具有3年以上城市设计/城市规划从业经验，城乡规划、建筑学、景观及环境艺术等相关专业背景，本科及以上学历；具备较强的城市设计能力，对城市设计的各个阶段工作有成熟的经验； -
卓越的沟通、汇报及多团队协调能力，能与客户及合作方保持密切的沟通，精准传达项目需求； -
良好的职业操守与团队合作精神，以及自我驱动力； -
具有较好的英文沟通和口头表达能力者优先； -
具有国内外大型城市设计机构工作经验及一定的项目管理能力者优先。

At least 3 years of urban design/urban planning experience; urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, environmental art or other related professional background; deep understanding of each stage of urban design project; comprehensive design skills；

Excellent communication, presentation and multi-team coordination skills; able to maintain smooth communication with customers and partners, and accurately convey project requirements;
-
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation; highly efficient, creative, and have strong adaptability；
-
Good English communication skills are preferred；
-
Working experience in large urban design institutions, with certain project management ability is preferred.

2年以上相关从业经验，城市（乡）规划、城市设计、经济地理、人文地理等相关专业，了解国内外城市规划及城市发展态势；

Requirements:

More than 2 years of relevant working experience, majors in urban planning, urban design, economic geography, human geography, etc., and have a clear understanding of urban planning and urban development at home and abroad；

Practical, efficient, strong execution, and strong logical thinking ability when working；

1-2 years of work experience in urban design/urban planning/architect design/landscape design；bachelor degree or above in urban planning, urban design, architect design, landscape design and other related majors; -

踏实稳重，有高效的工作组织能力和良好的团队合作意识，接受出差, 并定期与总部进行技术与业务组织沟通； -
卓越的沟通表达能力，能及时回应客户的技术服务需求，确保项目的顺利实施。

Bachelor degree or above in urban planning and urban design majors; -
3-5 years of work experience；participated in large-scale urban design or urban renewal projects; deep understanding of urban planning background in the Pearl River Delta region; -
Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suits, Lumion and other design software; Strong logical expression and urban design skills; -
Practical and stable, with efficient work organization ability and good sense of teamwork; accept business trips and regularly communicate with the headquarters for technical and business organizations； -
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to respond to customers' technical requirements to ensure the smooth process of the project.
