「想象力之心」一等奖方案详解｜隈研吾 (Kengo Kuma) + 同济设计集团 + 同济规划院

「想象力之心」宁波象山人民广场片区实施性城市设计和概念性建筑与景观设计国际竞赛已于10月圆满结束，竞赛结果公布后获得了极大反响与热烈讨论，感谢各界朋友的关注与支持！拾分之壹团队特将七强方案整理为系列解读文章，希望由此展现出每个方案对“象山人民广场片区”的独特解读，以及对“想象力之心”的深刻回应。

本篇为隈研吾（Kengo Kuma）建筑都市设计事务所（牵头）、同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司、上海同济城市规划设计研究院有限公司组成的联合体的一等奖方案——“山海之城”的详解。

「HEART OF IMAGINATION」NINGBO XIANGSHAN PEOPLE’S SQUARE AREA URBAN DESIGN AND CONCEPTUAL ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION has been successfully completed in October. # 公共服务设施公园化

Parklize Public Facility

以象山山海为概念，以“公共服务设施公园化”为策略，以象山传统民间技艺为载体，让市民在城市中也能感受到山海的自然魅力和民间艺术的趣味——让自然与日常相连，民俗文化与都市生活共振。

将象山独有的自然特色与都市生活需要的公共活力融入建筑，拉近人与建筑、人与文化、人与人之间的距离，从而塑造一座可以代表象山地理风貌与城市精神的地标性建筑，一个属于象山人民，融入象山人日常生活的、亲切的场所。

Taking the mountain and the sea of Xiangshan as the clue, taking "parkization of public facilities" as the strategy, and taking the traditional folk skills of Xiangshan as the carrier, so that citizens can be moved by the natural charm of the mountains and seas and the taste of folk art—let nature be connected with daily life, and folk culture resonates with urban life.

The unique natural characteristics of Xiangshan and the public vitality required by urban life are integrated into the architecture to narrow the distance between people and architecture, people and culture, as well as people, so as to create a landmark that can represent the geographical style and urban spirit of Xiangshan, a friendly place belonging to Xiangshan people and integrated into their daily life.

# 设计理念

Design Concept

象山立于东海之畔，如同中华文化中的想象力奇点，启迪着人们对梦中山海的想象。从人类与山海博弈，到与山海共存，山海的印象已烙印于人们心中。

Xiangshan stands on the East China Sea banks, just like the singularity of imagination in Chinese culture, which enlightens people’s imagination of the mountains and seas in their dreams. From the game with mountains and seas to the coexistence with mountains and seas. The impression of mountains and seas has been imprinted on the hearts of the people.

本次项目位于象山城市中心，市民到访便捷，是一个服务于人民日常生活的场所。但这里位于山海连接的中间点，与山海相距较远，缺少了一些贴近自然的氛围感。

The project is located in the center of the city, it has an easy access for citizens and is a convenient space for people’s activity. But it is in the middle point of mountain and sea, it is distance from nature in the current site.

项目用地坐落于老城区之中，这里有着许多传承下来的传统技艺。我们希望以这里为中心，创造一个象山特有的文化区——不仅是地块本身的建设，而是以此为中心向外辐射，在自然、文化、交通、商业、居住等方面进行都市层面上的探索与分析，最终实现象山的城市活力化。

The site is located in the middle of the old city, and there are many skills that have been passed down through history. We hope to use the site as the center to produce a unique cultural district of Xiangshan, not only in the construction of the site itself, but also to use the site as center to radiate outward, to explore and analyze the urban level in nature, culture, transportation, commerce, and housing, and finally to realize the urban vitalization of Xiangshan.

规划理念与策略

Planning concept and strategies

项目的核心概念是将公共服务设施公园化——将象山独特的山海景观带回城市，让市民即使在城市中也能感受到山海的魅力，同时将人们的生活融入项目中，让自然与日常联系更紧密，让文化与都市生活共振，打造一个仅仅属于象山的、柔性的地标。

The concept of our proposal is to parklize the public facility—the unique mountain and sea landscape of Xiangshan will be brought to the city, so that citizens can feel the charm of them in the city. Meanwhile, people's life will be integrated into the project, so that nature and daily life will be more closely connected, and culture will resonate with urban life, to create a flexible landmark only belonging to Xiangshan.

# 总体规划

Overall Planning

在设计建筑之前，将分割的两块用地合并成一个完整的城市公园，将象山独特的山海景观带回城市中央。在市中心营造一片属于象山的绿洲之后，在公园中植入了三个主要的功能体块，将其布置在湖面岸边，并覆盖上一个独特的屋面系统，它让建筑本身就像这座城市一样，坐落在山海之间。

Before designing the building, we try to combine two sites into a large city park to bring back the unique nature of Xiangshan and to the city. After creating the nature land in the center of the city, we plant to three main programs into the park to locate it in front of large lake and cover it with a unique roof, just like the city itself, a space in between mountain and ocean.

秉持着打破传统“盒子”式的公共设施建造理念，团队希望打造出自然公园一样的、亲近市民与日常生活的建筑——项目中央为湖面，水面中心正是象心塔。公园内含市民广场、湿地花园、文化广场、体育广场、下沉广场等等，围绕湖面分布着山海万象馆、全民健身中心，以及全民阅读中心。

Instead of a traditional “box”-style public facility, we hope to create a building that is close to the citizens and daily life like a natural park. In the center is the main lake, and the Xiangxin Tower is in the middle, the park includes various plazas. The three main programs are located around the lake.

三个场馆的主大厅沿湖布置，营造出对公众完全开放的都市客厅。在这里，自然与都市生活一同融入建筑，人与建筑、人与文化、人与人之间的距离被拉近，从而塑造出一座代表象山城市风貌与城市精神的地标建筑。

The main halls of the three venues are arranged along the lake to create an urban living room that is completely open to the public. Here, nature and urban life are integrated into the building together, bringing people closer to the building, people to culture, and people to each other, thus shaping a landmark building that represents the urban style and spirit of Xiangshan.

本次设计中独具特色的屋顶，让象山的山与海重现于城市之中。大屋顶的灵感取自于有着独特的几何形态和丰富的材料纹理的花岙岛火山岩石。同时，屋顶也是地形的一部分，被设计成为可走路登上的形态，结合丰富的当地植被景观，打造出惬意舒适的步行环境。市民可以登上屋顶观景，得到有趣而愉悦的空间感受。

The unique roof in this design makes the mountains and sea of Xiangshan reappear in the city. The inspired of the roof was from local mountain, which has a special geometry and unique texture. We also create the possibility to let people walk on the roof, and combine the rich vegetation to give people comfortable and relax experience.

Public Fitness Center

全民健身中心室内设计以象山独有的手工艺文化——象山竹根雕为意向，力求在简洁现代的室内设计中融入传统美术工艺，达到传统与现代圆融汇通的境界。

The interior design adopts Xiangshan bamboo root carving as the main design element, and strives to integrate traditional arts and crafts into the simple and modern interior design, so as to achieve a harmonious combination of tradition and modernity.

全民健身中心以主体育馆为中心，无论是大型活动期间还是平时训练，动线的设计都保证了使用上的便利。钢木混合结构在保障性能的同时，材质本身也带来温暖的感受，营造出独特的体育活动会场。除体育赛事外，灵活的设计也能实现其他文化活动的举办。多达1400座的可调式活动看台为室内体育馆的使用提供了最大灵活性。体育赛事、观演活动和展览会议可交叉进行，最大程度实现体育馆的资源整合和社会化运营。

The space plan is centered on the main arena, whether it is during events, the design of the circulation ensures the convenience. The steel-wood mixed structure, also brings the warm feeling creating a unique sports venue. In addition to sporting events, the flexible design also enables other cultural events. Up to 1,400 seats of adjustable movable seats provide maximum flexibility for the use of indoor stadiums. The changeable programs of sports events, performance, exhibitions and conferences can maximize the integration of resources and social operation of the stadium.

Civic Reading Center

全民阅读中心的室内设计灵感取自鱼群和象山当地的开渔节，与众多书本汇集的意向一致，通过小尺度的集合，产生丰富的空间体验。阅览室配合大台阶而设置，以室外自然为背景，创造出开放的读书空间。开放阅读区的一部分与大台阶融为一体，打造自由开放的阅览体验。图书馆装饰模拟鱼群，彰显海洋文化基因；而剧场室内则以象山竹编品为意向，展现当地的独特风情。

The interior design of the Civic Reading Center is inspired by fish groups and local Fishing Festival. In line with the collection intention of many books, the collection of small scale produces rich space experience. The reading room is set up with the big steps, with the outdoor nature as the background, creating an open reading space. Part of the open reading area is integrated with the grand steps to create a free and open reading experience. The library is decorated to simulate fish, highlighting the marine culture gene, and the interior of the theater takes Xiangshan bamboo woven products as the intention to show the unique local customs.

# 山海万象馆

Shanhai Wanxiang Hall

博物馆（山海万象馆）大厅的室内设计使用了象山独特的草木染工艺，将一般建材中所缺乏的、属于自然的纹理带入进来，给人带来新颖的空间体验。空间结构以中央台阶为轴，带来高效的展览动线。

The museum hall brings natural textures of Xiangshan unique plant dyeing process that are lacking in ordinary building materials into the architectural space experience. It takes the central step as the axis and is designed as an efficient display circulation.

# 地下空间系统

Underground Space System

除地面设施外，我们也以TOD站点为中心进行了综合的设计。力求从多个层次展现出象山之美、象山之趣。TOD站点周边地区的开发上，让各式各样的空间成为地形的一部分。

In addition, we have also carried out a comprehensive design centering on the subway station, striving to show the beauty and interest of Xiangshan from multiple levels. At the surrounding area of the subway station, we treat plazas like part of terrain.

Kengo Kuma & Associates (KKAA) is an award-winning, Tokyo-based partnership led by Kengo Kuma since its establishment in 1990. The team’s expertise encompasses architecture, interior, and landscape design. Renowned for cultural and civic projects, KKAA has also designed and completed installations, experimental pavilions, renovations, and major urban developments. The practice uses architecture as a way to strengthen the connection between human experience and the project surroundings, both natural and urban.

Kengo Kuma guides all of the projects personally. Of the six Tokyo-based Partners, the remaining staff include renderers, model makers, graphic designers, and relevant administrators. Together, the office has completed and ongoing work in 26 countries on five continents. The work is made possible by collaboration with not only local architecture offices and design teams, but also the construction teams and crafts people.
