Almine Rech Shanghai is looking for the full-time intern who is willing to gain hands-on experience in the daily operation of an international art gallery. The intern will be working closely with the gallery staff and will be assisting in important gallery operations and events.

工作描述：

协助画廊前台完成日常运营，包括接待来访人员与客户、收发分送公司信件、办公文具等耗品采购及清点整理。
根据需要协助画廊展览开幕和活动筹备事宜。
协助画廊宣传材料制作、媒体剪报和展览图片分类与整理。
协助画廊公众号更新与翻译事宜。
根据需要协助维护画廊展间整洁与秩序，并确保展出艺术品安全。
根据需要协助画廊销售团队、画廊助理和运营团队日常工作。

Responsibilities:

* Assist Front Desk on daily tasks, including administrative support, greeting visitors, serving clients, distributing incoming & outgoing mail, keeping stock and replenishing gallery & office supplies.

* Assist with exhibition openings and special events at the gallery, as required.

* Assist in the creation of marketing materials on social media, filing press clippings & image archives.

* Assist in the translation of relevant materials.

* Invigilate exhibition areas and interface with the public as required, to ensure the safety of artworks at all times.

* Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team, Gallery Assistants, and Operations team.

工作要求：

* 全职实习期为2023年2月至5月。画廊工作时间：周二至周六，11AM - 7PM。

* 具备对当代艺术及艺术史的知识储备及热情。

* 流畅的书面写作能力和沟通表达能力（中英双语）。

* 熟练运用Adobe和Office办公软件。

* 积极主动，团队意识强、学习能力强。

* 能够较快适应环境，具灵活应变的能力。
