“Flowing Emotion - The Melody of Spring” Global Art Online Exhibution
暨流动的情绪——夏日之歌全球艺术线上展之后，流动的情绪四季系列展之春季展，即流动的情绪——春之旋律，有人将四季喻为一生的缩影。不同季节有着分明的情绪色彩，春天作为生命的开端，带着一年的希冀开始了人生的探索。
After “Flowing Emotion-The Song of Summer” Global Art Online Exhibition, The Spring Exhibition of "Flowing Emotions-Four Seasons Series Exhibition " will soon launch , that called Flowing Emotion-The Melody of Spring. Some people compare the four seasons to the miniature of life. Different seasons have distinct emotional colors. As the beginning of life, spring starts the exploration of life with a year's hope.

在2023年新春之际，Culture Sower 诚挚邀请全球艺术家来借用自己真挚的画笔去表达春天旋律，唤醒自我内在生命的本真，畅快而自由的表达，那是内心谱写下的一首春日的赞歌，为这一整年种下希望的种子。
On the occasion of the Spring Festival in 2023, Culture Sower sincerely invited global artists to use their sincere brushes to express the melody of spring, awaken the true nature of your inner life, express cheerfully and freely. 一、征集要求
A、 Solicitation requirements
1、本次征稿面向全球艺术家，不限国籍，凡热爱艺术、长期投身艺术事业及具有艺术天赋的艺术爱好者均可投稿。
a.This solicitation is for artists from all over the world, regardless of nationality and ages. All art lovers who love art, have long been engaged in art career and have artistic talent can contribute.
2、凡投稿者需关注【Culture Sower】微信公众号，随时关注入选情况。
b.All contributors should pay attention to the [culture sower] wechat official account and pay attention to the selection at any time.
3、凡投稿者，需在2023年3月15日之前向Culture Sower电子邮箱 culturesower@163.com提交以下三项个人资料，并保证资料的真实性和完整性：

（1）作者近期高清半身照片一张（重要提示：图片大小不能低于2MB）。
(a) One recent high-definition half length photo of the author (important note: the picture size cannot be less than 2MB).
（2）作者高清作品照片5张（重要提示：图片格式为jpg格式，大小不能低于2MB），作品图片的文件名命名格式为：作者姓名+作品标题+尺寸+材料+创作时间。例：XX 《春日》60x80cm布面油画2020年。
(b) Five high-definition photos of the author's works (important note: the picture format is JPG format, and the size cannot be less than 1 MB). The file name format of the pictures of the works is: author name + work title + size + material + creation time. Example: XX's "spring" 60x80cm oil on canvas, 2022.
（3）作者艺术简历（内容包含姓名、性别、所在地、微信号、手机号，以及近年主要参展经历，并标明参与展览版块，要求个人联系方式必须真实完整）。
(c)Artistic resume of the author (including name, gender, location, wechat, mobile phone number, as well as major exhibition experience in recent years, indicating the section of participating in the exhibition, and requiring personal contact information to be true and complete).
（4）作品阐述(200字以内)。
(d) Description of the work（Less then 200 words）.
★重要提示：艺术家须提交中英文版本，如需翻译服务，本次展览收取服务费用50元，仅限本次展览服务。请参展者将以上4项资料打包压缩后发送至指定邮箱，请注明投稿“流动的情绪—春之旋律”如有推荐人请注明投稿来源或推荐人姓名，投稿后及时与我们的工作人员取得联系。
★Note: (artists must submit Chinese and English versions.If translation services are required, this exhibition will charge a service fee of 50 yuan, which is limited to this exhibition service. Please pack and compress the above four materials and send them to the designated mailbox. Please indicate the contribution "Flowing Emotion - The Melody of Spring". If there is a recommender, please indicate the source of contribution or the name of the recommender. After submission, please contact our staff in time.
二、参展说明
B.Exhibition description
1、全球艺术线上展：我们从所有的投稿作品中评选出每人3幅优秀作品。全球线上展展将在Culture Sower公众平台、Facebook及多家媒体宣传平台公示，入选者每人缴费300元，凡入选均可获得主办方颁发的全球文化艺术联盟展览证书。
a. Global online art exhibition: we select 3 excellent works for each person from all submitted works. The global online exhibition will be publicized on the Culture Sower public platform, Facebook and several media publicity platforms. Each person who is selected will pay 300RMB. Anyone who is selected will receive a certificate of Global Culture & Art League.
2、本次全球线上展览将从入选名单中最终评选出一、二、三等奖6名（获金鹰奖提名一次，提名三次者由主办方授予一年一度全球顶级艺术之夜之“金鹰奖”评选机会。）优秀奖若干。获奖人员收录 Culture Sower 优秀艺术家人才库，前三名获奖艺术家将获Culture Sower 签约，免费入驻 Culture Sower 官方国际网站、一次价值800元的艺术家专访（《时代艺刊》电子刊物一个版面）及全球电商推广的机会。
2. This global online exhibition will finally select 6 winners of the first, second and third prizes from the selected list (once nominated for the Golden Eagle Award, and three times nominated will be awarded the "Golden Eagle Award" selection opportunity of the annual Global Top Art Night by the organizer). The winners are included in the talent pool of excellent artists of Culture Sower. The top three winners will be signed by Culture Sower, and will be free to register the official international website of Culture Sower, an exclusive interview with artists worth 800RMB (one page of the electronic publication of Times Art Magazine) and the opportunity to promote global e-commerce.
3、凡报名并入围本次展览的艺术家，须保证作品版权为本人所有，主办方享有所有参展作品的发行、出版、销售等权利，因投稿资料及作品引发的一切法律后果由投稿人独自承担。
c.The artist must guarantee that the copyright belongs to himself/herself and that the organizer has the right to publish and sell all the exhibits. All legal consequences arising from the materials and works submitted shall be borne by the artist alone.
4、2023年CultureSower线下展（时间2023年，具体时间待定）。我们会从入选的艺术家中，按照本人自愿的原则，拟计划在每个版块挑选20~30位艺术家参加中国、美国、欧洲的落地巡展。展览地点及具体事宜另做详情通知。
d.The offline exhibition of Culture Sower in 2023 (specific time to be determined). We will select 20 to 30 artists from the selected artists in each section to participate in the landing tour in China, the United States and Europe according to the principle of voluntariness. The exhibition location and specific matters will be notified separately.
