栖地荣誉 | 栖地设计荣获意大利2022 A’DESIGN AWARDS 2金2银

近日，欧洲设计界奥斯卡意大利A设计大奖公布了2022年设计大赛的结果，来自于114个国家110个不同的设计领域的2022位获奖者。

栖地设计的「融创云阳华南映」,「融创御栖玖里」「港龙皇朝龙湾壹号」和「融创漫山小镇」，荣获2金2银。

A’ Design Award & Competition , one of the World’s largest and most diffused international design awards announced results of the 2022 design competition: 2022 Winners from 114 countries in 110 different design disciplines.

「Sunac Yunyang In Huanan」，「Sunac Royal Mansion」，「 Dragon Bay」and 「Majestic Land」, designed by QIDI DESIGN GROUP have been awarded with the prestigious Golden and Sliver A' Design Award.

项目坐落于索河公园西侧，位于郑西区的郑上新区。随着三横三纵路网的建成，与主城区紧密相连。区域交通便利，临滨河路和陇海西路，距离郑州西站仅5km。周边有学校、医院等较完善的配套设施。优质的河水资源、丰富的周边绿地以及优美的湿地公园，成就了得天独厚的生态资源。

The project located on the west side of Suo river Park, in the new developing urban of ZhengZhou. The transportation is relatively convenient, while surrounded with relatively supporting facilities. The abundant greenery and beautiful wetland parks are unpredictable ecological resources.

以一联串的林下曲径为故事线，沿途点缀几个值得驻留的落脚点，悠哉而行，开启森林探秘之旅。整个项目中，硬景的每一种材料尽可能选择有自然张力的，包括：竹木栈道、水磨石景墙、林镜、绳网平台。软景则打破以往的组团种植形式，以干净的树林和大面积的观赏草为主导，充分感受美轮美奂的四时之景。

To start an exploration journey with open space coherent story line.The shade of landscape space is complementing the architecture and site, forming a complete comfortable space.The activities are encouraged with the intimacy with nature.Hardscape material is selected to provide natural tension,including the bamboo plank ,terrazzo scenery wall,mirror installation, and rope net platform. Softscape breaks the traditional planting ,dominated by woods of clear trunks and large areas of ornamental grass ,fully feeling the magnificent scene of four seasons.

项目基址位于丹阳市高新区华南板块，是政府规划的城市新中心。周边交通十分便利，规划配套比较好。但丹阳当地整体的居住环境比较陈旧，住宅景观大多还是传统奢华的调性、繁杂冗余的堆叠。我们希望在当地践行一个不同方向的落地项目，作为这个区域未来的住宅地产风向标。

The project is located in the South China section of Dan-yang High-tech Zone, which is a new urban center planned by government. The surrounding transportation is relatively convenient, infrastructure is relatively updated. Glass and light to interpret the industrial culture, transit water to communicate tradition and modernity. To practice the continuous interaction between demonstration area and future residence.

项目水线贯穿前后，诠释丹阳因水而兴的历史。前场的镜状水院映射天地，营造广阔与静谧的空间感，艺术雕塑在不经意间点亮了空间的时尚气息；后场则趋向活泼，利用大量绿植、多层次的水景，采用自然的手法，实现不同空间感受的切换。

The design principle introduces Danyang's water town culture and local lens industries in series. The translucent walls which came to symbolized the spirits of the water town where past and present weave a magical spell.The planting trees and water courtyard, and start an illuminated journey by the water level lights.The five scenes of landscape are interacting in the natural approach of artistic design, and truly realising the integration community that conspires with the light and lives.

位于中国广州市增城区石滩镇。城市老城区急于突破原有印象，塑造全新未来生活体验。设计师通过创造公共与私密的交互，来反映人的活动与空间组织的肌理，且有效地将这种内在机理融入社区。

Located in Shitan Town, Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City, China. The urban design of old town is intend to break the original impression , reshaping a outstanding future living experience. The Landscape Designers aims to reflect the texture of human activities and spatial environment through public and private space interactions, and integrate internal mechanism to the community.

项目本身建筑形态取钻石切割形式及其本身的艺术形态，将建筑打造成一个具当代体验性的艺术空间。景观在设计时，利用统一的语言对其进行解构与重构，找到建筑与场地最佳平衡点，在建筑与自然交织的边界，构建艺术化生活场景。我们着眼挖掘场地转变的潜质，寻求人工与自然的融合过渡，致力于柔和不同的空间分隔，着重打造纵深感体验空间，增加情景式空间体验，营造场地独有的语言与景观系统。

The construction form of the project takes the form of diamond cutting artistic form, a contemporary minimalism experience . To seek the harmony balance relationship between architecture and site, and construct artistic living scene at the boundary of architecture and nature.The design principle is to focus on the potential of site transformation, seek the integration of artificial and natural transition.

项目尽可能还原场地的自然地貌。尊重地形高差并合理利用，收集社区雨水，打造社区的海绵城市系统，使得项目中大片树林和花草植物能够很好地被养护。收集自然雨水与人工水景相互渗透，循环使用，产生自我迭代的可持续性，打造未来社区的可持续性生态环境典范。

The project restore the natural land form of the site as much as possible. Respect the topography and rational use, collect community rainwater, build a community sponge city systems, so that large areas of woods and flowers can be well maintained.
Collect natural Rain Water and artificial waters-cape infiltrate and recycle each other, produce self-iterative sustainability, and create a role model of sustainable ecological environment for the community in the future.

项目灵感来自徐志摩先生的《翡冷翠山居》，景观、建筑与周边山体融为一体，为未来的业主打造了一个野而不寂，奢而不浮的隐世无界山居。景观设计的改造以尊重场地尊重原生之美为设计原则。

The concept was inspired by Chinese contemporary poet Mr. Xu Zhimo's as living in the Cold Emerald Mountain. Boundless is the theme of the landscape design. The renovation respects and preserves the spirit and origins of beauty. The designer explores the close relationship between landscape and community.

入山 - 伴山 - 视界- 望巅 - 归心 - 造物

景观设计的改造以尊重场地、尊重原生之美为设计原则。依托现状山体植被，层峦叠嶂，山林绵延，感受山水自然的原生质感力量，与天人合一。

Renovation in landscape design is respecting and preserving the spirit and origins of beauty.In the highlight, the designer explore the close relationship between landscape and community.On the depending with diversity layers of mountain vegetation and plants, and continuously hills,to feel the original strength of nature beauty by the local mountain and rivers. To create intimacy connection within local nature , finally result in the harmony of man and nature.
