零壹城市的2022：踏浪前行

在2023新年即将来临之际，与您分享零壹城市的2022中的精彩片段。在这充满挑战的一年中，我们稳健的逆势增长、健康发展。正如我们的设计哲学所说，“我们设计的不是房子，而是城市中有趣的生活方式”，我们在建筑设计、室内设计与展陈设计这三个航道中，如期呈现了众多有趣的作品，在此感谢每一位业主、朋友和同事的支持与付出，祝大家新年快乐！

Thank you for your company along the way, and as we are heading for our second decade of exploration, we look back and would like to share the following things with you. New yearis approaching, LYCS Architecture would like to share with you our moments of 2022.Facingthe depression of the market, our office however had grown steadily and healthily as usual. As our design philosophy goes, "We design no buildings, but intriguing lifestyles", we presented and delivered many interesting works in the field of architectural, interior and exhibition design. We would like to pay our greatest gratitudes to our clients, friends and colleagues for their supports and efforts. We wish you a happy Chinese new year!

Architecture Design

连绵山水 | 衢州智慧新城数字经济产业园

Rolling Hillscape | Quzhou Smart Town Digital Economy Industrial Park

这座即将完工的地标性数字综合体，其形态以传统都城为蓝本，结合传统院落文化，用连绵起伏的屋顶将不同功能空间融合成一个整体，建筑好似被“轻轻”的放在自然中，与城市山水遥相呼应。

This iconic landmark building is designed from the original form of ancient Chinese city, in combination with traditional courtyards. The continuous roofscape creates the sense of rolling hillscape and rules different functional spaces underneath. The architecture seems to be "gently" placed in nature, echoing the rivers and mountains surrounding the city.

杭州之角 | 浙江数字出版大楼

Corner of Hangzhou | Zhejiang Digital Publishing Building

这座巨大且富有标志性的建筑坐落于杭州核心区的入口位置，设计通过面向西湖的体块斜切来应对周边极其复杂的环境，其立面犹如一页页印刷纸被轻轻翻开的造型，为城市和浙江出版联合集团（601921）塑造“杭州之角”厚重而完整的形象。

This massive and iconic architecture is located at the edge of downtown Hangzhou. Its diagonal cut in massing faces the West Lake and responses to its extremely complex surrounding environment, and the facade is like book pages being gently opened.

自然涟漪 | 烟波系列住宅设计

Natural Flow | Egrets Series Residential Design

2020年，零壹城市首次揭晓住宅设计“烟波飞鹭”，经过两年时间的洗礼，从独立住宅到高层的烟波系居住产品线已蔚然成风，这一系列的设计实践在多个住区中得到充分地演绎。

In 2020, LYCS Architecture unveiled the residential design "Egrets Waves". Now the Egrets series types has covered from independent houses to highrises towers, and has been realized in three different projects.

海上巨鲸 | 每日互动（个推）总部个园

The Giant Whales | Merit Interactive(Getui) Headquarters

基于鲸鱼的企业文化，即将完工的每日互动（300766）个园以塔楼三足鼎立之势盘踞于海洋形态的裙房之上，造型局部起翘营造巨鲸跃出水面的动感。建筑创新的斜向立面在不同光线下呈现出波光粼粼的不同效果。

Based on the "whale culture" of the company, the design creates three stading towers on top of the wavy podium. The partially uplifted volume offers the motion of whale leaping our of water. Its creative diagnoal facade creates reflective effects under different sunlight environments.

汽车超人 | 金固集团总部大楼

Auto Superman | Jingu Group Headquarters

作为杭州富阳经济开发区最具标志性的建筑，其流线型的造型将金固集团（002488）“先锋、开元、动感”的特点融入建筑形态之中，动感挺拔。整体规划设计充分对话周边的城市与绿地空间肌理，形成开放且有趣的园区空间。

As the most iconic building in Fuyang Economic Development Zone, its dynamic architectural form reflects the company's value of "pioneering, open and dynamic". The site plan enables a dialogue with the surrounding urban and green spaces and creates an open and intriguing campus.

绿野仙踪 | 金昌蒙德斐尔.幼儿园

The Wizard of Oz | KINCANG Modern Pre-school

设计以“绿野仙踪”为理念，在极高密度的场地中引入“绿毯”，创造立体草坡和尺度亲切的小房子，面朝河流形成一座“围绕篝火”的童话校园，为孩子们创造出充分贴近自然，空间层次丰富的环境。

Based on the concept of "The Wizard of Oz", the design copes with high density site via a waving "green carpet". Facing the river, it creates a fairytale-like campus close to nature and rich in space, with smallscale buildings of intimate scale.

江与山 | 江山市体育中心

River and Hill | Jiangshan Sports Center

这个地标建筑位于虎山脚下的江山港畔，包括游泳馆与体育场两部分。设计以优美流动的线条勾勒出“江与山”的山水意境，旨在打造动感且兼具文化韵味的体育公园。

Located by the Tiger Mountain near the port, this landmark consists a natatorium and a stadium. The design outlines the artistic effect of landscape with flowing curves, aiming to create a dynamic and cultural sports park.

生命的循环 | 海亮康养小镇酒店群

Life Cycle | Hailiang Health and Wellness Town Hotels

零壹城市为世界500强海亮集团的康养小镇设计了其酒店建筑群，其中包括了面向儿童的熊猫亲子酒店、为年轻人打造的观山酒店、巨石酒店，风格各异的小酒店群，以及赞颂生命力的迎客松酒店。这一系列酒店的设计站在生命的起点与终点，建立栖息空间与生命健康之间的对话。

LYCS designed a group of hotels in the Hailiang Health and Wellness Town for the Fortune 500 Hailiang Group. The hotels includes the Panda Hotel for children, the Great Rocks Hotel and Mountain View Hotel for the young people, a series of different style boutique hotels and the Guest-Greeting Pine Hotel that celebrates longevity. The designs attempts to establish the dialogue between habitat and life.

魅影之环 | 灵游坊办公总部

Phantom Rings | S-Game headquarters

设计以《影之刃》的世界观为灵感，以树状环形的连续结构作为设计语言，打造了一座介于虚拟和现实之间、自带现实扭曲力场的办公场所。

The design concept of Phantom Ring is inspired by its famous game "Shaow Blade". Using the continuous tree-like forms as the spatial language, the design offers a creative workplace inbetween virtual games and reality.

曲线云墅 | 金昌烟波星鹭样板房

Fluid cloud villa | Egrets Waves 3.0 Residential Showroom

流线型的建筑外观与室内流动的空间相得益彰，大胆的纯色与无边际悬挑泳池用极致突破传统，为年轻的高净值人群提供新的现代家居生活选择。

The dynamic architecture form speaks with the flowing interior spaces. The bright colors in furniture and the cantilevering Skypool breaks the limits of traditional way of living, provides a new home for the young and rich.

游览式办公 | 科尔卡诺总部

Promenade Workplace | Kano Headquarters

以“游览式办公”为概念，通过在中庭置入贯穿六层的旋转楼梯，将工作场景和沿楼梯参观的销售场景有机结合。用帮助知名办公家具品牌在激烈竞争中脱颖而出。

The design offered a new notion of "Promenade Workplace". By placing a spiral staircase thoughout six floors, it effectively combined working and sales scenes as visitors walks down the staircase. This new paradigm helps Kano to stand out in the highly competitive office furniture market.

折叠佰年 | 中国建筑节能研究检测中心

Folding Centuries | China Energy Conservation Research Center Interior

这个以绿色低碳为核心的超高层建筑综合体的室内设计，结合了宝业集团（02355）的发展历程，以"折叠佰年，低碳未来"为概念，将历史长卷折叠在各个楼层中，形成了不同低碳技术导向的大堂与中庭空间。

The interior design for this green and low carbon based super highrise building complex integreates with the history of Baoye Group, taking "folding century, low-carbon future" as the concept. The space unfolds the history of green architecture into each floor, forming the lobby and atrium space with different low-carbon technology orientations.

绿野仙踪 | 金昌蒙德斐尔.幼儿园

The Wizard of Oz | Kincang Modern Pre-school

其室内设计延续了建筑设计“绿野仙踪'的主题，以四个童话章节划分和连接内部空间与流线，以场景化的方式塑造个性化的教学与玩耍空间。

The interior design continues the theme of "The Wizard of Oz". The spaces are themed and divide by the four chapter of the fairy tale, to create a personalized teaching and playing space in a scene-based manner.

海纳百川 | 海亮集团展厅

All Rivers into Sea | Hailiang Group Exhibition Center

展厅从海亮集团（002203）文化中提取了“海纳百川”的品牌调性，用海浪般的曲线元素贯穿空间及多媒体内容，打造未来具有空间可变性的沉浸式交互体验展示中心。

The exhibition center design extracts the concept of "All Rivers into Sea" from its corporate culture, and uses wavelike curve elements throughout the space and multimedia content to create an immersive and interactive exhibition center with spatial variability in the future.

明日方舟 | 恒林办公家居展厅

Arknights | Henglin Office Home Exhibition Hall

与传统的家居展厅刻意回避自然光源不同，恒林家居（603661）的设计充分利用原有建筑大面积的玻璃幕墙带来的自然光，使得展厅能够呈现更贴近真实用户场景的家居体验。

Unlike traditional home showrooms that deliberately avoid natural light sources, the design for Henglin takes full advantage of the natural light brought by the large glass curtain walls of the original building, enabling the showroom to present a home experience that is closer to real user scenarios.

无限之环 | 海亮新能源材料企业展厅

Infinity Loop | Hailiang new energy materials enterprise exhibition hall

新能源材料展厅以“聚循环，向未来”为主题，“无限之环”为概念，通过在展厅中心置入螺旋的装置创造环形动线，同时结合空间与新媒体，展示企业文化及新能源材料铜箔的智造。

With the concept of infinite loop, the desing places a continuous spiral installation in the center of the space to create a loop circulation. Combined with interactive media, the exhibition aims to show the manufacturing of copper foil as the new energy materials.

零壹城市设计实践背后的基础，来源于在学术研究领域深耕。去年，零壹城市创始人阮昊入选国家高层次人才特殊支持计划，并受任中国美术学院教授。合伙人詹远入选首批浙江省高校领军人才培养计划。

LYCS's design practice is founded solidy on the deep cultivation in the field of academic research.Last year, RUAN Hao, Founding Principal of LYCS Architecture was selected for the National High-level Talent Special Support Program. RUAN Hao was also appointed Professor in China Academy of Art. LYCS's Partner ZHAN Yuan was enrolled in the Zhejiang Provincial University Leading Talents Training Program.

零壹城市基于高密度城市中的设计实践中进行理论研究，其成果发表于《装饰》、《新美术》等多个国家一级核心期刊中。教学课程《城市与乡村社会学批判》入选2022年浙江省“十四五”教学改革项目。

Based on the design practice in high density urban areas, LYCS's research papers were published in many national first-class core journals such as "Decoration" and "New Art". The course "Critique of Urban and Rural Sociology" was selected for Zhejiang Teaching Reform Program in 2022.

《中小学建筑在多元化教学趋势下的复合型泛学习空间设计研究》发表于《装饰》2022.03期

由阮昊著作的《城市高密度环境下的建筑要素研究与设计》已经完成校验，将于2023年由中国美术学院出版社正式出版。

The book “Research and Design of Architectural Elements in Urban High-density Environment", by RUAN Hao, has been verified and will be officially published by China Academy of Art Press in 2023.

零壹城市乐于分享思想的火花。通过多个国际与国内设计展览、学术论坛与讲座，阐述了在设计研究与实践中的观点与思考，指出了高密度城市中以使用者行为为第一导向的设计方向。

LYCS shares our ideas and thoughts through various exhibitions, academic forums and lectures. We speak about our perspectives in design practice, and articulates our design philosophy of user behavior oriented space in high-density areas.

零壹城市在2022年荣获了近三十个国际知名设计奖项，其中包括了 Best of Year Awards，WIN Awards，WAN Awards 等，在办公、住宅、教育、商业等多个领域均有斩获。

In 2022, LYCS has won nearly 30 internationally renowned design awards, including Best of Year Awards, WIN Awards, WAN Awards and many others. Our design projects were acknowledged in the filed of office, education, residential and retail.

我们的设计持续被国内外的知名媒体广泛分享和报道，作品收录在美国《Interior Design》、中国台湾《室内interior》、《建筑中国》、《ACA》、《中国当代建筑实录》等著名设计书籍、杂志与平台中。

In 2022, our works continue to be widely shared and featured on renowned international media, including Interior Design, Architecture China, Interior, ACA and others.

走过2022，我们继续释放激情和创意，壹年壹度，我们的故事讲给你听。迈向2023，又是一个崭新的一年，零壹城市，精彩待续。

Through 2022, We continue to unleash the passion and creativity, Annually, Our story is told to you. Towards 2023, It's a brand new year again, The legend of LYCS Architecture is to be continued.
