「想象力之心」入围奖方案详解｜凯达环球 (Aedas) + 杭州市规划院 + 杭州国美建筑设计研究院

「想象力之心」宁波象山人民广场片区实施性城市设计和概念性建筑与景观设计国际竞赛已于10月圆满结束，竞赛结果公布后获得了极大反响与热烈讨论，感谢各界朋友的关注与支持！拾分之壹团队特将七强方案整理为系列解读文章，希望由此展现出每个方案对“象山人民广场片区”的独特解读，以及对“想象力之心”的深刻回应。

本篇为凯达环球建筑设计咨询（北京）有限公司（牵头）、杭州市规划设计研究院、杭州国美建筑设计研究院有限公司组成的联合体的入围奖方案——“蓬莱山海”的详解。

「HEART OF IMAGINATION」NINGBO XIANGSHAN PEOPLE’S SQUARE AREA URBAN DESIGN AND CONCEPTUAL ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION has been successfully completed in October. The announcement of the competition results received great response and heated discussion, thanks for the attention and support of companion of all fields! One-tenth has organized the seven shortlisted schemes into a series of interpretation articles, hoping to show each one's unique interpretation of "Xiangshan People's Square" and its profound response to "the heart of imagination".

This is a detailed view of the Finalist Award scheme of the consortium consisting of Aedas Limited (initiating unit), Hangzhou City Planning and Design Academy, and Hangzhou Guomei Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.—"Penglai Wonderland".

象山是一座以自然风光和海洋文化著称的城市，为建筑形式提供了灵感。象山也是中国古代传说中的东海仙境，素有“蓬莱”之称。建筑造型元素以退台及屋顶绿岛为山，以立面银白色飘带为海，共营蓬莱山海之势。景观的曲线与建筑的飘带共同强化了“蓬莱山海”的东方韵味。

Xiangshan, a city known for its natural scene and maritime culture, provides inspiration for the architectural form. Xiangshan is also the fairyland of the East China Sea in ancient Chinese legends, known as "Penglai". The architectural modeling elements take the terrace and the green island on the roof as the mountain, and the silver-white ribbon on the facade as the sea, forming the shape of Penglai mountain and sea. The curves of the landscape and the architectural streamers strengthen the Oriental charm of it.

# 设计理念

Design Concept

象山的岛屿与海浪令人们印象深刻，同时也启发建筑的设计概念。在象山这个地方，有一个古老的神话故事，这里是东海蓬莱一样的仙境。我们团队结合自然环境与当地神话创造出“蓬莱山海”这个概念方案主题。我们看到象山的岛屿与海浪，从优美的曲线中吸取灵感，最后生成充满跃动感的总平面。

The architectural design concepts is inspired by the impressive islands and waves of Xiangshan. Xiangshan is well known as the Penglai in the East Ching Sea in fairy tales. Combining the natural environment and local mythology, we propose the conceptual theme of “Penglai Wonderland”. Drawing inspiration from the graceful curves of the ocean waves, we create a dynamic masterplan.

在规划上，我们保留西北角象群雕塑，这个雕塑留下象山一代人的集体记忆。我们以退台及屋顶绿岛建筑为山，以银白色飘带为海，营造出蓬莱仙境大布局。同时，结合水系创造出以星空之廊为名的东西主轴，串联每一个建筑岛屿。

The surrounding public buildings, including the administrative buildings of government departments, especially the hospital, are an important part of the Hehe Garden and should be fully opened and connected. Form the "Waterfront Ecological Leisure Ring" and "Multi-Themed Vitality Ring", two chains of open space. The interaction and penetration between the two chains are realized by a variety of thematic forms.

我们把整个基地分为五大功能分区，对应五个充满中国韵味的主题，将文化、体育、商业与居住功能有机结合。建筑手法上以“分、连、引、合”四个步骤生成总平面，利用海浪的概念形成规划、建筑、景观统一的设计语言。阅读中心、山海万象馆、人民广场在西侧地块，健身中心与TOD在东侧，各有独立上落客区和后勤流线。地块西北角拥有3万平方米的人民广场，除保留原有的空间尺度与面积外，也成为轴线的最重要节点。

The entire development is divided into five functional zones, correspond to five Chinese themes. The functional blocks are clearly divided and culture, sports, retail and residential functions are organically combined. The masterplan is created based on the design approach of separation, connection, introduction, and combination. The design of planning, architecture and landscape are inspired by Ocean Waves which unifies the architectural language of all plots. The Civic Reading Center, the Shanhai Wanxiang Hall and the People’s Square are located in the west plot. There are independent drop off areas and logistic circulations. The 30,000 square meters People’s Square on the northwest corner of the plot, retains its original spatial scale and area being an important node of the axis.

People’s Square

人民广场由入口广场、节事场地及象心广场三个主要空间组成。入口广场保留原有象群雕塑，空间最大的节事场地可以通过举办多种活动来吸引市民，位于中央的象心广场包含冥想水池、水幕景观和观展坡道，同时连接地下展览空间。

The People’s Square comprises of the Entrance Square, Festival Venue and Xiangxin Square. The Entrance Square retains the original elephants sculpture. The festival Venue, Largest portion of the People’s Square can attract people by holding a variety of events. The Xiangxin Square at the center consists of Meditation Space, Water Curtain and Circle Spiral Ramp, connecting to the Exhibition Area below ground.

全民阅读中心的外观设计灵感来自海浪的曲线，灵动的曲线和白色飘带与周围的建筑融为一体。象心塔的造型灵感来自鱼尾和海螺，由此创造了一个螺旋坡道。坡道通往顶层天幕，天幕下设有休憩咖啡厅与万卷厅，这里将会成为网红打卡地。从塔顶景观平台向外望去，人民广场景色尽收眼底。

The design of the Civic Reading Center is inspired by the curve of ocean waves. The dynamic curves around the buildings like white ribbons blending into the landscape. The spiral ramps inside the Xiangxin Tower is inspired by fish tail and conch. The ramp is connected to the sky curtain and the café under the sky curtain and Wanjuan Hall will be a popular check-in place for social networking. Looking from the observation platform at the top of the tower you can enjoy a panoramic view of the People’s Square.

象心塔是整个全民阅读中心的核心，与玻璃天幕形成非常特别的空间。独立落客区服务全民阅读中心营造出令人印象深刻的到达感。从大门进来的入口中庭内设有连桥连接综合馆与阅读馆两座建筑。从室外坡道观看，象心塔、玻璃天幕与退台形成鲜明的建筑元素。

Xiangxin Tower is the core of the entire Civic Reading Center forming a featured space with the sky curtain. The independent drop off area serves the Civic Reading Center creating an impressive sense of arrival. The bridge at atrium connecting the Public Activity Hall and the Reading Hall. Looking from the ramp outside, the Xiangxin Tower, the sky curtain and the stepping terrace form distinctive architectural elements.

# 山海万象馆

Shanhai Wanxiang Hall

山海万象馆的设计以“贝壳中的珍珠”为灵感，不同的展厅围绕珍珠形态之核进行布置。中庭空间可做临时展厅，中庭与走廊强调看与被看的关系，增加空间的趣味性。

The design of Shanhai Wanxiang Hall is inspired by the “Peral in the Shell”. The exhibition halls with different themes are arranged around the core of the peral. The atrium can be used as a temporary exhibition hall. The atrium and corridor emphasize the relationship between seeing and being seen to enhance the interest in space.

# 全民健身中心

Public Fitness Center

全民健身中心的灵感来源于涟漪与水波纹，它统一了整栋建筑的室内外设计语言。综合场馆是全民健身中心的核心功能空间，位于建筑中心，包含3000个座位看台，可以满足不同比赛的需求。场馆前厅设有休憩区，可成为比赛观众的休闲空间及打卡点。无论是在场馆内或公共空间中，水波纹的元素贯彻在每个设计节点里。南侧地块设置多种室外活动场地，由空中跑道兼连桥连接。

The Public Fitness Center is inspired by ripples and water ripples, unifies the interior and exterior architectural language. The Arena is the core function of the national fitness center, and is located in the center of the building. The arena with 3000 seats, can meet the functional needs of different games. The arena Pre-functional Hall also serves as a resting area and check-in place for spectators who come to watch the games. The element of water ripples is maintained throughout the lobby and public spaces. The south plot is equipped with a variety of outdoor activity venues which are connected by an Sky Runway Track and bridge.

TOD商业综合体包括酒店与办公双塔，营造出蛟龙出海一般的建筑造型。双栋塔楼北侧设置上落客区，各自独立，裙楼南面的下沉广场连接地铁人民广场站，并引导人流进入商业与河滨景观。从东面TOD到西面入口广场，星空之廊轴线串联起每个空间节点，整条中轴上，广场、河滨景观、艺术装置与各场馆建筑相结合，营造出全新的游览体验。

In the TOD Commercial Complex, the hotel and office towers are shaped like dragons off the sea, providing a unique architectural form to the building. The two towers have separate drop-off areas on the north side. The sunken plaza on the south side of the podium connects to the People’s Square metro station guiding the pedestrian flow to retail and riverside landscape. From east TOD to West Entrance Plaza, the Starlight Corridor connects every spatial nodes, square, riverside landscape, art installation and traffic connection point experience on the whole axis, organically connect to create a new tour experience.

# 未来社区

Future Community

未来社区以“象心而居”为概念, 以特定人群需求为出发点，提供针对性的解决方案，我们依据不同层面的需求提出五大核心设计策略。

In the design of future community, using the concept of “living in the heart of Xiangshan”, and taking the needs of specific people as the starting point to provide targeted solutions, become an important tool for us to create attractive, high-quality, future-oriented modern living communities. Therefore, we propose five core design strategies based on different levels of needs.

一、聚心：关注向心感和链接的需求。通过“绿廊连心”“绿核向心”“千帆归心”三种设计手法，突出人民广场建筑群的核心地位，并从功能、空间与形态上建立了与未来社区的良好联系。

1. Convergence: the focus is on centripetal feeling and the need for linkage. Through the three design techniques of "linking", "pointing" and "returning", It highlights the core position of the People's Square complex and establishes a good connection to the future community in terms of function, space and form.

二、乐心：描绘全龄段社区多彩乐居的需求。住宅区中部的邻里共享轴串联起7个不同功能属性的居住组团，并结合水系形成南北2个重要节点，为社区的业态布局与场景提供空间载体。

2. Delight: it depicts the need for colorful and happy living in all-age communities. The neighborhood axis in the middle of the residential area, linking up seven residential groups with different functional attributes, combined with the water system to form two important nodes in the north and south. It provides a spatial carrier for the community's business layout and scene implantation.

三、舒心，是对高效、有序、立体的交通组织的需求，便捷的对外联系，以及内部良好的慢行系统。多种灵活的居住产品的立体复合，也体现了舒心安居需求的另一个层面。

3. Comfort: it is the need for an efficient, orderly, and three-dimensional traffic organization. It brings convenient external connections and a high-quality slow walking system formed internally. The three-dimensional compound of various flexible living products also reflects another dimension of the demand for comfortable and secure living.

四、绿心，是我们应对高容高密开发带来的居住环境恶化问题，实现生态宜居需求所提出的策略。将绿地引入城市上空，构建包含立体私家庭院、邻里花园及云端公园的多层次云端绿网系统。打造住区垂直生态丛林。

4. Ecology: it is our strategy to cope with the deterioration of the living environment brought about by high capacity and high density development and to realize the demand for ecological livability. bringing green space into the sky above the city and building a multi-level cloud green network system that includes three-dimensional private courtyards, neighborhood gardens and cloud parks. We create a vertical ecological jungle in the settlement.

五、归心，是建筑作为文化符号应具有的认同感和归属感的需求。设计从建筑形体、立面形态、城市色彩等多方面强调在地性与未来感的融合。诠释“现代江南，摩登山海”的文化意境，令人诗意地栖居在“象山之心”。

5. Nostalgia: It is the need for a sense of identity and belonging that architecture should have as a cultural symbol. The design emphasizes the integration of local and futuristic aspects in terms of building form, façade shape and urban color. The cultural context of "Fashion Jiangnan, Modern Mountain and sea" is interpreted. It is poetically inhabited in the "Heart of Xiangshan".
