在广州中海观雲府项目中，中海运营团队对“住宅地产mix社区商业”这一模式进行了全新的探索：结合当代人居需求的概念，联手知名美学生活品牌“方所”，共同打造了“方舟客厅”。“地产+品牌”的联合，为社区定制了一个未来长期使用的休闲美学空间。
In the Guangzhou Zhonghai Guanyunfu project, the Zhonghai operation team has carried out a new exploration of the "residential real estate mix community business" model: Combining the concept of contemporary human settlement needs, teamed up with the well-known aesthetic life brand "Fangsuo" to jointly create "Ark Living Room". The combination of "real estate + brand" has customized a leisure aesthetic space for the community for long-term use in the future.
作为本案的室内设计方，ENJOYDESIGN结合目标客群的调研结果以及业主单位和空间运营者双方需求，落地了一个对标时尚精品酒店品质，围绕用户核心需求，兼具生活美学与烟火气的真实生活场所。
As the interior designer of this case, ENJOYDESIGN combines the research results of the target customer group and the needs of both the owner unit and the space operator to establish a benchmark fashion boutique hotel quality, centering on the core needs of the user, and combining the aesthetics of life and the real life of pyrotechnics place.
这是一场从美好生活提案到美好生活实现的社区营造，也是一次人间烟火气与美学生活方式的共融产物。ENJOYDESIGN以长期主义为目的，从人文关怀和生活场景出发，用空间规划促成了商业、体验、文化型活动的聚合，给予当地居民一个“所见即所得”的承诺。
This is a community creation from the proposal of a better life to the realization of a better life, and it is also a product of a communion of human smoke and aesthetics. ENJOYDESIGN aims at long-termism, starting from humanistic care and life scenes, using space planning to promote the aggregation of commercial, experience, and cultural activities, giving local residents a "what you see is what you get" promise.
追寻过去，探索未来。ENJOYDESIGN在设计中延续了方所的生活美学文化，从花坊、手作、轻食、阅读、运动五大场景出发，诠释“OLD MEETS NEW”的时空概念，打造一个承载着传统文明和未来希望的方舟客厅，实现邻里共融、人文共通、业态共享的良性循环。
Pursue the past and explore the future. ENJOYDESIGN continues Fangsuo’s aesthetics of life culture in the design. Starting from the five scenes of flower shop, hand-made, light food, reading, and sports, ENJOYDESIGN interprets the concept of time and space of “OLD MEETS NEW” to create a traditional civilization and hope for the future. The Ark Living Room realizes a virtuous circle of neighborhood harmony, humanities and business sharing.
在属于海洋的色彩中，水母轻盈游动，一个容纳着无数小生命的生态鱼缸俨然是海洋世界的缩影，让人们在趣味与快乐中，开启归家礼序。
In the colors of the ocean, jellyfish swim lightly, and an ecological fish tank containing countless small lives seems to be the epitome of the ocean world, allowing people to start the order of returning home in fun and happiness.
园林、海洋、鲜花，看似毫无联系却紧密相关，它们寓意着人类的文明、生态的基因和自然的馈赠，与方舟共同启航，探寻更多未来美好生活的方式。
Gardens, oceans, and flowers are seemingly unrelated but closely related. They imply human civilization, ecological genes and natural gifts, and set sail with the Ark to explore more ways to live a better life in the future.
百籽柜储蓄着隐喻生命的种子，有序的展陈让人们选取心仪的植物栽种，扎根-萌芽-成长，从认识到参与的过程，感受自然演变的奥妙。
The Hundred Seed Cabinet stores the seeds of metaphorical life, and the orderly exhibition allows people to choose their favorite plants to plant, root-sprout-grow, and feel the mystery of natural evolution from the process of recognizing and participating.
居民携带着希望的种子，播撒在社区的农场里，从参与的过程中获取共同建立家园的满足感和归属感，邻里间的共同协作激活情感与温度的挥发。

醇厚的香味氤氲，述说着一杯咖啡研磨、过滤、萃取的完整过程，如同置身于方舟的人们，在书籍的世界里汲取知识的养分，从回顾过去到展望未来，美好是永恒的定义。

方舟客厅作为中海运营团队在住宅地产和社区商业之间的又一探索，从社区辐射到城市，秉承人文主义的关怀，联名方所共同推动社区文化的可持续内容，聚焦城市气质反哺未来社区生活，建立一种大隐于市的美学生活方式。
