「想象力之心」入围奖方案详解｜德国gmp国际建筑设计有限公司

「想象力之心」宁波象山人民广场片区实施性城市设计和概念性建筑与景观设计国际竞赛已于10月圆满结束，竞赛结果公布后获得了极大反响与热烈讨论，感谢各界朋友的关注与支持！拾分之壹团队特将七强方案整理为系列解读文章，希望由此展现出每个方案对“象山人民广场片区”的独特解读，以及对“想象力之心”的深刻回应。

本篇为德国gmp国际建筑设计有限公司入围奖方案——“田、海、山、石，星河万象”的详解。

「HEART OF IMAGINATION」NINGBO XIANGSHAN PEOPLE’S SQUARE AREA URBAN DESIGN AND CONCEPTUAL ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION has been successfully completed in October. The announcement of the competition results received great response and heated discussion, thanks for the attention and support of companion of all fields! One-tenth has organized the seven shortlisted schemes into a series of interpretation articles, hoping to show each one's unique interpretation of "Xiangshan People's Square" and its profound response to "the heart of imagination".

人民广场作为重要的城市公共节点，将既有地块进行合并。设计结合了从环山滨海和本地渔文化特色中提炼出的盐田、环山、大海、石林四大元素——

以田为本，网格化的场地，构建设计骨架；以海为景，水系贯穿其中，打造缤纷水岸；以山为形，建筑收放有序，释放公共空间；以石为林，布局协调统一，串联住区生活。

As an important urban public node, People's Square merges the existing plots. The design combines four elements which are extracted from the coastal area around mountains and local fishing culture: salt pan, mountain, sea and stone forest.

With field as the base, the grid site constructs the framework of design; Sea as the scene, the water system runs through creates colorful waterfronts; Mountain as the shape, the building is retracted and placed orderly to release the public space; Stone as the forest, the layout is coordinated and unified to connect residential life in series.

# 设计理念

Design Concept

本项目地理位置十分优越，位于上海与宁波向南延伸的轴线上，在经济与文化上具有很强的联系。象山具有得天独厚的景观条件，三面环山，一面向海，设计必须要回应这一自然条件。

The location of this project is very advantageous. Located on the southward axis of Shanghai and Ningbo, strong economic and cultural ties Xiangshan has unique landscape conditions, surrounded by mountains and facing the sea. Therefore, design must respond to this natural condition.

The urban spine of Xiangshan connects the mountains and the sea, linking the four urban cores People's Square is located in the middle, linking the old and new city areas. At the same time, at the intersection of the north-south landscape axis and the east-west urban development axis. It is the most important urban spatial node.

通过分析城市的需求，我们确定了项目目标——创造一个融合文化、运动、商业、居住等多元功能为一体的城市核芯，构建新象山生活方式。无论是年轻人还是老人，都愿意在这里工作和生活。我们在这里提出四个设计愿景——提升区域的吸引力、创造美好的生活中心、提供高品质公共服务、打造地标形象。象山开山拓海的文化和象山人勤劳勇敢的品质，帮助我们在设计中实现这些目标。

By analysing the needs of the city, we defined the objectives of the project to create an urban center that integrates cultural, sports, commercial and residential functions to build a new Xiangshan lifestyle, both young and old would like to work and live here. We have set out four design visions enhancing the attractiveness, creating a new living center. Providing high quality services and building a landmark image the culture of Xiangshan and the courageous nature of its people, help us to achieve these goals in our design.

象山人耕海的传统劳动，通过垂直的网格系统，划分出大小不同的盐田，晒干海水后得到宝贵的食盐。这一劳动智慧深深地启发了我们，我们从山峦景观、花岙石林、水系盐田乃至丰富多彩的象山生活中获得了大量灵感。

For example, the traditional labour of the Xiangshan people. The vertical grid system that divides the salt pans into different sizes drying seawater to produce valuable salt, this wisdom of labour has inspired us deeply. We have been inspired by the mountains, the stone forests, the salt flats and even the richness of Xiangshan life.

我们用建筑起伏的屋顶呼应群山的形态为人们提供了文化、运动与休闲的舞台。壮观的石林风貌独特，具有极高的识别性，其丰富的高度变化、错落的柱状形式将通过建筑语言转译，在住区形态上得以重现。我们将象山盐田正交网格结构提炼出来，赋予了符合城市空间的规模和建筑模数的尺度，并运用在城市设计中，统一蓝绿景观、广场和不同的建筑种类。最重要的是，为象山人提供一个新的城市客厅，一个人们可以7天24小时不间断地进行各种活动，可以散步、运动、跳舞、举办庆典且无拘无束的城市之芯。

Undulating roofs echo the forms of the mountains providing a stage for culture, sport and leisure. The spectacular stone forest, with its unique and highly recognisable style, Its rich variation in height will be translated and reproduced in the form of the settlement. We have distilled the orthogonal grid structure of the Xiangshan salt flats giving it to the scale of urban space and the modalities of architecture. In urban design, unifying the blue and green landscape, squares and the different building types. The most important thing for us is to provide a new urban living room for the people of Xiangshan, a place where people can do all kinds of activities 24h/7 days, where people walk, play sports, dance and hold celebrations. A core of the city where there is no restriction.

# 站 Station

人民广场站是新片区的活力之源，是整个城市的公共交通核心。方案将多种公共交通方式整合在TOD核心区，如城铁、公交、P+R、出租和网约车等，方便市民到发换乘。

People's Square Station is the source of vitality, it is the public transport hub of the city. The scheme integrates a variety of public transport modes in the TOD core, train, bus, P+R, taxi and car sharing, convenient for people to transfer.

交通组织最重要的目标之一是整体的机动车交通系统，无论是噪音还是流线，都不应影响地面人民广场片区的空间品质和氛围。为此，我们将不同流线进行了竖向分层处理，将主要的机动车流线引入地下空间，最大化释放地面交通压力，保证步行体验。而TOD综合体作为主要竖向步行交通核心，将人们引入地上后再进行分流至人民广场、居住区或本片区的周边目的地。

One of the most important objectives of the transport organisation is all transport systems, neither noise nor flow lines should not affect the spatial quality and atmosphere of the ground level. For this reason, we have stratified the different traffic lanes vertically, bringing the traffic flows underground to reduce the pressure of ground level traffic and ensure the pedestrian experience. The TOD complex is the main vertical pedestrian traffic core, bringing people above ground and then diverting them access to People's Square, residential areas or other destinations.

在TOD建筑西侧的公交站地下出入口，一个醒目的架构作为坡道入口雨棚，为人们提供等待和休息空间，并高效有序地组织、引导交通。TOD也提供了多样的商业与服务空间，如餐厅、咖啡店、超市，以及旅游咨询和住宿登记等一站式服务。在地铁上方，东谷路两侧分别设置了宽阔的下沉广场，人们在这里集散、购物，同时可以欣赏精心设计的蓝绿景观。

The underground entrance to the bus station on the west side of the TOD, a striking structure acts as an entrance provides waiting and resting space. In this way, traffic is organised and directed in an efficient and orderly manner. The TOD also provides a variety of commercial and service spaces such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, as well as one-stop services: tourist information and accommodation etc. Above the metro, a wide sunken plaza is set up on each side of road, the plaza is a place for people to gather, shop and enjoy the blue and green landscape.

本项目囊括了多个建筑种类：东侧是未来社区，西侧是人民广场、三座文体场馆，以及位于中间的TOD商业综合体。其中，住宅区采取高密度和亲人的小尺度，来增强生活空间的舒适度，围合形式给居民带来安全感和幸福感。而文体建筑采取大尺度，来强调明确的体量感、雕塑感，具有鲜明的特色。

The project encompasses several building types to the east is the future community, People's Square and three cultural and sports complexes on the west side and the TOD complex in the middle. High density and small scale in residential areas enhancing the comfort of living spaces. The enclosed form gives residents a sense of security and well-being large scale for cultural and sports buildings, emphasis on a clear volume and sculpture with distinctive features.

同时，建筑高度设计也是本项目一大亮点——未来社区沿街设置了一圈塔楼，与TOD塔楼形成环状空间结构增强了片区的地标识别性，并围合出住区中间的高品质、低密度居住服务复合空间满足未来社区的要求，保证了住区的私密性。不同尺度的建筑和景观通过同一个网格体系统一、融合，简洁而有力、简单而丰富，是对象山的多元生活与文化的呼应，是一次独具象山特色的创新尝试。

The building height design is also a highlight of this project, future community forming a circular spatial structure with the TOD towers enhancing the landmark identity of the area and encloses a high quality and low density residential service complex meeting the requirements and privacy of future community. The different scales of architecture and landscape unified and integrated through the same grid system, simple, powerful and rich. It is a unique and innovative attempt to echo the culture of Xiangshan.

景观设计的最大挑战是针对建筑的丰富性，提供多种多样的景观场景和品质。主要分为三个区域：中央TOD核心区的都市核心空间、人民广场的公共核心空间，以及未来社区的居住核心空间。深蓝步道以TOD综合体为起点，沿外园河向东西方向展开，并连接了其他现存水系，形成景观环路。象山的历史文化资源丰富，它们将以公共艺术的形式沿深蓝步道进行展示。

The biggest challenges in landscape design are providing a wide variety of landscape scenes and qualities in response to the richness of the building divided into three main zones, central TOD core, People's Square and the future community. The Deep Blue Walk starts at the TOD complex along the Waiyuan River in an east-west direction and connects to other existing waterways to form a landscape loop, Xiangshan is rich in historical and cultural resources. They are presented in the form of public art displayed along the Deep Blue Walk.

位于新片区中心的是东谷路西侧的TOD商业综合体，由两栋酒店、两栋公寓塔楼，以及裙房的办公和商场组成，道路东侧是精品市场、SOHO办公和小商业建筑。

The TOD complex on the west side of Donggu Road consisting of two hotels and two flat towers, as well as office and retail space in the podium on the east side of the road is a boutique market, SOHO offices and small commercial buildings,

TOD综合体采用了极具辨识度以及轻盈的空间网格设计，为新片区提供一个空中立体花园，贯彻可持续建筑理念。同时，这些空中绿化也提升了塔楼酒店和公寓的品质，使房间的窗外或者露台上始终绿意盎然。空间网格结合了露台绿化、立体绿植和遮阳光伏板，使得TOD综合体拥有一个真正的绿色可持续幕墙体系。在这里，您可以看到绿色穿插在不同高度的空间中，尤其是第三层对所有居民开放的公共平台。这里将是人民广场社交中心，街对面住宅区的精品市场将成为下班后最热闹的生活中心。

The TOD complex has a recognisable and light spatial grid design provides a sky garden and a sustainable building concept. The greenery also enhances the quality of the hotel and flats in the tower, external are always lush and green. The space grid combines terraces, greenery and photovoltaic panels. The TOD complex has a truly green and sustainable façade system. Here, greenery are interspersed throughout the different heights of the space. In particular, the third level is a public terrace, it opens to all residents is social hub of People's Square, boutique market in the residential area across the street will be the most lively center of life after work.

新片区西侧是文体建筑和人民广场。我们打破了建筑和广场原先相对独立的格局，用三座建筑围合出人民广场，在功能上形成一个整体的公共中心，深蓝步道从中间穿过，将水景引入广场。三座公共建筑沿街设有明确的主入口和落客区，面向广场则提供多个出入口，人们可以随时穿梭于室内外公共空间。位于中间的广场可容纳上万来访者，在空间和功能上都是一个明确的中心。

To the west are the cultural and sports buildings and the People's Square, we have broken the previous pattern of separate buildings and squares. The People's Square is enclosed by three buildings to form a public center, Deep Blue Walk runs through the middle, bringing the water into the square, three public buildings have clear main entrances and drop-off areas, facing the square, they provide multiple entrances, people can move between the indoor and outdoor public spaces at any time. The square in the middle can accommodate thousands of visitors, a clear center in terms of spatial location and public function.

我们十分重视建筑与景观的和谐关系。以图书馆为例，它安静地掩映在广场的景色中，建筑底层完全透明开放，欢迎四方访客，在地面就可以看见的被绿色覆盖的屋顶花园鼓励人们探索。公共建筑如同三个白色雕塑矗立在人民广场上，让人们时刻感受到文化与艺术的氛围，同时，它们又承担起公共活动的活力引擎的功能。建筑顶部的屋顶花园平台拓展了广场空间，结合自身的文体功能，提供了更多的公共交流、运动空间，以及其他活动的可能性。

We place great importance on relationship between architecture and landscape. The library is quietly hidden in the view of the square, the ground floor of the building is completely transparent and open the roof garden can be seen from the ground level, covered in green, encouraging people to go up and explore. The public buildings stand as three white sculptures on the People's Square, they provide a constant sense of culture and art, they are also a dynamic engine of public activity. The roof garden terrace on top of the building expands the space of the square combined with sports functions, providing more space for public interaction and other activities.

沿象山港路的是山海万象馆，其面向广场的部分设有一个公共大台阶，直达二层顶部的屋顶花园；首层透明开放，欢迎人们来访；四个展厅依据参观顺序布局，通过中庭串联起一个完整的象山故事线；五层通高的中庭明亮而生动，连接起室内外空间，不仅具有重要的交通职能，也是一个供人们停留交流的多功能公共空间，完全对市民开放。人们可以坐在台阶上，举办典礼等诸多活动。

Along Xiangshangang Road is the Shanhai Wanxiang Hall. Facing the square it has a large public staircase leading up to the roof garden. The first floor is open and transparent, welcoming people to visit. The four galleries are arranged in a logical sequence and are linked through the atrium to form a complete story line. The atrium is five storeys high, linking the outdoor space with interior. It is a bright, spacious and extremely lively space, not only serves an important traffic function, but also a multifunctional public space for people to stay and interact. People can sit on the steps or hold events such as ceremonies.

# 全民阅读中心

Civic Reading Centre

位于丹南路的全民阅读中心，服务于人民广场片区和道路南侧的书城，因此采用向四面开放的圆形设计。底层为玻璃幕墙，设有多个出入口；顶部朝向人民广场倾斜，多级屋顶露台形成了十分独特的造型；位于圆心的中庭连接各层阅览空间，而各层的公共阅读区都可直达屋顶平台。人们可以拿着书刊杂志，自由地选择在室内或是室外读书，时而读书讨论，时而欣赏美景——这是我们想要为象山人民创造的阅读体验。中庭向下连接入口大厅，向上连接象心塔，各层设有不同主题书架。或取一本好书席地而坐，或在讨论区热切交流，多么惬意。

Civic Reading Centre serves the People's Square and the Book City, the circular design is therefore open to all sides and the ground floor has a glass curtain wall with several entrances. Sloping down towards the People's Square, with a multi-story roof terrace, creates a very unique shape. The atrium at the center connects the reading spaces on each floor, the public reading areas on each floor have direct access to the roof terrace, people can take books and read freely indoors or outdoors, this kind of reading experience is created for the people in Xiangshan. The atrium connects down to the lobby and up to the i30 Tower, there are bookshelves with different themes, you can sit down to read or in the discussion area to have a conversation.

人民广场西侧为运动区域，由全民健身中心和活力环组成。全民健身中心充满动感的形态揭示了其运动的内核，其起伏的屋顶同样是一个公共花园露台、一个环形运动场地。在室内或是屋顶都可以进行诸多运动，人们可以在这里跑步、跳舞、瑜伽、健身，这里是一个充满活力和能量的舞台。室内，围绕内庭院的是主要环形交通空间，它巧妙地将人们引至不同层高的运动馆。深蓝步道穿过庭院形成中央水景，在这里可以再次看到建筑与蓝绿景观的和谐统一。

On the west side, Public Fitness Centre and the Vitality Circle the dynamic shape of the Fitness Centre reveals its sporty core. Its undulating roof is also a public garden terrace, a circular sports area, there are many sports that can be practised indoors or on the roof, people can run, dance, yoga and work out here, it is a vibrant and energetic arena. Inside, around the inner courtyard is the main circular traffic space. It cleverly leads people to the sports pavilions at different level. Deep Blue Walk crosses the courtyard to form a central water feature. Here again, buildings are in harmony with the blue and green landscape.

我们十分重视人民广场的室外运动场所，须为象山人创造不同运动的可能性。人们可以在绿色的美景中进行各种运动，可以在自然水景旁休息。我们同时也为整个家庭还有老人和小孩提供了多功能的活动区域——运动在绿色中，文化在绿色中，各种活动也在绿色中。我们保留了广场的大象雕塑，将它包围在一片绿色之中。活力环是一个畅通无阻的半圆形跑道，各种场景交错展开，它连接了运动、休闲、散步、聊天、亲子等活动，满足了象山市民日常生活中所有的室外需求。

We attach great importance to the outdoor sports space at People's Square, creating different sporting possibilities for the people in Xiangshan, People can play a variety of sports in a green and beautiful environment and rest by the natural water features. It also provides a multifunctional activity area for the whole family i.e., sport in the green, culture in the green and activities in the green. We have kept the elephant sculpture in the square with greenery. The Vitality Circle is an unobstructed semi-circular track with a variety of scenes. It connects sports, leisure, walking, chatting and family activities. It meets all the outdoor needs of Xiangshan residents in their daily lives.

In this project, the architecture and the blue-green landscape are a complementary whole. The grid system, from the salt fields, successfully unites nature and architecture. This is a spatial approach that is entirely Xiangshan. On the east side of Donggu Road, Deep Blue Walk follows Waiyuan River within the grid system, it extends southwards in the form of a circular stream. It links the residential area and connects to the Menqian River. The overall image of the settlement, the interplay of building forms the change of skyline, the landmark towers are a reminder of the intention of the stone forest. The rich mix of forms also offers a variety of functions. Deep Blue Walk not only serves as a landscape axis for the People's Square, but also creates a blue-green landscape space in the residential area, it provides residents with more water-friendly landscape nodes.
