设计，是以新锐视觉洞察并诠释世界的一种方式，青年设计师作为未来设计世界的中坚力量，我们期待着他们为设计大时代发声，共同传递属于当代青年设计的价值观。
在此契机之下，英国GlOW-DESIGN、美国SC集合设计学院、广州设计周在全球范围内共同主办「WYDF世界青年设计师论坛」——汇聚全球青年设计师在这里探索、研讨、辩论设计驱动人居环境，生活品质、产业迭代甚至整个世界向前发展的前沿问题和思想，共同促进全球设计文化的未来发展。
WORLD YOUTH DESIGNER FORUM
As the only award of World Youth Designer Forum (WYDF) - World Youth Designer, will be organized in China, Asia, Europe and the Americas to call for submissions of young designers. Simultaneously a host country will be set up to hold the final competition. The honor of "WYDF World Youth Designer" will only be conferred to one outstanding young designer, which is highly recognized in China and around the world.
The organization and evaluation work in preliminary selection will be conducted by WYDF committee in China, Asia, Europe and the Americas abiding by relevant rules and judging criteria. They are responsible to select out those excellent local designers, and nominate them to enter the final competition. Finally, WYDF jury will evaluate all participant, and select 4 excellent designers respectively from China, Asia, Europe, and the Americas as the global finalists who will be invited to the host country to compete for the honor of "WYDF World Youth Designer ".
WYDF 2017 Global Final was based on the campaign proposition of “Driving by Design”, the global finalists of the WYDF World Youth Designers discussed the perceived goals and expectations under the rapid changes in design. Kyle Chen from Greater China won the first WYDF 2017 Global Final with his wonderful speech, which convinced the audience and judges.

WYDF2018年度评选全球总决赛主要内容为探讨在时代高速发展中，设计如何才能做到“匠心”，从而让人们重拾稀有感和个性感。全球候选人通过现场演讲，讲述匠心设计所追求的智慧和精神，用一种全新的方式来传递为社会而设计的使命。来自大中华区的候选人本埠设计 B+P Architects主持人蔡家豪先生最终在现场出色的表现获得了众多国际评委的青睐，成为WYDF2018年度世界青年设计师。

WYDF2019年度评选全球总决赛中，来自亚洲、美洲、欧洲三地的四位优秀青年设计师结合用户的需求，以用户为中心，共同探讨着设计发展，最终大中华区的候选人更新设计创始人周游先生以出色的现场表现摘得2019 WYDF世界青年设计师桂冠。
In the WYDF 2019 Global Final, , four outstanding young designers from Asia, America and Europe combined with the needs of users, user-centered, together discussing the development of design. Finally, the Great China finalist You Zhou won the WYDF 2019 World Youth Designer with outstanding on-site performance.
WYDF2019年度评选全球总决赛现场
WYDF2020年度评选全球总决赛以疫情下的设计思考为命题，呼吁青年设计师提出新的方案和方向来应对充满未知因素的时代，一起创造美好未来。最终美洲区的柯路建筑设计（北京）事务所主任建筑师Sebastian Loaiza先生凭借出色的表现和对疫情下的深度思考探索，夺得了WYDF2020年度世界青年设计师。
WYDF 2020 global final is themed by Design After COVID, calling on young designers to put forward new solutions and directions to deal with the era full of unknown factors and create a better future together. Global finalist Sebastian from the Americas won WYDF 2020 World Youth Designer for his outstanding performance and deep thinking under the COVID-19.
WYDF2020年度评选全球总决赛现场
WYDF2021年度评选全球总决赛，我们放眼未来，集结全球对于“设计未来”有着独到的思考与见解的青年设计师，共同探讨未来设计的发展，重新定义年轻人与未来设计的关系！来自欧洲区的叠术建筑事务所启创合伙人Ben De Lange先生以“超级策略 Super Stratefies”为题展开叙述，发表对“设计未来”的独特见解，最终获得“WYDF2021年度世界青年设计师”称号。
WYDF 2021 Global Final, we are looking into the future, gathering young designers from all over the world who have unique thoughts and insights on the future of design, discussing the development of future design and redefining the relationship between young people and future design! The global candidate from Europe, Mr. Ben De Lange, presented his unique insights on the "Future of Design" with the theme of "Super Stratefies", and finally won He was awarded the title of "WYDF 2021 World Young Designer of the Year".
WYDF 2021 Global Final
1. 在全球范围内的40岁（含40周岁）以下执业室内设计师或建筑师；
2. 具备国际视野，有独到的设计见解及优异的设计表达；
3. 拥有实际完工的项目，构建有社会兼容性的环境空间。
The global finalists’ selection of WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer will be operation and arrangement by Guangzhou Design Week, which will independently recruit and evaluate young designers around the world in accordance with WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer evaluation criteria. The designers can apply by submitting the registration material to the official email of the organizing committee.
We expect global finalists conform to the following:
1. Practicing interior designer or architect under the age of 40 (inclusive) worldwide;
2. International perspective with unique design insight and excellent design expression;
3. Have completed projects to build socially compatible environmental space.
The selected designers will represent the global finalists and compete with finalists from other regions/continents in the WYDF 2022 Global Final during Guangzhou Design Week from December 9-12, compete together for WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer.

符合「WYDF2022年度世界青年设计师」全球候选人招募条件的全球青年室内设计师或建筑师均可通过自主提交资料至组委会邮箱进行报名。
2. 第二阶段：10月31日—11月15日期间

评审委员会从自主报名设计师中，按照评审标准评选出大中华区、欧洲区、亚洲区、美洲区各一位1位优秀设计师当选该大区的「WYDF2022年度世界青年设计师」全球候选人。
3. 第三阶段：11月20日
评选公布
「WYDF2022年度世界青年设计师」全球候选人将于11月20日在广州设计周官方微信或网站予以公示，并接受行业就信息的真实性、创新性以及权属问题等各方面的广泛质询与建议。
4. 第四阶段：12月09—12日

WYDF2022年度世界青年设计师评选•全球总决赛将于12月09-12日广州设计周期间举办，4位「WYDF2022年度世界青年设计师」全球候选人将分别代表大中华区、欧洲区、亚洲区、美洲区共同出战WYDF2022年度评选全球总决赛，角逐“WYDF2022年度世界青年设计师”至高荣耀。
Phase 1: From today - October 31
Self-Declaration
Young interior designers or architects from all over the world who meet the requirements of “Global Finalists of WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer” can submit materials to the organizing committee email for registration.
Phase 2: October 31-November 15
Evaluation Stage
The judging committee will select one outstanding designer from each region of Greater China, Europe, Asia, and America as the “Global Finalists of WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer” according to the judging criteria.
Phase 3: November 20
Selection and Announcement
The “Global Finalists of ‘WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer’” will be announced on the official WeChat or website of Guangzhou Design Week on November 15, and will accept extensive inquiries and suggestions from the industry on authenticity, innovation and ownership of information.
Phase 4: December 09-December 12
WYDF 2022 Global Final
WYDF 2022 Global Final will be held during Guangzhou Design Week from December 09-12. Four “Global Finalists of WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer” will represent Greater China, Europe, Asia, and America to compete in the WYDF 2022 Global Final and for the highest honor of WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer.

报名者个人履历（含个人简介、工作经历、个人设计理念/主张/哲学）；
报名者个人形象照（高精度，横竖版各1张）；
报名者个人代表作品2-3个（须为 2021年1月至2022年10月期间完工项目，含项目设计说明、1-2张平面图、不少于10张像素不低300dpi的室内空间实景图）；
报名者个人社会成就（含社会职务、社会荣誉、奖项等）；
项目作品必须为本人主创作品，具有完全版权和使用权。

Registration Requirements
1. Fill out the “Global Finalists of WYDF 2022 World Youth Designer - Application Form” as required.
2. Personal resume (including personal profile, work experience, personal design concept / proposition / philosophy)
3. Personal image photo (high precision, 1 horizontal and vertical version)
4. 2-3 personal representative works (must be projects completed between January 2021 and October 2022, including project design descriptions, 1-2 floor plans, and at least 10 realistic drawings of interior spaces with pixels of no less than 300dpi).
5. Personal social achievements (including social positions, social honors, awards, etc.).
6. The project works must be the original work and have full copyright and right of use
