「想象力之心」宁波象山人民广场片区实施性城市设计和概念性建筑与景观设计国际竞赛已于10月圆满结束，竞赛结果公布后获得了极大反响与热烈讨论，感谢各界朋友的关注与支持！拾分之壹团队特将七强方案整理为系列解读文章，希望由此展现出每个方案对“象山人民广场片区”的独特解读，以及对“想象力之心”的深刻回应。
本篇为艾奕康（AECOM）设计与咨询（深圳）有限公司（牵头）、杭州中联筑境建筑设计有限公司、易兰（北京）规划设计股份有限公司入围奖方案——“万象长卷新八景”的详解。
「HEART OF IMAGINATION」NINGBO XIANGSHAN PEOPLE’S SQUARE AREA URBAN DESIGN AND CONCEPTUAL ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION has been successfully completed in October. The announcement of the competition results received great response and heated discussion, thanks for the attention and support of companion of all fields! One-tenth has organized the seven shortlisted schemes into a series of interpretation articles, hoping to show each one's unique interpretation of "Xiangshan People's Square" and its profound response to "the heart of imagination".

基地与象山古城、塔山遗址形成三足鼎立之势，是丹城片区最重要的公共空间载体。在这里能传承塔山文明之源、对话古城文脉之地，同时展望未来之梦。让TOD模式有了从开发到目的地的新意涵。
The site, along with Xiangshan Ancient City and Tashan Ruins, is the most important public space carrier in Dancheng area. Here can inherit the source of Tashan civilization, dialogue with the ancient city culture, while looking forward to the future dream. It gives the TOD pattern a new meaning from development to destination.

城铁建设的机遇，让象山能够成为宁波城市圈的重要组成部分，同时也打通了整个宁波从湖到海的黄金旅游线，是承上启下的关键的节点。本次基地将成为整个象山城区的第一站，也是从山到海游览象山的一个最佳出发点。
Because of the opportunity of urban railway construction, Xiangshan will become an important part of Ningbo city circle, and at the same time, this opportunity also opens the whole Ningbo from the lake to the sea of the golden tourism line. And our base will be the first stop of Xiangshan city, and a perfect starting point to visit Xiangshan, from the mountain to the sea.

人民广场和象山的古城、塔山的遗址形成了三足鼎立之势，是整个丹城片区最重要的公共空间载体。在这里，我们希望能够传承塔山的文明之源、对话古城文脉之地，展现象山的未来之梦；也希望能够将殷夫公园纳到整体的设计之中，进一步连通东大河、南大河水脉，成为打通丹城片区蓝绿任督二脉的关键规划举措。
People's Square is the most important public space in the whole Dancheng district, forming a triple-legged position with the ancient city of Xiangshan and the ruins of Tashan. Here we hope to pass on the source of civilization in Tashan, dialogue with the ancient city's cultural, and show our dream of the future. We also hope to incorporate Yinfu Park into our overall design, further connecting the water veins of the East and South Rivers, and becoming a key planning initiative to open up the blue and green veins of the Dancheng district.

基地北侧的政府机构、西南侧的商业组团、南侧的文化设施、东侧的居住板块形成鲜明的界面特色，也是布局公建的重要参考。
The government agencies on the north side, the commercial groups on the southwest side, the cultural facilities on the south side, and the residential area on the east side of the base formed a very distinct interface feature, which is also an important reference for our layout of public buildings.

回到场地之中，我们希望能够将人民广场打造成想象力的第一站，和象山梦的起步区。
Back to the venue, we hope to make People's Square an experience place to support our imagination, and a starting area where dreams can become real, the first imagination stop and the first starting area.
为了实现这个目标，我们提出5个基于场地的思考以及9大规划锦囊：一是如何通过视觉廊道的引导，让象山的群山之美被重新发现，尤其是在基地东南角的殷夫公园内的陈家山；二是如何透过公建的布局，融合基地周边现在较成熟、较有潜力的地块；三是如何改善目前水位差过大造成的难以亲水的问题以及水质的问题，更好地营造一个亲水的环境；四是如何打造一个更高效的交通枢纽体系；五是如何更精准地挖掘象山独有的文化基因，并运用想象打造一个面向未来的充满魅力的环境。
To achieve this goal, we propose five site reflections as well as nine planning kits. First, how to make the beauty of Xiangshan's mountains rediscovered through the guidance of visual corridors, especially Chenjia Mountain in Yinfu Park in the southeast corner of the venue. Second is how to integrate the more mature and promising sites around the venue through the layout of public buildings. Third, how to improve the current water level difference caused by the difficulty of pro-water problems and water quality problems, to better create a pro-water environment. Fourth, how to create a more efficient transportation hub system. Fifth, how to tap the unique cultural genes of Xiangshan more precisely and use the imagination to create a future-oriented environment.

首先，贯通人民广场与殷夫公园两大城市绿心，将带动城市4个象限的山水脉络，同时呼应向北的历史文脉，形成整个丹城片区最重要的空间网络。
Firstly, the two major green cores of the city, People's Square and Yinfu Park, will drive the city's four quadrants of landscape, while echoing the historical veins to the north, forming one of the most important spatial networks of the entire Dancheng district.

第二，在中心区域设计一个景观湖体，成为出站后片区重要的门户形象。利用东侧的潜在水系打造一个水街，增加整个未来社区地块的价值，并促进整体水系的流通。同时，借由三处水闸的设置，将整个湖体和水街核心区的水位差控制在50公分内，实现亲水的可能性，并透过净化、曝气改善水动力与水质，打造高品质的亲水环境，最大化水系的景观与游赏价值。
Secondly, a landscape lake is designed in the central area, which becomes an important gateway image after the exit of the station as well as the area. A water street has also been created using the potential water system on the east side to increase the value of the entire future community parcel as well as to promote the overall water circulation. Through the installation of three sluice gates, the water level difference between the entire lake and the core area of the water street is controlled within 50 centimeters to realize the possibility of hydrophilic, while improving the hydrodynamics and water quality through purification and aeration to create a high-quality pro-water environment and maximize the landscape and appreciation value of the water system.

第三，通过公建群优化站城一体枢纽，强化与周边功能的整体交融。以站点带动商业及售后部分，同时整合公交站的换乘，在站体周边由万象馆联动北侧政府机构。全民健身中心用两个场馆以及其L型布局定义界面空间，带动西侧商业的活力。全民阅读中心是一个多功能公共空间，与旁侧的象心塔进行整合。这样的布局可使周边的功能联动，并形成一个独具特色的广场空间。在中心，原有的象群雕塑广场被活化，与山海万象馆一同形成一个多功能的人民广场。在中心区域站点处打造缨溪湖中心湖景，进一步带动未来社区和连接公共建筑的新悦湾。
Thirdly, we hope to optimize the integrated hub of the station and city through this public construction, and to strengthen the overall integration with the surrounding functions. We hope to use the station to drive the commercial and after-sales parts, and at the same time integrate the bus station interchange. In the periphery of the station, the Wanxiang Hall links the government agencies on the north side; the Public Fitness Center uses two venues, and the L-shaped layout defines the interface space to drive the commercial vitality and activities on the west side. The Civic Reading Center is a multifunctional public space integrated with the I30 Xiangxin tower on the side. Under such a layout, in addition to linking the surrounding functions, it also forms a square space with its own characteristics. In the center, the square of the original elephant sculpture is revitalized, and a multi-functional people's square is formed with the Shanhai Wanxiang Hall; in the central area where the station is located, the central lake of Yin Xi Lake is created, which can further drive the future community and a Xinyue Bay connected with public buildings.

第四，对现在的交通做出优化。保留原规划中取消的基地内新华路，重新优化其路径，减缓车辆速度。管控南侧信号灯，在北侧实施车辆右进右出，通过隔离带阻隔，避免对象山港路交通的影响。同时，将公交首末站配置在此处，让其和场地更好地衔接，并通过在这里增加信号灯，联通汇星路，保证公交首末站运行通畅，避免对其他路网的影响。在象山港路沿基地的一侧，为公交站台多增加一条辅道，满足未来换乘公交的便捷性，也不影响象山港路的车流。
Fourth, to make a better optimization of the current traffic. In the optimization of traffic, we retain the Xinhua Road which has been canceled on the original plan, re-optimization of its path, slowing down the speed of vehicles. At the same time add a signal control on the south side. At north side is a right-in and right-out road cut off by barrier, so as not to affect the whole Xiangshangang Road traffic. The bus terminal is configured in this location, on the one hand, it can be better connected with our site, while adding a signal here to connect to the Huixing Road, ensure that the bus terminal runs more smoothly, does not affect the other road network. An extra auxiliary road was added along the base side of Xiangshangang Road for bus terminal, which can meet the convenience of future bus interchange without affecting the original traffic flow of Xiangshangang Road.

第五，实现多维换乘的便捷流线，出站后能借由下沉广场到达广场外围的环湖区域以及商业区，透过主廊道到达公交首末站。同时，设置便捷通道，由站厅区直接通向P+R地下停车库。
Fifth, achieve a convenient multi-dimensional interchange flow. While you are coming out from the station, through the sunken plaza to reach the lagoon area and the commercial area of our plaza, then through the main corridor to the bus terminal. There is also a convenient access from the station concourse area directly to P+R.

第六，整个开放空间以慢行交通为基准进行组织，包括慢跑步道、水岸特色体验步道，并有可能达成殷夫公园登高远眺的视角。

第七，构建从象群广场一路到殷夫公园的这条东西向的轴线——“万象轴”，这条轴线连接了重要的开放空间节点，展现了万千气象的未来畅想的新画卷。
Seventh, the east-west axis from the People's Square all the way to Yinfu Park is called the Wanxiang Axis, which connects important open space nodes and presents a new picture of the future.

第八，除了“一轴”之外，我们还提出“一环”的框架，营建未来湾居的宜居生活新范式。设计充分考虑整个站体的层高，从站台到站厅、下沉广场，穿过象山广场来到湖边，接着，空间连接到东谷路两侧的公共建筑，再通过水路和慢行系统的连接，最后来到未来社区一侧。
Eighth, in addition to the one axis, we propose the framework of one ring to build a new paradigm of livable life in the future bay. Here I would like to emphasize again the consideration of the entire station height, from the platform to the station hall, to the sunken square, and then through the Xiangshan Square to the lake. Then connect to the public buildings on both sides of Donggu Road, to the future community side of the waterway by a water connections and slow connections.

第九，可以看到，此布局能够实现非常多各具特色的开放空间：除了由原象群雕塑改造的入口外，还有与体育馆所串联的森林运动区、与山海万象馆相结合的人民广场、沿TOD布置的商业区、由全民阅读中心形成的中心湖区、与整个未来社区相结合的新悦湾、到殷夫公园系统等等——它们一起构成了人民广场的想象力地图。新八景一方面呼应了自古以来的象山故事，融合场地特有的资源禀赋，另一方面将这些故事融入每个场景中，综合呈现了这次规划设计的建筑与景观。
Ninth, through this layout, we can realize a lot of open spaces with different characteristics. In addition to the entrance transformed by the original elephant sculpture, there is a forest sports area linked to the gymnasium, a People's Square combined with the Shanhai Wanxiang Museum, a commercial area along the TOD, and a central lake area formed by the Civic Reading Center, and then linked to the part of the Xinyue Bay, which is combined with the whole future community, and then extend to our Yinfu Park system. It constitutes the imaginative map of People's Square. The New Eight Scenes on the one hand echo the story of Xiangshan since ancient times and integrate the special resource endowment of the site, and on the other hand integrate the story into each scene to present the architecture and landscape of this planning and design.

“新八景”由西向东分别是瑞象阙、凤躍丘、扬帆梦、樨香卷、缨溪湖、蓬莱渡、新月街，以及殷夫台。
The New Eight Scenes from west to east are Rui Xiang Que, Feng Yue Qiu, Yang Fan Meng, Xixiang Scroll, Yin Xi Lake, Peng Lai Du, New Moon Street and Yin Fu Terrace.
第一景：瑞象阙。它是由现有的象群雕塑改造的一个入口，是整个象山的标志，也把原来在“南丽鲸波”的典故，在这个节点上做一个综合性的呈现，成为万象轴的起点。
The first scene, Rui Xiang Que, is an entrance transformed by the existing elephant herd sculpture, which is the symbol of Xiangshan, and the allusion of the original "Nanli Jinbo" in Beiyi Lane road, can be made a comprehensive presentation on this node, is the starting point of Wanxiang Axis.

第二景：凤躍丘，全民健身中心，取自凤躍山凤翔其上的典故，祝福在这里运动的居民，能够像凤凰一样展翅飞翔。将建筑拆成两个场馆，减少单体建筑的体量，顺应道路的界面，留出了街角通道，并利用此布局，形成室内外体育用地。同时，也借由二层平台来衔接这两个建筑单体。体育馆室内外立面的波浪呈现，让人感受到凤凰飞翔在立面上。
The second scene, Feng Yue Qiu, the Public Fitness Center, is taken from the allusion of Feng Yue Mountain where phoenixes soar, blessing the residents who exercise here to spread their wings and fly like phoenixes. In the arrangement of the whole building, the volume of the single building is reduced, and the building is split into two venues, following the interface of the road, leaving the street corner access, and using this layout to form indoor and outdoor sports sites. It also takes advantage of the second-floor platform to connect these two building monoliths. The indoor and outdoor facades of the gymnasium show waves, you can also feel the phoenix flying on the facade.

第三景：扬帆梦。这里是新的多功能人民广场，举办各种庆典和活动。其名取自亚帆中心，透过风帆装置展示海浪意象，是这个场地非常重要的组成部分。山海万象馆与人民广场之间的整体关系形成了一条积极轴线，它的展示面和人视高度都能够跟周边的建筑进行衔接。
The third scene, Yang Fan Meng, is the new multifunctional People's Square, where various celebrations and events are held. It is taken from the Asian Sailing Center and is a very important part of the site through the sail installation and the intention of the waves. The overall relationship between Shanhai Wanxiang Hall and People's Square forms a more positive axis, its display surface and the scale of sight lines can relate to the surrounding buildings.

山海万象馆的外立面呈现了海洋的韵律，内立面则有有海水冲刷的灵动感，中间有一个面向星空的天窗的设计，在这里能够感受到自然的变化。万象馆内设历史博物、未来规划、“山海万象”展区、万象美术空间等多种功能展厅，形成多样的室内展陈空间，这是在星月之穹公共大厅综合环境的展现。
Shanhai Wanxiang Hall's facade presents the rhythm of ocean and a sense of spirituality with seawater rushing inside, with a design of a skylight facing the starry sky in the middle, where the changes of nature can be felt. It has various functional exhibition halls such as History Museum, Future Planning, "Shanhai Wanxiang" exhibition area, and Wanxiang Art Space, etc. The exhibition areas form different indoor exhibitions, which is a comprehensive environment in the public hall of the Star and Moon Dome.

第四景：樨香卷。红木樨是象山独有的一个丹桂树种，我们希望能够把避暑秋风喷鼓香的意境，通过丹桂园的设计，把丹桂的香气和全民图书馆的书香结合在一起，形成樨香卷的一景。同时把象心塔布局在丹桂园中，把丹桂花瓣作为象心塔立面的语汇，让丹桂园、象心塔、图书馆成为一个整体。
The fourth scene is Xixiang Scroll. Red mignonette is a unique species of Dangui tree in Xiangshan. We hope to combine the fragrance of Dangui with the fragrance of books in the library to form a scene of sweet clover roll by using the design of Dangui garden. The Xiangxin Tower is placed in the Dangui Garden, and the petals of Dangui are used as a vocabulary of the Xiangxin Tower facade. We hope to make Dangui Garden, Xiangxin Tower, and the library as a whole.

The space of Dangui Garden, the lake and the library space permeates and interacts with each other, constituting a flexible using space. The entrance hall that can be seen when entering the library, a characteristic scene that faces the lake area, and a space that can show its book wall—they all add up to a dramatic space. Through the integration of space, an exclusive channel is set up to connect the lake surface and the ideal space of the Xiangxin Tower; the spiral staircase can lead directly to the viewing platform at the top of the Xiangxin Tower.

第五景：缨溪湖。它是出站后看到的重要中心湖景观，左侧能看到全民阅读中心亲水界面，也能感受到迎宾广场与商业综合体构成的一个非常有魅力的湖心形象。“缨溪湖”的名字传承自从蓬莱书院到缨溪书院这一文脉，我们希望能够把这个美丽的名称给予此湖，带来场地历史的传承与新的想象。
The fifth scene, Yinxi Lake, is an important central lake landscape seen after exiting the station. On the left side, you can see a waterfront and water-friendly interface of the Civic Reading Center, and there is also a welcome square, and a commercial complex together formed a very attractive image of a lake center. Why is it called Ying Xi Lake? It is from the story of the Penglai Academy to the cultural lineage of the Ying Xi Academy, and we hope to put such a beautiful name in the naming of the lake to give heritage and new imagination.

第六景：蓬莱渡。这个名字一是来自象山拥有海上仙子国中蓬莱仙境一样的环境，也是回应徐福东渡的传说。通过增加一个渡口，为出站口增加了水上游线的可能性。当游客从站厅出来，来到下沉广场、缨溪湖，再到蓬莱渡，会体验到一系列的不同感受。整个动线包括了站厅层去P+R停车场，通过下沉广场到蓬莱渡和缨溪湖湖畔，经过商业街抵达公交首末站。
The sixth scene, Penglai Du, on one hand, Xiangshan itself has the same environment as Penglai Wonderland in the country of sea fairies, while also going to respond to the legend of Xu Fu's eastern crossing. This is also a series of different experience from the station hall to the sunken plaza, to the Yinxi Lake, and then to the Penglai Du. The whole dynamic line includes the station hall level to the P+R parking lot, and through the sunken plaza to the Penglaidu, as well as the lakeside of the Yinxi Lake, through the commercial street to the bus terminal.

第七景：新月街。这里的水系链接了缨溪湖的中心湖体。通过下沉广场，来到未来社区门户，就像进入桃花源一样，两边是由樱花和桃花构成的水岸空间。街区里有叠瀑、邻里服务中心，以及独特的水岸Soho城市界面。它构成了未来社区非常特别的城市环境。
The seventh view is New Moon Street, where the water system links the central lake of Yinxi Lake. Through the sunken plaza to the gateway of the future community, it is like entering a peach blossom garden, flanked by a waterfront space made of cherry and peach blossoms. The neighborhood has a cascading waterfall, a neighborhood service center, and an urban interface in a special waterfront soho. It forms a very special urban environment for the future community.

第八景：殷夫台。在殷夫公园的陈家山设置一个眺望台。殷夫公园地处场地的东南方，每天清晨照向人民广场的第一道曙光就来自这里。鲁迅先生评殷夫，说它是东方的微光，是林中的响箭。殷夫台对于万向轴来说，即是东方微光，而万向轴就是林中的响箭，串联起象群入口和殷夫台，是体现象山精神的一条轴线。
The eighth scene is Yinfu Terrace. An observation deck was set up using the Chenjia Mountain in Yinfu Park. Yinfu Park is on the southeast side of the venue, where the first light of dawn shining on People's Square every morning comes from. Mr. LU Xun commented on Yinfu, saying that it is the shimmering light of the east and the arrow in the forest. Yinfu Terrace is the shimmering light in the east for the Wanxiang axis, and the universal axis is the arrow in the forest, which can link back to the entrance of the elephant herd and Yinfu Terrace, is a very important axis in the spirit of Xiangshan.

CCTN was founded in 2003, by Mr. Cheng Taining, a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the national engineering survey and design master. CCTN has based in Beijing,Shanghai, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Xiamen, Chengdu, as well as joint venture agencies "Southeast CCTN" in Nanjing.
Taking architectural design as the main operation, covering urban planning, landscape design and interior design, CCTN is now a Class A qualification in both construction industry engineering and urban and rural planning. Focusing on four aspects as culture/exhibition/education, station-city synergy/urban TOD, urban regeneration and pan-real estate, CCTN has won more than 200 awards domestic and abroad.
