随着“发声——”的招募结束，Culture Sower 首届全球艺术线上展正式开始启动和筹备，我们收集到80位艺术家投稿，49位入围本次展览。本次展览也广泛受到了很多方面的关注。但此次发声的力量显然还是不够的，我们要持续发声，持续蓄积我们的力量，第二期我们特别推出了“发声——流动的情绪（四季）”全球艺术家线上展览，昨日立秋，沿袭夏季的余温，“流动的情绪（四季）夏日之歌”全球艺术家线上展览征集正式发布。

With the end of the recruitment of "Making voice -", The First Global Art Online Exhibition of Culture Sower officially began prepareations. We collected 80 artists' contributions, from which 49 were shortlisted for this exhibition. This exhibition has also received extensive attention from many corners. However, the power of voice is obviously not enough. We need to continue to voice and accumulate our power. In the second phase, we launched the global artists' online exhibition "Making Voice - Flowing Emotions (four seasons)". Yesterday, it was the beginning of autumn. Allowing the retained temperature of summer, The open call for “Flowing Emotion-The Song of Summer” Global Art Online Exhibition”was officially launched.

夏日，是火一般的燥热，熊熊燃起我们内心澎湃的海浪，时而汹涌、时而低落，奏响了整个夏日的火与水的交融之歌。那遮挡不住的焦灼的太阳，似乎一眼就看穿了你内心的躁动，不必隐藏，哪怕被烤化，我依然想要被你捕捉，因为这是我最炽热的爱与信仰。那漫天起舞的雨，随着心的律动，开始起舞，忧郁而曼妙，谁能解我心忧？谁能抚慰我内心？唯有最热爱的赤诚的表达会开解你内在的孤傲。发声，一次情绪的宣泄与表达，让人真正回归人性，不再成为机械化的傀儡。此刻，我们希望听到你的声音，源自于你内心真实情绪的流淌。来一起让我们为整个夏日来发声，来倾听来自最深处的热爱与信仰。

Summer is hot and dry like a fire. The surging waves within hearts are ignited, sometimes turbulent and sometimes calm, interweaving a song of fire and water throughout summer season. The unsealed scorching sun seems to see through your inner agitation at a glance. There is no need to hide it. Even if it is baked, I still want to be captured by you, because this is my hottest love and belief. The percussion of summer rains, with the rhythm of the heart, begin their dance, melancholy and graceful, who can solve this restlessness? Who can comfort the heart? Only the sincere expression of your purpose will unlock your inner pride. Voice, an emotional catharsis and expression, makes people truly return to human nature and no longer become a mechanized puppet. At this moment in time, we hope to hear your voice from the flow of your true emotions. Let's speak for the whole summer and listen to the deepest love and faith.

We have embarked on an in-depth exploration of art and culture. 此次展览，我们打破疆域，聚合国内外各领域优秀艺术家，在全球各大媒介平台的自由发声，如：Facebook、Twitter、Instagram、微信公众号、今日头条等进行全方位展示，x向每一个艺术家发出最诚挚的邀请，欢迎您一起为艺术而发声。

In this exhibition, we broke our boundaries, gathered outstanding artists from all fields at home and abroad, and made a comprehensive display on major media platforms around the world, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Wechat official account, Today's headlines, etc. This is a sincere invitation to welcome to make a voice for art together.

一、征集要求：

A. Solicitation requirements

本次展览将面向全球艺术家，题材、内容（只要内容不超出出版刊发审核均可）、表达形式等均不限。本次将会选出3幅个人优秀作品予以展出，同时展览将推出线上开幕及闭幕式与更多艺术爱好者进行线上互动与交流，更大范围地传递您的艺术之声。

This exhibition will be open to artists from all over the world. There are no restrictions on theme, content (as long as the content does not exceed the review of publication and Publication), expression form, etc. This time, 3 individual excellent works will be selected for exhibition. At the same time, the exhibition will launch online opening and closing ceremonies to interact and communicate with more art lovers, so as to convey your voice of art in a wider range.

1、本次征稿面向全球艺术家，不限国籍，凡热爱艺术、长期投身艺术事业及具有艺术天赋的艺术爱好者均可投稿。

1. This solicitation is for artists from all over the world, regardless of nationality and ages. All art lovers who love art, have long been engaged in art career and have artistic talent can contribute.

2、凡投稿者需关注【Culture Sower】微信公众号，随时关注入选情况。

3、凡投稿者，需在2022年8月30日之前向Culture Sower电子邮箱 culturesower@163.com提交以下三项个人资料，并保证资料的真实性和完整性：

（1）作者近期高清半身照片一张（重要提示：图片大小不能低于2MB）。

（2）作者高清作品照片5张（重要提示：图片格式为jpg格式，大小不能低于2MB），作品图片的文件名命名格式为：作者姓名+作品标题+尺寸+材料+创作时间。例：陈XX 《夏天》60x80cm布面油画2020年。

(2) Five high-definition photos of the author's works (important note: the picture format is JPG format, and the size cannot be less than 1 MB). The file name format of the pictures of the works is: author name + work title + size + material + creation time. Example: Chen XX's "summer" 60x80cm oil on canvas, 2020.

（3）作者艺术简历（内容包含姓名、性别、所在地、微信号、手机号，以及近年主要参展经历，并标明参与展览版块，要求个人联系方式必须真实完整）。

(3) Artistic resume of the author (including name, gender, location, wechat, mobile phone number, as well as major exhibition experience in recent years, indicating the section of participating in the exhibition, and requiring personal contact information to be true and complete).

（4）作品阐述。

★重要提示：艺术家须提交中英文版本，如需翻译服务，本次展览收取服务费用50元，仅限本次展览服务。请参展者将以上4项资料打包压缩后发送至指定邮箱，请注明投稿“流动的情绪-夏日之歌”如有推荐人请注明投稿来源或推荐人姓名，投稿后及时与我们的工作人员取得联系。

(4) Description of the work. (artists must submit Chinese and English versions.If translation services are required, this exhibition will charge a service fee of 50 yuan, which is limited to this exhibition service. Please pack and compress the above four materials and send them to the designated mailbox. Please indicate the contribution "Flowing Emotion-The Song of Summer". If there is a recommender, please indicate the source of contribution or the name of the recommender. After submission, please contact our staff in time.

二、参展说明

B.Exhibition description

本次展览初步计划为线上微展。如后续计划做落地展，视疫情情况再定。

The preliminary plan of this exhibition is online micro exhibition. If the follow-up plan is to make a physical exhibition, it will be held after epidemic.

1、全球艺术线上展：我们从所有的投稿作品中评选出每人3幅优秀作品。全球线上展展将在Culture Sower公众平台、Facebook及多家媒体宣传平台公示，入选者每人缴费300元，凡入选均可获得主办方颁发的全球文化艺术联盟展览证书。

1. Global art online exhibition: we will select 3 outstanding works per artist. The global online exhibition will be publicized on the culture sower public platform, Facebook and several media publicity platforms. Each selected person will pay 300RMB. All selected persons can obtain the global artist joint exhibition certificate issued by the organizer.

2、本次全球线上展览将从入选名单中最终评选出一、二、三等奖10名（获金鹰奖提名一次，提名三次者由主办方授予全球顶级艺术“金鹰奖”），优秀奖若干。获奖人员收录Culture Sower优秀艺术家人才库，获取culture sower的一次全球【推荐艺术家】机会，并长期作为本平台核心艺术家向国际大型学术型展览与全球著名画廊推介的对象。

2. In this global online exhibition, 10 first, second and third prizes will be finally selected from the list of winners (once nominated by the Golden Eagle Award, and those nominated three times will be awarded the "Golden Eagle Award" by the organizer), Several Excellence Awards. 3、Culture Sower 还特别推出了线上开幕式、闭幕式，邀请合作机构、参展艺术家一同开启一场别样的线上文化、艺术交流盛宴，共同推动文化艺术的发展与共融。

4、落地展（视疫情待定）：我们从入选的艺术家中，按照本人自愿的原则，拟计划在每个版块挑选20~30位艺术家参加中国、美国、欧洲的落地巡展。展览地点及具体事宜另做详情通知。
