空间。多元的变化视角，流光溢彩的空间着色，宛如走向蜷川实花的影像世界，是真实堆叠的虚幻镜像。
Following the concept of flow in the building's conception, the curviline elements are stacked to create a canyon-like structure of variation intended to create an open-plan vestibule space. The diverse perspectives and colorful space colors, like the image world of Ninagawa Minhua, are the unreal mirror image of the real stack.
金色与水粉蓝的对撞，一种复古的流光质感。“白鹿衔花，瓯水弄潮”，设计师取“鹿城”意向运用于前厅空间，以艺术性的形式演绎潮玩之趣。

全新的生活盛宴正在盛启。喷泉裹杂着流水声像为光感十足的建筑覆盖了一层轻纱，缤纷色宛如给城市上的浓妆，流露纯粹与经久不衰的美。
A new feast of life is in full swing. The fountain is wrapped in the sound of flowing water, covering the light-filled architecture with a veil of light. The colorful colors, like heavy makeup on the city, reveal the pure and enduring beauty.
