「想象力之心」入围奖方案详解｜UAD + 10 Design + Weston Williamson+Partners

「想象力之心」宁波象山人民广场片区实施性城市设计和概念性建筑与景观设计国际竞赛已于10月圆满结束，竞赛结果公布后获得了极大反响与热烈讨论，感谢各界朋友的关注与支持！拾分之壹团队特将七强方案整理为系列解读文章，希望由此展现出每个方案对“象山人民广场片区”的独特解读，以及对“想象力之心”的深刻回应。

本篇为浙江大学建筑设计研究院有限公司（牵头）、TEN DESIGN GROUP LIMITED 、Weston Williamson + Partners LLP组成的联合体的入围奖方案——“万象山海居，和合共家园”的详解。

「HEART OF IMAGINATION」NINGBO XIANGSHAN PEOPLE’S SQUARE AREA URBAN DESIGN AND CONCEPTUAL ARCHITECTURE AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION has been successfully completed in October. The announcement of the competition results received great response and heated discussion, thanks for the attention and support of companion of all fields! 创造和合共生的幸福家园是创作的根本出发点。希望真正为人民而设计，营造充满活力的“共同富裕”的象山样板，同时向世界展现象山独特的山海格局和地方精神气质，描绘一幅“山海乐居图”，让人民广场成为象山人希望的出发点、乡愁的归属地。

这不是一个纯粹的城市形象设计，而是一次执政理念的践行与未来生活方式的营造。

A happy home of harmony and coexistence is the fundamental starting point of the design. We hope to truly design for the people, create a vibrant Xiangshan model of "common prosperity", at the same time show Xiangshan's unique mountain and sea pattern and local ethos to the world, and paint a picture of "happy living in mountains and seas", so that People's Square can become the starting point of Xiangshan people's hope and the home of nostalgia.

This is not a pure urban image design, but a practice of governing philosophy and the construction of future life style.

首先，扩大思考和设计区域的边界，从更大的尺度来研究场地与城市的关系，让人民广场成为城市之眼、市民之心。构建一个“乌托邦式”的理想生活模型，各类城市功能被充分编织、交融。

First, expand the boundaries of thinking and design areas, study the relationship between the site and the city from a larger scale, and make People’s Square the eye of the city and the heart of the citizens. The surrounding public buildings, including the administrative buildings of government departments, especially the hospital, are an important part of the Hehe Garden and should be fully opened and connected. 象心塔作为多轴焦点的原点，牵起整个开放空间脉络。东侧岸线结合全民健身中心户外运动场地塑造开放的滨河运动公园；南侧岸线的休闲游憩空间，由文创聚落广场和新华路慢行廊道蔓延向人民广场；西侧未来社区的生活轴，以传统水街漫步道与北侧TOD综合体、医院、康养公园等公共空间衔接，同时沿外园河，将人气导向核心区。设计中高度重视沿河绿地公园的活化，尤其是户外健康、运动公园的打造，蓝绿交织的开放空间系统将成为和合家园的共享休闲乐园。

The Xiangxin Tower, as the origin of the multi-axis focus, pulls the entire open space context. The east coastline combines with the outdoor sports venues of the National Fitness Center to create an open Binhe Sports Park; the leisure and recreation space on the south coastline spreads from the Cultural and Creative Settlement Square and the slow corridor of Xinhua Road to the People's Square; the life of the future community on the west side On the axis, the traditional water street promenade connects with the public spaces such as the TOD complex, hospital, and health park on the north side. At the same time, attracting popularity to the core area along the Waiyuan River. Great importance is attached to the activation of green space parks along the river, especially the construction of outdoor health and sports parks. The open space system intertwined with blue and green has become a shared leisure paradise for Hehe Garden.

我们认为这不是一个纯粹的城市形象设计，而是包括执政理念、市民生活、土地价值的多方共赢。充分表达“未来社区”的专业理解，适度打破原有地块的边界，让各类城市功能配套充分编织，化解了医院对面住宅地块价值较低、住宅与公共服务设施关系割裂等问题，也有助于TOD节点的公共性塑造。

We believe that this is not a purely urban image design, but a win-win situation including governance concepts, citizen life and land value. Fully express the professional understanding of "future community", moderately break the boundaries of the original plots, and fully weave various urban functions. It solves the problems of low value of residential land opposite the hospital and the separation of the relationship between residential and public service facilities, and also helps to shape the publicity of TOD nodes.

“想象力之心”既是整个城市之心，也是周边市民的价值与活力源泉。功能互融将激发出新的活力，提升住宅总量和品质，保护土地的商业开发价值。在此基础上形成人民广场、象心塔、公共文体中心、TOD商业综合体、未来社区与青年社区、文创聚落几大功能板块。因此，我们思考的城市设计范围会相应扩大至68万方，涵盖南侧既有建筑区域，建筑与景观概念设计范围也做了相应调整，包括公共文体中心、TOD综合体和青年社区，共33万方。

The "heart of imagination" is not only the heart of the whole city, but also the source of value and vitality of the surrounding citizens. Functional fusion stimulates new vitality. At the same time, the total amount and quality of residential buildings are improved, and the commercial development value of the land is well protected. On this basis, several major functional sections have been formed: People's Square, the Xiangxin Tower, Public Cultural and Sports Center, TOD Commercial Complex, Future Community and Youth Community, and Cultural and Creative Settlement. Therefore, the scope of urban design we consider will be expanded to 680,000 square meters, covering the existing building area on the south side. The architectural and landscape conceptual design scope has also been adjusted accordingly, including the public cultural and sports center, TOD complex and youth community, with a total of 330,000 square meters.

In the People's Square and the Public Cultural and Sports Center, we hope to create a sense of belonging with the artistic conception of Xiangshan, mountains and seas. With the intention of "Islands and Reefs", the local landscape scene of "Gulf Butterfly Valley" is created. A show, a tower; a bay of fisherman; a picture of the mountains and seas coexisting in harmony.

各场馆环抱的中心水域，作为广阔的城市舞台，演绎 “象山印象-渔光山海水秀表演”。对于区域中心的新华路，我们建议保留但适当管制车行，强调步行空间的连贯，并以一座桥的形式跨越“港湾蝶谷”，拥有独特的行车视野，也可以在城市中心欣赏到独特的海滩风情。

The central water area surrounded by various venues serves as a vast urban stage. Performing "Impression of Xiangshan–Yuguangshanhai water Show". For the Xinhua Road in the regional center, we suggest to retain but properly control the traffic, emphasizing the coherence of the pedestrian space, and cross the "Butterfly Valley of the Harbor" in the form of a bridge, with a unique driving view. The unique beach vibe can also be enjoyed in the heart of the city.

连续、起伏的形态既带来了具有冲击力的群组建筑标识性。同时也确保了建筑架空层、连廊等空间向城市各个轴线打开。全民健身中心与滨水运动公园融合，山海万象馆作为形象展示门户，贴邻轨交站点设置，并与全民阅读中心功能共享互溶，创造可逛展、可研学的多元体验。深蓝剧场从阅读中心拆分出来，独立运营，结合广场举办露天观演活动。群众艺术馆从山海万象馆中拆分出来，作为居住区的邻里活动配套，方便市民使用。

The continuous, undulating form not only brings an impactful group building identity. At the same time, it also ensures that the building’s overhead floors, corridors and other spaces are open to all axes of the city. The Public Fitness Center is integrated with the Waterfront Sports Park, and the Shanhai Wanxiang Hall is used as an image display portal, which is set up adjacent to the rail transit station, and shares functions with the Civic Reading Center to create a diverse experience that can be visited, exhibited, and studied. The Deep Blue Theater was split from the Reading Center and operated independently, and held open-air performances in conjunction with the square. The Mass Art Museum is split from the Shanhai Wanxiang Hall and is used as a neighborhood activity support in the residential area for the convenience of citizens.

This charismatic ring with unique spatial experience can realize the sharing between buildings, the communication between the ground and the underground, and the penetration of indoor and outdoor.

全民阅读中心营造出一条温暖舒缓的海岸线，前行可以抵达开阔的阳光中庭——这里是与自然交互的共享空间，实现全民阅读中心与山海万象馆的功能融合。山海万象馆拟态真实的崖岸，极具视觉冲击力。全民健身中心以充满动感的海浪，表达运动的活力。各个场馆内部均有竖向交通联通地下室门厅。深蓝剧场，依托象山影视文化资源，将成为具备国际水准的观演、发布、庆典等的活动场所。

The Civic Reading Center creates a warm and soothing coastline. Go forward, you can reach the open sunny atrium. This is a shared space for interaction with nature, realizing the functional integration of the Civic Reading Center and the Shanhai Wanxiang Hall. Shanhai Wanxiang Hall mimics the real cliff shore, with great visual impact. The Civic Fitness Center expresses the vitality of sports with dynamic waves. Each venue has a vertical traffic connection basement foyer. Deep Blue Theater, relying on the cultural resources of Xiangshan film and television, will become an international standard for performances, releases, celebrations and other activities.

TOD设计构想主要从最大化链接城市、一体化地下空间、多元化门户展示三个方面展开，强化轨交站点的辐射效应。地下轨交站与两大下沉庭院、公交首末站之间无缝衔接，沿主要换乘动线设置地下商业，创造一条具有活力的辐射廊道。中央水域的河底标高与负一层地下室接近，局部进行水处理并向地下界面打，即可观赏水下世界，配合智慧技术进行海洋文化展示。轨交站点与人民广场的联系则是通过深蓝步道，它具有以展示、体验、科普、娱乐为主题的公共服务性质的强目的性业态，作为连续的地下步行动线，它引导人流到达广场和各个场馆，也为地下停车带来采光和标识。穿越海洋主题展区后，到达象心塔地下数字展厅，这里也是城市形象展示和观星体验的打卡点。

The TOD design concept is mainly developed from three aspects: maximizing the link city, integrating underground space, and diversified portal display, and strengthening the radiation effect of the rail transit station. The underground rail station is seamlessly connected with the two sunken courtyards and the first and last bus stations, and underground businesses are set up along the main transfer lines to create a dynamic radiation corridor. The rail transit station and the People's Square is connected by exhibition, experience, science popularization, entertainment as the theme, public service nature, and purposeful business. The created Deep Blue Walk would be a continuous underground walking line, guiding the flow to the square and each venue, and bringing light and signage to underground parking. The elevation of the river bottom in the central water area is close to that of the basement on the first floor. Partial water treatment is performed and the underground interface is opened, so that you can watch the underwater world and display marine culture with smart technology. After passing through the ocean-themed exhibition area, you will arrive at the digital exhibition hall under the Xiangxin Tower. It is also a key point for city image display and stargazing experience.

象心塔保留原广场独特的菠萝格地砖花纹记忆，通过提拉扭转形成三维空间，成为遮阳避风的市民聚集地，内部可容纳聚会活动、创意市集等功能。象心塔也将成为整个人民广场的精神地标。

The Xiangxin Tower retains the unique memory of the original square's pineapple lattice floor tile pattern, and forms a three-dimensional space by pulling and twisting, becoming a gathering place for citizens to shelter from the sun and wind. The interior can accommodate functions such as party activities and creative markets. The Xiangxin Tower has also become the spiritual landmark of the entire People's Square.

# 未来社区与青年社区

Future Community & Youth Community

未来社区包括青年公寓、品质住区以及安置片区。以多样的住宅产品，满足原住民、新市民等不同社群的差异化需求。窄街密路的格局，将住区出入口转移到支路上，可以化解横向丹南路出入口密集的交通问题。我们也非常重视社区的生活场景构建——步行性极佳的小尺度街区，营造出融合住区与公建的城市生活烟火气。

The Future Community includes youth apartments, high-quality residential areas and resettlement areas. With a variety of residential products, it can meet the differentiated needs of different communities such as aborigines and new citizens. The pattern of narrow streets and dense roads, transferring the entrances and exits of the residential area to the branch roads, can resolve the dense traffic problem of the entrances and exits of the horizontal Dannan Road. We also attach great importance to the construction of life scenes in the community, small-scale blocks with excellent walkability, and create a fireworks atmosphere of urban life that integrates residential areas and public buildings.

不同于传统住区，我们着重营造它的智慧、活力与文化底蕴。连续的首层界面塑造街区活力。品质住区的生活轴被称之为渔家归心步道，以特色的中式裙房，营造尊贵氛围与独具特色的街道。青年公寓靠近文体中心场馆，利用院落营造丰富的开放式立体街区，促进居民的生活与交流。街区也完整配备了未来社区的九大场景。江南风情的商业天地，织补了居住与公建区域边界，带来和合共生的城市活力。

Different from traditional settlements, we focus on creating its wisdom, vitality and cultural heritage. The continuous ground floor interface shapes the vitality of the neighborhood. Among them, the youth apartment is close to the cultural and sports center venue, and the courtyard is used to create a rich open three-dimensional block to promote the life and communication of residents. The life axis of the high-quality residential area, we call it the sea home trail, with the characteristic Chinese-style podium, creating a noble atmosphere and street characteristics. The block is also fully equipped with nine scenarios of the Future Community. The commercial world with Jiangnan style also knits the boundaries between residential and public construction areas, bringing urban vitality and harmony.

我们还有一个非常重要的关注点，是整合周边现状业态，例如南侧的文化活动中心、涌金广场、大润发等，需通过再造升级，焕发出新的生命力。

We also have a very important focus, which is to integrate the existing business formats in the surrounding areas, especially for the cultural activity center on the south side, Yongjin Plaza, RT-Mart, etc., and regenerate new vitality through reconstruction and upgrading.

随着北侧文体中心的落成，现有的博物馆、展示等功能会随之迁移。现状的几个建筑间都相对独立，联系薄弱，公共空间和商业空间也缺乏活力。我们通过功能的整合、置换，引入众创、研发、体验、销售等新的产业链，让南部既有区域形成一个全新的综合的文创类产业区，与北区想象力之心形成互动，激发出商业效应。

At present, several buildings are relatively independent, the connection is weak, and the public space and commercial space are also lack of vitality. 我们首先尝试对现有公共空间进行梳理，通过沿街界面商业氛围的营造与广场节点的释放，形成有主次的连续共享空间，并开放给公众。其次，将内部产业功能升级，为初创企业提供办公与交流会晤场所，探寻场地第五立面的发展可能，也可吸引周边居民的参与。

We first try to sort out the existing public space, and form a continuous shared space with primary and secondary through the creation of commercial atmosphere along the street interface and the release of square nodes. Secondly, upgrade the internal industrial functions to provide office and exchange meeting places for start-ups, and explore the development possibility of the fifth facade of the site, which can attract the participation of surrounding residents.

对文化活动中心现状屋面的运动场地进行改造升级，在保留原有羽毛球场的基础上，加入滑板场地与彩虹慢步道，在运动之余能够以开阔的视野欣赏河岸风景。我们强调对屋顶绿色生态的探索，注入城市农场的理念，打造屋顶花园，为高层建筑提供更好的视觉效果。并且希望通过屋面绿化和太阳能光伏板等技术，实现大润发的零碳屋面停车场设想。涌金广场中庭的更新，将围绕中心舞台嵌入连廊系统，布置大量平台外摆，消费人群可以停留驻足，形成商业人气。

Renovate and upgrade the sports field on the current roof of the cultural activity center. The original badminton court is retained, and a skateboard field and a rainbow slow trail are added. After exercising, you can enjoy the riverside scenery with a wide field of vision. We emphasize the exploration of the green ecology of the roof, inject the concept of urban farm, create a roof garden, and provide a better visual effect for high-rise buildings. And it is hoped that RT-Mart's zero-carbon roof car park concept will be realized through technologies such as roof greening and solar photovoltaic panels. In the renovation of the atrium of Yongjin Plaza, a corridor system is embedded around the central stage, and a large number of platforms are arranged outside, so that consumers can stop and form commercial atmosphere.
