A modern take on the quintessential coastal home, the home capitalizes on serenity and quiet luxury, utilizing the interplay of natural and ambient light and its effects, expressed in a rich curation of natural colours and textures in carefully arranged situations. Intentionally drawing references from place, every element of the home's interior is designed to create an atmosphere that effortlessly encapsulates the idyllic Australian seaside lifestyle.

Materials such as limestone, marble, wood and brass express the surrounding natural beauty, while thoughtful amenities and spatial fluidity create moments of relaxation and pause, unobstructed views and breath-taking moments. The villa reinforces its connection to its location, utilizing a design language that softens the building's interior and exterior through a softening of materials and forms. Diffuse light and elastic materials draw residents directly from nearby waves. Meanwhile, unfilled limestone floors, reminiscent of sand underfoot, are used throughout the interior and exterior spaces to provide seamless transitions.
