设计师让一间过时的公园边公寓进入其生活的下一个阶段。目的是让它恢复它的宏伟，同时也注入一种温暖和舒适的感觉，让它牢牢地扎根于现在。结果是在市中心建造一个平衡的家庭住宅，同时考虑了功能和美学，将亲密、团结、传统和现代融为一体。

A designer takes an outdated parkside apartment into its next phase of life. The intention was to bring it back to its grandeur while also infusing it with a sense of warmth and comfort, keeping it firmly rooted in the present. The result is a balanced family home in the city center that considers both function and aesthetics, combining intimacy, togetherness, tradition and modernity.

该公寓建于19世纪初，由一系列四四方方的正式房间组成，这些房间几乎没有最大化地面空间。同时，厨房隐藏在后部，与主起居区分开。设计师彻底考虑了这个家庭希望如何住在公寓里，设计师用家庭办公室取代了旧厨房，并将新厨房整合到用餐和起居空间中，改善了流程和连通性。厨房现在变成了家里的中心，不仅如此，三间卧室中的每一间卧室现在都有一个套间浴室，变成三间套间，让家庭成员可以有更好的私密空间。

Built in the early 1800s, the apartment consists of a series of boxy formal rooms that did little to maximize floor space. Meanwhile, the kitchen is hidden at the rear, separate from the main living area. Having thoroughly considered how the family wanted to live in the apartment, the designers replaced the old kitchen with a home office and integrated the new kitchen into the dining and living spaces, improving flow and connectivity. The kitchen has now become the heart of the home and not only that, each of the three bedrooms now has an ensuite bathroom, turning into three ensuites, allowing family members greater privacy.
