本次嘉年华，Culture Sower和芝加哥艺术论坛为了打破中西方艺术交流的屏障，内卷的行业圈层，特别推出时代之音—全球艺术线上嘉年华，来共同携手推动全球艺术文化的繁荣与昌盛。特别向全球艺术家开放20个艺术家名额，10位国外艺术家+10位中国艺术家来一同分享艺术，共话时代。
In order to break the barrier of art exchange between Eastern and Western, Culture Sower and Chicago Art Forum launched the Voice of the Times - Global Art Online Carnival to jointly promote the prosperity and prosperity of global art and culture. In particular, 20 artists are open to global artists, 10 foreign artists and 10 Chinese artists come to share art and talk about the time.

一、征集要求

A、 Solicitation requirements

1、征集对象

a. Solicitors

凡18岁以上全球艺术家均可报名参加，不限题材、形式、内容，均可在Culture Sower全球艺术平台和多家媒体平台展示作品。
All global artists over the age of 18 can register to participate, regardless of theme, form and content, and can display their works on the Culture Sower global art platform and multiple media platforms.

2、征集内容

b. Contents of solicitation

1）艺术家近期高清半身照片一张（重要提示：图片大小不能低于2M）。

a) A recent high-definition half length photo of the artist (important note: the size of the picture cannot be less than 2M).

2）作者高清作品照片3-5张（重要提示：图片格式为jpg格式，大小不能低于2MB），作品图片的文件名命名格式为：作者姓名+作品标题+尺寸+材料+创作时间+作品价格。例：陈XX 《夏天》60x80cm布面油画 2020年。

b) 3-5 high-definition work photos of the author (important note: the image format is jpg format, and the size cannot be less than 2MB). The file name format of the work image is: author name+work title+size+material+creation time+work price. Example: Chen XX's "Summer" 60x80cm canvas oil painting in 2020.

3）本次全球艺术嘉年华会特别推|艺术家高光时刻|展示环节，本环节仅限国内艺术家10位，国外艺术家10位，共计20个名额。每位艺术家将有3-5分钟来分享个人艺术观念、艺术实践，请提供您的PPT（含主题+项目意义+项目构想/案例分享）,也可以提供（3-5分钟）视频，主题及内容须要经Culture Sower和芝加哥艺术论坛进行审核，审核通过方可参与。

b) In this global art carnival will feature | Artist Highlights |show time. It just provided limited seats for 10 Chinese artists and 10 foreign artists, a total of 20 artists. Each artist will have 3-5 minutes to share their own artistic ideas and practices. Please provide your PPT (including theme+project significance+project idea/cases sharing), or provide video (3-5 minutes). The theme and content must be reviewed by Culture Sower and Chicago Art Forum, and all the contents only after reviewed can participate in this carnival.

二、征集时间

B、 solicitation time


即日发布起，12月12日为最终截稿期，12月20日公布审核结果。
The final deadline is 12th December, and the review results will be published on 20th December.

三、提交方式

请将以上征集内容打包，并在邮件主题标注“时代之音-2023全球艺术线上嘉年华”，发送至：culturesower@163.com。

四、入选艺术家服务

D、 Selected Artist Services


凡参与艺术家的作品均会在Culture Sower Global Media全球线上展出，并在此次嘉年华重点推出；
All the works of participating artists will be exhibited on the global online exhibition of Culture Sower Global Media, and will be highlighted at this carnival;
凡参与本次时代之音全球艺术家线上展的艺术家，享受本次“时代之音-全球艺术线上展”的所有服务类目（请查阅“时代之音-全球艺术线上展”）；
All artists participating in the online exhibition of Voice of the Times Global Artists enjoy all the service categories of the "Voice of the Times Global Art Online Exhibition" (please refer to the "Voice of the Times Global Art Online Exhibition");
本次全球艺术嘉年华艺术风采展示，提供专业的内容审核、内容翻译、发言稿、中英文活动现场同步翻译、Culture Sower与芝加哥艺术论坛推出的双语艺术电子刊物《时代艺刊》（中英文版）电子版第一期内容，后续全球宣传和推广等服务；
This exhibition of the artistic style of the Global Art Carnival provides professional content review, content translation, simultaneous translation of Chinese and English activities on site, the first issue of the electronic version of the bilingual art publication Time Art (Chinese and English version) jointly organized by Culture Sower and the Chicago Art Forum,and subsequent global publicity and promotion services;
本次活动我们也会邀请音乐家、朗诵家、时代之音线上参展艺术家一同互动，共同欢度新年。

In this activity, we will also invite musicians and reciters and all participating artists of "Voices of The Time to interact and celebrate the New Year together.

五、收费说明

F、 Charge description

线上展：300元/人

Online exhibition: 300 RMB/person

|艺术家高光时刻|: 800元/人（仅20个名额,10位中国艺术家，10位国外艺术家）（凡参与线上展艺术家可享受8折内部价）

| Artist Highlights |: 800 RMB/person (only 20 seats for 10 Chinese artists, 10 foreign artists) （80% discount for online particapated artists of Culture Sower）
