Asian Youth Designers Programme is a project to screen outstanding young designers in Asia from the perspective of media. We believe that young designers are those who always push boundaries with bold ideas, who utilize new, exciting technologies to create a better future.

广州设计周媒体联盟联合国内外顶尖专业媒体成员、设计协会与组织、国家使领馆共同发起与执行，组成海内外媒体观察团，计划将亚洲各国家（或地区）的青年设计师列为观察对象，每年度各国家（或地区）最终分别推选出一位青年设计翘楚。他们是年度亚洲设计新生力量的标杆与缩影，被视为“亚洲青年设计之光”，受世界瞩目。

Young designers from Asian countries / regions will be carefully nominated and evaluated by AYD Media Watch, an internationally influential media association composed of prominent press members, professional social media, design institutions and organizations cooperated with Guangzhou Design Week Media International Alliance.

Only one designer per year from each Asian country / region could be awarded as "The Light of Asian Youth Designers".

As the benchmark of emerging Asian designers, the winners will receive extensive media attention, both on a local and international level and have their designs showcased to a worldwide audience.

亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）作为亚洲青年设计之光年度内容之一，每年度通过从大中华区选拔不超过 100 位优秀青年设计师成为“亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top100”，并从中遴选出12名优秀青年设计师晋级“亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top12”，于广州设计周期间角逐出唯一的“亚洲设计青年之光（大中华区）”人选，与其余国家（或地区）的“亚洲青年设计之光”共同代表青年设计力量为亚洲青年设计发声！

As one of the annual contents of Asian Youth Design Programme, Asian Youth Design Programme (Greater China) will select Top 100 outstanding youth designers from Greater China of Asian Youth Designers Programme 2022. Top 12 outstanding youth designers will advance the the final stage to compete for the ultimate honor during the Guangzhou Design Week 2022. Finally, only one candidate will become The Light of Asian Youth Designers (Greater China).

As the strategic partner of Asian Youth Designers Programme 2022, SINISO' s local dealers are Involved an advisory capacity to the designers.

申报要求（包括但不限于）： Requirements

➢ 个人履历：100-800字，含个人简介、主要工作经历、社会成就/荣誉、设计理念/主张/哲学等；

➢ 个人形象照： Jpg格式，最短边不低于1000像素，大小不超过5M；

➢ 个人身份证扫描件或照片：Jpg格式正反面，不对外仅作为信息核实；

➢ 代表作品：1-3套，每套作品含不超过500字的设计说明、项目完整平面图、项目实景照片（不少于10张）。所有图片均为JPG格式，最短边不低于1000px，每张图片大小不超过10MB；

➢ 项目作品必须为本人原创作品，为2020年1月1日起在中国境内竣工的室内设计、建筑设计等关联项目，具有完全版权和使用权；

➢ 同一机构每年不超过两名设计师报名申报，不同设计师不能提交同一项目作品；

➢ Resume: 100-800 words, including personal profile, main work experience, social achievements / honor, design concept / proposition / philosophy, etc.

➢ Personal image photo: Jpg format, the shortest edge not less than 1000 pixels, size not more than 5M.

➢ Personal ID card scan or photo: both sides of the Jpg format, just to be used to verify the information.

➢ Representative works: 1-3 sets of work, each set of works contains no more than 500 words of design description, complete floor plan of the project, real photos of the project (more than 10 pieces) . All the pictures are in JPG format, the shortest edge is not less than 1000px, each picture size is less than 10MB.

➢ The project must be the original works, for the interior design, architectural design and other related projects completed in Chinese Mainland from 1st January 2020, with the full copyright.

➢ No more than two designers of the same organization for the application every year, and different designers cannot submit the works of the same project.

➢ 设计师有打破传统的创新意义的项目，体现了对空间，对材料的创新运用

Designers have projects that break the traditional innovative significance, reflecting the innovative application of space and materials

媒体观察团 AYD Media Watch

2022 亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）的媒体观察团由大中华区各大权威媒体机构、设计协会与组织共同组成，他们将从提交的作品资料中，按照观察标准评选出不超过 100 位优秀的青年设计师。

2022 AYD Media Watch of Greater China is composed of professional media, design associations or organizations, and national consulates, which will observe and select no more than 100 young designer in Greater China each year.

特约观察员 Special Observer

2022 亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）特约观察员由享誉全球建筑、室内设计的知名权威专家组成。特约观察员以独立身份对评选工作和流程进行观察与监督，确保 2022 亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）的公平、公正、公开。

The Special Observer Asian Youth Designers Programme (Greater China) 2022 is composed of world-renowned authoritative experts in architecture and interior design， which will observe and supervise the selection work and process in an independent capacity to ensure the fairness, justice and openness.

费用说明 Charge Standard

➢ 任何时候不以任何名义、任何方式向参与设计师收取任何费用；

Not to charge any fees to the participating designers in any way.

➢ 入围设计师参加“亚洲青年设计之光”系列活动的交通、食宿费用自理，主办方将提供必要的嘉宾接待协助。

Designers will pay themselves for the transportation and accommodation for the series of activities of Asian Youth Designers Programme. United Organizations will provide assistance in guest reception if necessary.

接受大中华区44岁及44岁以下的室内设计师、建筑设计师免费申报。

Accept free application from interior designers and architects aged 44 and below in Greater China.

第二阶段：名单公布 Announcement

10月17日 “亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top100”公布

· 媒体观察团根据观察标准在所有参与的优秀青年设计师中优选出“ 亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top100 ”，名单将于10月17日在联合发起机构的官方微信或网站共同对外宣发；

· “亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top100”获得角逐“亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top12”资格；

· “亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top100”将荣获联合发起机构授权认证的荣誉证书及奖杯。

11月9日 “亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top12”公布

· 媒体观察团根据观察标准在“亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top100 ”中遴选出前12名优秀设计师晋级“亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top12”，名单将于11月9日在联合发起机构的官方微信或网站共同对外宣发；

· “亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top12”获得角逐“亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）”的资格；

· “亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top12”将荣获联合发起机构授权认证的荣誉证书。

17th Oct Announcement of Top 100

· According to the criteria, AYD Media Watch will select 100 outstanding youth designers as the Top 100 of Asian Youth Designers Programme (Greater China) from all participants . The announcement will be published on the platforms of United Organizations on 17th October.

· “Top 100” will be qualified to becoming “Top 12”.

· "Top 100" will be awarded the certificate of honor and trophy authorized by United Organizations.

9th Nov Announcement of Top 12

· According to the criteria, AYD Media Watch will select Top 12 outstanding designers from Top 100 to qualify as Top 12 of Asian Youth Designers Programme (Greater China) . The announcement will be published on the platforms of United Organizations on 9th November.

· “Top 12” will be qualified to becoming The Light of Asian Youth Designers (Greater China).

· "Top 12" will be awarded the certificate of honor authorized by United Organizations.

第三阶段：年度盛典 Ceremony

· 于2022 广州设计周同期举办“2022 亚洲青年设计之光”年度盛典，由媒体观察团成员开会讨论并投票，从“亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top12”中票选最高者成为“2022亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）”，将与其他各国家或地区的一位获选者共同组成“2022亚洲青年设计之光”，并于2022广州设计周参加荣誉授予典礼、演讲分享及媒体采访等活动。

· 同期举办亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）Top100、Top12的颁奖典礼；

· “亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）”将荣获联合发起机构授权认证的荣誉证书。

12月9日-12日 9th - 12th Dec

· The annual ceremony of Asian Youth Designers Programme 2022 will be held on 2022 Guangzhou Design Week. AYD Media Watch will make a disscussion and take a vote on who becomeThe Light of Asian Youth Designers (Greater China). Top 12 designers will participate in honor awarding ceremony, speech sharing and media interviews in 2022 Guangzhou Design Week.

· Top 100 & Top 12 of Asian Youth Designers Programme (Greater China) award ceremonies were held at the same time.

设计师作品视频输出 Video Publicity

“ 亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）”的设计作品将在广州设计周官方视频号、抖音、微博等社交媒体上，以及在国内外专业媒体Instagram等社交媒体上实现内容曝光、内容引流。

The design project of The Light of Asian Youth Designers (Greater China) will be posted on GZDW Channel，TikTok，Weibo，Instagram and other domestic and foreign social media platforms to clout chasing.

线上直播说设计 Live Sharing

“ 亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）”可参与线上设计分享会，与其余国家（或地区）的“亚洲青年设计之光”相互分享各自的设计故事。

The Light of Asian Youth Designers (Greater China) can participate in online design sharing and share their design stories with other The Light of Asian Youth Designers.

话题任务挑战 Topic Task

“ 亚洲青年设计之光（大中华区）”可参与话题任务挑战，表达他们的设计理念，在联合发起机构的平台上进行宣发。

The Light of Asian Youth Designers (Greater China) can participate in the topic task to express their design philosophy. The specific contents will be published on the platforms of United Organizations.

争议与处理 Treatment of Disputes

1. 如参评者之间因为参评事宜发生任何争议，首先应当协商解决。如果各方无法自行解决争议，则联合发起机构可以居中进行调解。调解不成的，各方自行寻求法律途径解决；

If any dispute occurs between the participants, it should be settled through negotiation first. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute on their own, United Organizations can assist in the mediation. If the mediation fails, the parties should seek legal channels for the settlement by themselves.

2. 如其他方对参评项目提出知识产权方面的争议，则由参评者自行处理并承担一切法律责任，如举办方因此而被卷入纠纷，所造成的一切损失，概由参评者承担；

If other parties raise any intellectual dispute over the property rights of the participating projects, the participants should handle it by themselves and bear all legal liabilities. If the organizer is involved in the dispute, all losses caused should be borne by the participants.

3. 本次活动适用中华人民共和国法律，并依据进行解释。本大奖在征集、参评、展示、宣传等过程中所产生的一切纠纷，均应友好协商解决，协商不成则应提交承办方所在地法院诉讼解决。

This activities applied to the laws of the People's Republic of China and interpreted. All disputes which arising from the process of solicitation, evaluation, display and publicity of the activities should be settled through friendly negotiation. If the negotiation fails, the dispute should be submitted to the local court for settlement.
