PROJECT INTRODUCTION

项目地址位于高德置地广场，是杭州市钱江新城CBD综合体核心区。也是集商业、生活、时尚和文化地标于一体的知名综合体，本次设计的首要挑战是在满足空间功能需求的同时，突出宠物街区的独特性和美学。

The project is located in Highland Plaza, the core CBD complex area of Qianjiang New Town, Hangzhou. A well-known complex of commercial, lifestyle, fashion and cultural landmarks, the primary challenge of the design was to highlight the uniqueness。

宠这里秉持着“用生命温暖生命”的理念，打造全球首家宠物文化创意街区，是爱宠人士的俱乐部，也是人宠美好生活的体验地。在这里，可以遵循宠物自身的生活习性为宠物来一场量身定制。

Adhering to the concept of "warm life with life", Chongzheli cultural and creative district creates a creative block of pet culture, which is not only a club for pet lovers, but also a place for them to experience a beautiful life. Here, you can provide a tailor-made noble experience for pets according to their own living habits.

项目入口

设计以“Z时代”为核心考量，打破空间界限创造无界交融，当我们站在当下时代的注脚打量，能感受到许多不同空间的交错感，既有过去也有未来。跨越时空的束缚，试图还原一个多时空交错的复合空间。

The design takes the "Z era" as the core consideration, breaking the spatial boundaries to create borderless integration. When we stand in the footnote of the current era, we can feel vthe sense of interlacing of many different Spaces, both ancient and future.

Part 01 . 宠物用品店

PET SUPPLY STORES

华元宠物用品

在商铺的设计上，根据每个空间的功能用途和空间逻辑，将场地精心划分为多个区域，包括宠物食品和用品零售、服装定制、培训等等。

Based on the functional use and spatial logic of each space, the site is carefully divided into multiple areas, including pet food and supplies retail, boarding and care, training, and more.

Peidi（佩蒂）

在色彩颜色的挑选上，结合每家店铺的风格和大体块的空间划分，使每个空间既独立存在，又互相关联，在求同中存异，各个独特的品牌风格和谐共存，使得街区的主氛围极其生动。

In the selection of color, combined with the style of each store, the space is divided into general blocks, so that each space is independent and interrelated. Seeking common ground while reserving differences, each unique brand style coexists harmoniously, making the main atmosphere of the block extremely vivid.

FUKUFUKU PET （久积）

宠物玩具是集中放置的，宠物玩具的特色也与婴幼儿玩具的类似，色彩艳丽吸引眼球。排列整齐的陈列与用心的色彩搭配，让主人与爱宠同时能体会到街区的亲和力。

Pet toys are centrally placed and at first glance look similar to display shelves for children's toys. The characteristics of pet toys are also similar to those of baby toys, with bright colors to attract the eye. The neatly arranged display and careful color matching allow the owner and pets to feel the affinity of the district at the same time.

Part 02 .智能家居馆

SMART HOME

智能宠物用品开始在养宠人群中流行起来，这些充满科技感的产品除了能缓解养宠人士的负担，更能改善宠物的生活水平，实践健康饲养的理念。

Smart pet products have become popular among pet owners. These products with a sense of science and technology can not only ease the burden of pet owners, but also improve the living standard of pets and practice the concept of healthy feeding.

Part 03 .服装高定馆

CLOTHING HAUTE COUTURE

宠物服装的高级定制式就是针对宠物多样化的特点进行个性化的设计。市面上的宠物服装已经越来越难以满足宠物家庭对于宠物个性化的追求，高级定制从需求切口出发，也体现了爱宠在当今时代中不可或缺的生活伴侣角色的突出性。

The advanced customized pet clothing is personalized design according to the diversified characteristics of pets. Pet clothing on the market has become more and more difficult to meet pet families' pursuit of pet personalization. Advanced customization starts from the demand and also reflects the prominence of pets as an indispensable life partner in today's era.

Part 04 .宠物行为基因检测室

PET BEHAVIORAL GENETIC TESTING ROOM

用知识、科技、数据帮助我们更好地了解并照顾毛孩子们。科技能让宠物的生活更美好，但科技不只是在幕后的、安静的、冷冰冰的，它也可以温暖而有趣的。宠物行为在此被检测，根据科学客观的数据分析结果从而为主人提供更全方位的了解宠物伙伴的性格与行为的机会。

Use knowledge, technology and data to help us better understand and care for children. Technology can make pets' lives better, but technology isn't just behind the scenes, quiet and cold, it can also be warm and fun. Pet behavior is detected here, and based on scientific data analysis, it provides the owner with a more comprehensive opportunity to understand the character and behavior of pet companions.

Part 05 .美好时光宠物友好餐厅

GOOD TIME PET FRIENDLY RESTAURANT

让宠物社交融入人类社会。从过往的宠物禁入到当下的宠物友好餐厅，爱宠社交与人类社交息息相关。它不再是受到限制的，而是被时代欢迎的，拥抱的。

Let pets socialize and integrate into human society. From the prohibition of pets in the past to the current pet-friendly restaurants, socializing with pets is closely related to human socializing. It is no longer restricted, but welcomed and embraced by the times.

美好时光时光餐厅配备专业宠物主厨，为毛孩子定制营养价值高的鲜食、宠物口粮，零食罐头，还有包间可以为毛孩子定制party！

Time restaurant is equipped with a professional pet chef to customize fresh food, pet rations and canned snacks with high nutritional value for children. There is also a private room to customize parties for children!

这里还会不定期举办萌宠聚会，认识不同的萌宠，一起美食，一起玩耍。

There will also be an occasional cute pet party, get to know different cute pets, eat together, play together.

走进宠这里，可感知的设计细节和微妙的场景区分，一场时尚休闲之旅将在里面展开。

Into the Chongzheli distict, we can perceive the design details and subtle scene differentiation, a fashion leisure journey will unfold inside.

Part 06 .小宠馆

MINIPET LAB

空间中有各式各样的小宠物，兔子，小猪，仓鼠，作为一个综合娱乐与教育一体的空间，主要服务于小朋友，在空间设置上，也更偏向童趣与卡通。

All kinds of small pets, rabbits, pigs, hamsters in the middle of the space, as a comprehensive entertainment and education space, mainly serving children, in the space setting, but also more toward children's fun and cartoon.

Part 07 .森森水族

SUNSUN

整体空间以不锈钢为主，搭配上各式的鱼缸和水族，让硬朗的空间中更显融合，灯光的运用让其打卡属性更上一层楼。

The whole space is mainly made of stainless steel, which is matched with various fish tanks and aquarium, so that the tough space is more integrated. The use of lighting makes its more attractive for people’s standing of a photo.

Part 08 .萌宠乐园&撸猫馆

PET PARADISE

我们在这设置了三间单独的撸猫室与活体寄养区，在设计上以宠物舒适型为主，尽可能的给宠物安排大的空间，让每天与访客打招呼的宠物能有一个好心情。

Three separate cat handling rooms and living foster areas are set up. The design is based on pet comfort, and the large space is arranged for pets as much as possible, so that the pets who greet visitors every day can have a good mood.

Part 09 .多功能厅

FUNCTION ROOM

多功能厅采用实木与灰色微水泥的搭配，营造出极简温暖的空间质感，温暖的色调和质感也更容易被宠物和人接受。

The multi-function hall uses the combination of solid wood and gray micro-cement to create a simple and warm space texture. The warm tone and texture are easier to be accepted by pets and people.

Part 10 .宠物酒店

PET HOTEL

寄养空间融入了弧形元素，柔化空间的同时丰富了空间的表情。大面积的白色、蓝色及黄色营造出简约不失活泼且有质感的空间。

The arc element is integrated into the space, which enriches the expression of the space while softening it. Large areas of white, blue and yellow create a simple yet lively and textured space.

Part 11 .美容洗护区

BEAUTY WASH AREA

提供专业宠物洗护与美容健身培训于一体，集合了这个大空间最专业的功能，通过个性的造型与鲜明的色彩，给宠物主一个专业别致的体验。

Provide professional pet care and beauty fitness training in one, a collection of the most professional functions of this large space, through the personality of the shape and bright colors, to give pet owners a professional and unique experience.

Part 12 .宠物健身房

PET GYM

天生爱玩，守护它们的快乐。量身定制的宠物健身器材在保证玩乐趣味的同时，安全与科学性同样十分保障。

Born to love to play, guard their happiness.Tailor-made pet fitness equipment is safe and scientific while ensuring fun for pets.

“让玩乐不误”，守护和陪伴宠物们自在玩乐，让这份快乐更安心、安全。
