MVRDV联合Openfabric，中选杭州大运河未来艺术科技中心建筑概念方案国际竞赛。

MVRDV, together with Openfabric, was selected winner of the international architecture design competition of Hangzhou Grand Canal Future Art and Sci-tech Center (working title).

大运河未来艺术科技中心位于杭州运河新城的核心区域，西临京杭大运河，南临杭钢河。原为杭州炼油厂，占地17.56公顷。作为“大运河世界文化遗产公园”标志性项目之一，大运河未来艺术科技中心包括艺术科技馆、国际创意产业园、艺文创意街区和炼油厂公园，将被整体打造为“城市T台，未来中心”，成为时尚艺术的城市公共文化客厅和新兴未来产业集聚地。

The Grand Canal Future Art and Sci-tech Center, originally the Hangzhou Oil Refinery Factory, is located in the core area of Hangzhou Canal New Town, facing the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the west and Hangang River in the south. The site area is around 17.56 hectares. As one of the key projects of the "Grand Canal World Cultural Heritage Park", the Grand Canal Future Art and Sci-tech Center is consisted of the Art and Sci-tech Museum, the International Creative Industry Park, the Art and Culture Creative Block and the Oil Refinery Park. It will become an urban public living room for fashion and art as well as a hub for emerging industries of Hangzhou in the future.
