Shanghai, like the rest of China, is adapting to Covid with incredible speed. Our eerily quiet cities, like many of us, enter a repose phase. We wish you speedy recovery and take advantage of this unofficial break for some heartwarming and festive gatherings! It’s been the most bizarre year with unexpected chain-of-events, but as Winston Churchill would encourage us in times of hardship: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts”. Let’s tread lightly together with equanimity and discover what 2023 will bring.
