荣获2021年美国建筑奖
Recently, two GP towers have been recognized with the 2021 American Architecture Award from the The Chicago Athenaeum Museum for Architecture and Design.
近期，GP设计的两座塔楼荣获由芝加哥雅典娜建筑与设计博物馆颁发的2021年美国建筑奖。
One Chicago, currently nearing completion in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, is a luxury mixed-use development featuring two residential towers and a shared podium building. Led by JDL Development and designed in partnership between GP and Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, the 2,200,000-square-foot project includes 812 residential units, office space, retail including a flagship Whole Foods Market and Life Time Inc. fitness and wellness center, a restaurant, and a large roof garden on top of the podium.
即将竣工的One Chicago项目位于芝加哥河北岸，拥有两栋豪华住宅楼和一座裙楼。该综合体项目由JDL地产开发，由GP和Hartshorne Plunkard 建筑公司共同设计。项目总面积20.4万平方米(220万平方英尺)，包括812间住宅单元、办公、商业、全食超市旗舰店、Life Time 健身中心、餐厅和位于裙楼屋顶的大型花园。
Developed by The Howard Hughes Corporation and Riverside Investment & Development Company, Bank of America Tower, also known as 110 North Wacker, is a 56-story, 1,770,000-square-foot office building located in the Chicago Loop. To address city requirements for open space along the river, the design provides a 45-foot-wide riverwalk that is covered, but effectively open to the sky, 55 feet above.
位于芝加哥卢普商务区的美国银行大厦，又名北威克街110号，由Howard Hughes 公司和河岸投资发展有限公司共同开发，是一座高56层、16.4万平方米(177万平方英尺)的办公塔楼。响应芝加哥市对于沿岸开放式空间的要求，设计采用了一条16.7米(55英尺)高、13.7米45英尺宽的河岸遮荫走道，并且保证有足够的畅通高度。
