一栋两层的主楼，平面呈矩形，由承重砖石的大量中央脊柱纵向分隔，是类型学方案的一部分，这很可能归功于建筑师。内部楼梯在北立面呈半圆形发展。古董谷仓和工具棚位于主楼旁边的一层附楼内。

A two-storey main building, rectangular in plan and longitudinally separated by a massive central spine of load-bearing masonry, is part of a typological scheme most likely attributed to the architect. The internal staircase develops in a semicircle on the north facade. An antique barn and tool shed are located in a one-story annexe next to the main house.

The essential character of the building has been lost, the Tuscan countryside aspect distorted by the intervention of different properties inherited from each other over time. The design involved renovating the entire complex to meet the needs of the client, a couple who had moved to Italy from London with their two children and wanted a social and comfortable country house. The existing structure was rearranged and the building restored, creating a link between the external envelope and the interior, while adhering to the original typological plan.

These rooms provide a continuous route to explore the home, where shared and private spaces coexist thanks to improvements and newly developed connecting spaces. The walk ends with terraces on the first floor, one of which was opened during the design process on the south side, where one can enjoy the light and shades of the surrounding environment. Both the interior and exterior surfaces of the farmhouse are distinguished by the use of clear geometric shapes and local natural materials. The travertine window frames, terracotta paving, arches and wooden furniture inside are evidence of this.
