These last days of 2022 will go down in our collective memory, if not a chapter in history.

Shanghai, like the rest of China, is adapting to Covid with incredible speed. Our eerily quiet cities, like many of us, enter a repose phase. We wish you speedy recovery and take advantage of this unofficial break for some heartwarming and festive gatherings!

It’s been the most bizarre year with unexpected chain-of-events, but as Winston Churchill would encourage us in times of hardship: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts”. Let’s tread lightly together with equanimity and discover what 2023 will bring. Our world will take some time to settle to its new norm and we aspire to contribute to this healing process with thoughtful design.

2022年末的这段困境在历史长河中微不足道，却是我们这些经历者难忘的共同记忆。

与中国其他城市一样，上海正以惊人的速度在适应疫情，“你阳了吗”取代“你好吗”成为人们日常的问候语。随着大部分人居家隔离，城市也陷入寂静，万物蛰伏只待新春重生。我们衷心祝愿诸君在此“假期”能与久违的亲友欢聚，生活和事业尽快恢复如初！

流年不利，状况频发，但正如丘吉尔在至暗时刻所鼓励的那样，“成功不是终点，失败也并非末日，最重要的是继续前进的勇气。”让我们放轻脚步，带着平常心，在即将到来的2023年继续探索与追梦。恢复世界秩序是个漫长的过程，但愿我们的深思熟虑能为这治愈过程贡献绵薄之力。
