在全球化的发展过程中，各个国家和民族的文化相互促进，和谐发展。正是因为文化是多样化的，不同民族、不同地区、不同历史都会有不同的文化形态，保持着各自的特色，呈现出多元和谐发展的局面。正是立足于这样的时代背景，G+AWARDS (GLOBAL+ DESIGNER COMPETITION,中文:G+AWARDS全球设计精英大赛)应运而生，由来自全球多个国家具有影响力的国际设计组织联合发起与参评组织运营。

In the process of globalization, the cultures of all countries and nations promote each other to develop harmoniously. Each nation or region has a different cultural pattern because of cultural diversity and they contribute to a diverse and harmonious world culture by preserving their cultural characteristics.It is based on this background of the times, the G+AWARDS (GLOBAL+DESIGNER COMPETITION) was born,co-sponsored and operated by influential international design organizations from many countries around the world.

2021年,中国、美国、意大利、新加坡、阿联酋率先加入此全球性大型设计交流发展计划，共同向全球设计精英发出了一个倡议：“全球思考，在地行动！”（Think global, act local!）。

In 2021, China, the United States, Italy, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates took the lead in joining this large-scale global design exchange development program, jointly sent an initiative to the global designer: "Think Global,Act Local! ”（Think global, act local!）

G+AWARDS is a global design and cultural exchange development program,committed to promoting global cultural and design communication, common development and improvement, for the global designer to build a multi-competition platform of design value, design exchanges, design linkage, and will promote the global cultural and creative industries and design works related areas of closer exchanges and cooperation, promote exchanges and dialogue among different cultures around the world, open up a new path of innovation and development and build a broader platform for cooperation.

In 2021, G+AWARDS brings together five national professional design organizations to create a global design competition,which solicits outstanding space design projects from design elites around the world and encourage them to look at diversified design cultures and practices featuring glocalization from a global perspective.

通过在全球语境下的评选，盘点备受国际认可的设计力作和设计精英，以此推举出全球范围内杰出的设计精英，挖掘设计精英的创新设计理念和观点，向全球呈现出当代设计精英价值观，进一步呼吁人类美好生活福祉。

Through the global context of the selection, inventory of the internationally recognized design and designer, in order to select the world's outstanding designer, mining the designers innovative design concepts and perspectives, to present the world's contemporary design elite values, and further call for a better life and well-being of mankind.

2021G+AWARDS全球总决赛，G+AWARDS年度重磅收官活动。作为一个全球性大型设计交流发展计划，G+AWARDS在全球总决赛将迎来来自中国、美国、意大利、新加坡、阿联酋五个国家的五位全球冠军候选人进行主题分享交流，由来自全球设计产业关联领域的设计专家、媒体人、意见领袖等组成2021G+AWARDS全球总决赛评审委员会，共同票选2021G+AWARDS全球冠军，并举行2021G+AWARDS年度颁奖典礼，让全球设计精英进行良性循环的交互，推动全球设计力量的发展。

2021 G+AWARDS Global Finals,the annual grand finale of G+AWARDS.As a large-scale project for global design exchange and development, G+AWARDS will welcome five global finalists from China, the United States, Italy, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates to share ideas on “Think global, act local”.The Global Champion is voted by the 2021G+AWARDS Global Final Judging Committee, which is composed of experts on design, media, and authority leaders from the related fields of the global design industry. G+AWARDS在全球总决赛，由来自中国、美国、意大利、新加坡、阿联酋五个国家的五位全球冠军候选人进行主题分享交流。我们将陆续公布所有全球冠军候选人，并对他们的设计作品进展示。

The G+AWARDS Global Finals will be having five global finalists from China, the USA, Italy, Singapore, UAE to share and exchange on the stage. We will announce all the global finalists and present their design works in the following tweets.

在此之前，五位全球冠军侯选人已经公布全球冠军候选人-中国·张海曼先生、全球冠军侯选人-意大利·GIANMARIA QUARTA先生，以及全球冠军侯选人-美国·张继元女士，本次揭开的是全球冠军侯选人—新加坡·唐俊豪先生。以下为大家带来唐俊豪先生的设计作品：大坦沙岛规划设计及“路游憩”大板桥高速公路服务区。

We had already announced three global finalists , Mr.Haiman Zhang, Mr. GIANMARIA QUARTA, Miss Yingfan Zhang from China, Italy and the USA, respectively. Now we will announced the second last finalist-TANG JUNHAO- from Singapore. The following part shows his entries- DATANSHA ISLAND MASTERPLAN

TANG JUNHAO

DP建筑师事务所副董事

Associate Director of DP Architects

唐俊豪先生于2005年获得新加坡国立大学建筑学硕士学位。在第一份工作中完成新加坡国家博物馆项目后，他加入了DP的中国团队，在北京开启他在中国的旅程。在随后的十几年，他在多个领域积累了不同性质与类型的经验，现任职DP在大湾区的办事处。

Tang Junhao received his Masters Degree in Architecture at the National University of Singapore in 2005. After working on the National Museum of Singapore in his first job, he relocated to Beijing to join DP’s China team in 2007 , thus beginning his journey in China. In the subsequent years, he has garnered experiences in different design fields and is currently in DP’s Greater Bay office.

塑造空间和体验是他作为设计师的主要宗旨。他对设计的执念不仅局限于空间设计，丰富的经验使他能够将城市规划、建筑、景观、室内甚至图形等多个设计领域间融合在一起。他也深信设计不仅仅只是涵盖新的创造力。除了满足设计任务的需求，设计是为人服务的器皿，最终使用者的体验至关重要。设计是多面性。

Shaping spaces and experiences form the key beliefs in what Tang wants to achieve as a designer. His passion is not restricted to just spatial design. The varied experiences have allowed him to integrate multiple disciplines of design- from urban planning, architecture, landscape, interiors and even graphics. He also believes that design is not only about new creations. Apart from fulfilling the requirements of the brief, it is also important to consider the actual experience of the end user. Design itself is a multi-dimensional and all-rounded process.

DATANSHA ISLAND MASTERPLAN

|大坦沙规划设计

随着大湾区和珠三角地区经济发展，大坦沙岛正处于高速发展阶段，这对于大坦沙岛来说是重塑广州城西新形象的机会。在项目初期，团队首先对该岛现有的规划结构进行评估，仔细分析场地现状以便确定可实施规划升级的范围。凭借现有周边的医疗资源，该岛被定位为广州的“健康生态岛”，也将成为该地区的城市新枢纽。

With the development of the Greater Bay Area and Pearl Delta, the region is experiencing growth at an exponential rate, representing an opportunity for Datansha island to redefine Guangzhou’s western frontier. Planning design begins with an assessment of the existing planning structure of the island, carefully, identifying scopes which are feasible for infrastructure upgrading and introduction of new interventions. With the current available healthcare amenities, the island is positioned as a “Wellness City” as well as a new hub of the region.

提高城市化进程是大坦沙岛可持续发展的关键战略。两座塔楼与地铁站相连，作为交通枢纽将成为荔湾区城市天际线上最具标志性的建筑群体。一条3.08公里长的“超级活力轴”作为岛上的主要动脉，也是串连各个社区的公共空中平台。架高地面6米成为城市中的第二首层，可供人们漫步到岛内的各个区域，直接到达二层的建筑室内。商业和市政设施也纳入到这个新的公共领域。

Urbanization is one of the key strategies to ensure a sustainable growth for the island. Two towers are incorporated to the station as a transport Hub to signify the arrival and to create a landmark for the district’s skyline. A 3.08km long “Super Bridge”acts as the main artery of the island, creating a public realm that brings the community together. Elevated 6m from the vehicular street, the Super Bridge is also the second ground plane, acting as a conduit that links the various land parcels together. Retail and civic programmed are inserted to this new public realm.

规划中也侧重于岛岸线的设计，力求把水岸回归给市民。通过视线通廊、沿江立面，大量的滨江区域被重新组织规划，一条全长8.7公里的环岛漫步道形成一条连续的公共景观绿道。步道的设置与滨江相接，为公众带来绿色、休闲的新体验。

The masterplan is also designed to give back the river edge to the community. Views and access to the waterfront are created, incorporating a continuous pedestrian path of 8.7km that wraps around the shoreline. The island hub experience is renewed by introducing distinctive green features and active recreational spaces.

大坦沙岛总体规划已于2019年局部开始实施。其中，也包括了DP Architects 在岛上所设计的双桥8号项目中体现出全岛的规划理念。

Implementation of the masterplan has since begun in 2019 on several stretches of the waterfront and streets. La Riva, one of the pilot developments designed by DP Architects also showcases some of the concepts of the masterplan.

CFREEGO

|路游憩

高速公路是中国通勤的主要交通网络之一。近几年，高速公路的服务区为了满足国内日益增长的旅游需求，在定位与运营模式上也不断的在寻求突破与升级。中交集团所推动的CFREEGO路游憩旗品牌，以此把云南嵩昆高速大板桥服务区作为旗舰示范点。“环保、科技、自然、生态、人文”等设计理念是此次升级的重要元素：其中包括了致力于交融国内外文化风情，促进当地旅游资源开发，推动消费升级等，多维度的探索“交通+产业”融合发展模式。

The highway is one of the key intra-city networks within the country. In recent years, the increase in demand for tourism has also resulted in the need for amenities such as the rest-stop to evolve in terms of functions and operation model. The client, China Communications Construction, has chosen Kunming’s Da Ban Qiao Service Zone as the pilot project of CFREEGO, an initiative to upgrade their existing amenities along the highway. Integration of technology, nature and socioeconomics are key ideas in the project. These include objectives such as promoting international cultural exchange, rejuvenating local tourism and meeting diverse consumer needs, all of which culminating to a new operational model for the service area.

设计初衷是在原建筑基础上进行提升改造，以单元式组团、独立立面系统、特色中庭式空间为设计思路进行整合升级。建筑群由一系列庭院连接起来，形成一系列的观景走廊，室内外的错落布局也提升了空间的采光与自然通风。游客服务中心、儿童游乐场、房车营地和集市等额外服务满足了不同用户的需求，为游客提供多样的服务和休闲娱乐。除了对一般服务区基本的硬件设施进行空间上的提升，路游憩也在软件上提供更多元的功能与服务如AED体外心脏除颤设备、提供自助值机服务、高速出行VIP休息室，专设怒江助农专柜。

The basis of the upgrade is to retain the original structure of the building. Existing functions were organized into clusters to create a rational circulation system. The clusters are then connected by a series of courtyards, creating a series of view corridors. Articulation of the building form and façade allows for natural ventilation and daylight into the space. Additional functions such as the visitor center, children’s playground, caravan park and the bazaar cater for different user needs and allows for a multitude of functions and events. Apart from upgrading the hardware, CFREEGO also offers diversified services such as AED Heart Resuscitation Station, Self-Check in Kiosks, VIP Rest Rooms, local agriculture specialty stalls, with the goal of redefining the rest stop as part of the travelling experience for the user.

秉承着昆明市与摩洛哥沙温互为友城的关系，服务区也承载着中非文化交流的使命。大板桥路游憩力于打造一个沉浸式非洲风情体验在视觉上融入了东非热带风情主题，例如在景观园林加入野生动物元素。项目立面设计灵感取自树形图案，通过不同时段与视角创造出的不同的光影效果。大板桥非洲风情主题服务区CFREEGO路游憩在2021年9月28日正式运营“路游憩”。

As part of the promotion of socio-cultural exchange between China and Africa, CFREEGO@Kunming Da Ban Qiao also acts as a conduit between the friendship cities of Kunming and Morocco’s Chefchaouen. Safari elements are introduced into the façade and landscape to reminisce the East African theme. The facade design was abstracted from the tree pattern that will changes at different vantage points. CFREEGO DaBanQiao Service zone was completed and began operations on 28th September 2021.

张海曼先生是TTD广州本至设计事务所创始人，毕业于广州美术学院。2013年创立本至设计，拥有多年设计及管理经验。善于将自然元素融入到空间中，崇尚自然建造理念。同时，从现代艺术作品中汲取灵感，把对艺术作品的思考和对空间的思考结合，空间即艺术。

Mr.Haiman Zhang, graduated from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, is the founder of TTD Guangzhou Benzhi Decoration Design Co., Ltd. He is experienced in design and management since he founded the design firm in 2013. Advocating the concept of natural construction, he is good at integrating natural elements into the design. Meanwhile, he seeks his inspiration from modern arts, combining thinking on arts with thinking on space that space is art.

设计的项目类型包括商业类，地产类，文旅类等，针对不同的地域风貌，文化及环境，进行实地调研考察，提供设计方案。作品曾获得日本IDPA AWARD国际先锋设计奖，日本IDPA AWARD TOP100国际影响力创新设计师大奖，法国FRANCE DESIGN AWARD法国双面神国际设计大奖银奖，法国双面神国际设计大奖，2019年获得TOP100国际影响力创新设计师奖。2021年获得美国缪斯设计大奖银奖，意大利A’Design Awards设计大奖银奖，作为中国青年杰出设计师，张海曼先生一直砥砺前行，不断探索设计的更多可能。

The types of his works include commercial space, estate, cultural tourism, etc. Because of different regional features, cultures, and environments, he makes field investigations and gives suitable design schemes. He has been awarded Japan International Pioneer Design Award(IDPA), Japan TOP100 International Influence Innovation Designer AWARD(IDPA), FRANCE DESIGN AWARD Silver AWARD, GPDP AWARDS. In 2019, he was awarded TOP100 | International Influential Innovative Designer Award, and also in this year, he won the second prize of MUSE Design Awards and the silver medal of A’Design Awards. As an outstanding middle-young-aged designer in China, he has been forging ahead and exploring more possibilities of design.

Mr.Gianmaria Quarta graduated from Polytechnic of Milan, majoring in Architecture and Urbanism. Before setting up Q&A with his partner Mr. Michele Armando, he had been working in Shanghai, Berlin, Milan. Mr.Quarta has been involved in a number of integrated projects in architectural design, urban planning and landscape design, serving as concept designer, design developer and planner.

张继元（美籍）设计师毕业于哈佛大学建筑设计研究生院城市设计专业、纽约全额奖学金库珀联盟学院(Cooper Union)建筑学专业，曾任职于RMJM North America建筑事务所, Atelier Raimund Abraham雷蒙.亚伯拉罕建筑师事务所。与合伙人卜骁骏成立Atelier Alter工作室。张继元（美籍）女士的作品擅长于以西方的艺术手法对特有的基地文脉进行挖掘与再创作，从抽象的诗意中，传达对人文与社会的关怀。

Yingfan Zhang, a founding partner of Atelier Alter, received her Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union School of Architecture, her Master of Architecture in Urban Design form Harvard University. Prior to starting Atelier Alter, she worked for Atelier Raimund Abraham and RMJM North America. Her ongoing research focuses on architecture syntax and culture context.
