2022年是该奖项系列设立后的第17个年头，迄今已覆盖亚太区12个主要的房地产市场。该奖项系列以诚信、公平、透明享誉亚太地区，由区域内房地产行业各界精英组成的独立评审团， 以及由广受信赖的浩信国际（HLB）担当评奖监督，保证了这一奖项系列的公正评审和顺利实施。毋庸置疑，“PropertyGuru亚洲不动产奖”已成为亚太地区房地产 行业的黄金标准。
12 月 9 日，2022年 PropertyGuru 亚洲不动产大奖总决赛 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final 在泰国曼谷举行的大型盛会上，公布了48个类别的“年度亚洲房地产” 大奖！本届共32个项目获得区域总冠军（REGIONAL WINNER），其中中国项目3个，占比9%。
中国新世界发展有限公司荣获年度优秀品牌房企（亚洲）称号，同时与 Lead8 设计公司联手打造 11 SKIES项目斩获年度大型综合体项目（亚洲）大奖！此外 Lead8 设计的首钢北京园区城市织补创新工场项目荣获年度零售建筑设计项目（亚洲）大奖！由贝诺设计的深圳华润前海中心项目获得年度综合建筑设计项目（亚洲） 大奖！Ciputra集团的首席执行官兼PT Ciputra Development Tbk的总裁Candra Ciputra先生获得了PropertyGuru年度榜样人物奖。恭喜！
