团队助理

Responsibilities：

1、The position is based in Beijing, reports directly to general manager;

2、Support on daily administrative tasks, including basic financial topics;

3、Organize and coordinate important business events. Arrange major meetings and conferences, including making arrangements for important company visitors;

4、Assist football school, training camp and train the trainers. Support “Wolfsburg United” related events;

5、Keep good liaison and communication with colleagues in Wolfsburg and external partners. Help to establish and maintain key partner relationships for the company // after sales // partner care;

6、Conduct research, compile data, prepare presentation materials, and manage the documentation and archives for the company; // market research //preparation sales activities // presentations // sales proposals;

7、Assist with the company press/ social media/ merchandising selling issues;

8、Written and verbal translation (English - Chinese as required);

9、Office organization/visa services.

Requirement：

1、At least 2 years working experience; Bachelor’s degree or above from a prestigious institute; overseas study experience is preferred;

2、Love in football and has knowledge about football; has contacts /relations in football business;

3、Fluent in quasi-native proficiency in English; fluent German is a plus;

4、Mature individual with adept interpersonal skills and positive attitude; fast learner with strong skills in communication;

5、Passionate, empathetic, open to criticism, and highly collaborative; has willingness to travel;

6、Good command of Microsoft office suite.
