联合国《生物多样性公约》第十五次缔约方大会(COP15)将于2021年5月在中国云南省举办,近200个国家地区代表齐聚昆明,支持人与自然和谐共生,共建地球生命共同体。

In the name of "Biodiversity Exhibition Hall", Yunnan Vanke, in the rich texture of Kunming, feeds back the potential of business with the growth of urban context, and creates a new public core and city cover: Vanke Park City VANKE PARK CITY, Dianchi International Community City Meeting Room , a brand-new super demonstration area to unravel the mystery of biological order.

项目基地拥有昆明充沛的城市绿脉。紧邻环滇池景观带、南北水系丰富、宝象河文化带、五甲塘湿地公园、海河绿化带、巫家坝中央公园,荟萃生态能量之总和,具备全球城市群凸显的资源优势。

The project base has abundant urban green veins in Kunming. Adjacent to the landscape belt around Dianchi Lake, rich in north-south water systems, Baoxiang River Cultural Belt, Wujiatang Wetland Park, Haihe Green Belt, and Wujiaba Central Park, it gathers the sum of ecological energy and possesses the resource advantages highlighted by global urban agglomerations.

隐喻峡谷 暗藏森林

负空间 Negative Space

物的之间,临界的空白。通过掏空一个已存在的实体而产生的,即实体之间的轮廓。其特点是元素不会表露为清晰的面,而被分解为多个部分,以离散游走的形式传递潜藏的信息。

Between things, a critical blank. Produced by hollowing out an existing entity, the outline between entities. Its characteristic is that the elements are not exposed as clear faces, but are decomposed into multiple parts, and the hidden information is transmitted in the form of discrete walks.

峡谷之态 Form of Canyon

侵蚀/残缺/风化剩余的负值。隐喻峡谷,暗藏森林,微光深处,外在的柔软与内在的丰盈,转化为峡谷之态定义了前厅。限制和归纳划分出空间不同方向的维度,放弃对称性,定义内能和对原始生命渗透流的野性回归。透过洞穴,峡谷背后暗示隐藏的黑夜萤火/部落/雨林/涌泉/沼泽/岛屿...... 就像森林诗庭,匿着丰盈繁茂。

Negative values for erosion/mutilation/weathering remaining. A metaphor for the canyon, the hidden forest, the depths of shimmering light, the external softness and the inner richness, transformed into the state of the canyon to define the front hall. Restriction and induction divide the dimensions of different directions of space, abandon symmetry, define internal energy and return to the wildness of the permeation flow of primitive life. Through the cave, behind the canyon, there are hints of hidden night fireflies / tribes / rainforests / springs / swamps / islands... Just like a forest garden, there is abundance and lushness.

金色流沙 The Golden Quicksand

前台3块重达6吨原石荒料与实心黄铜工艺咬合而成。原石的大地灰和黄铜的泛金质感对比,手工锻打的黄铜诱发原始矿物质,润泽的金色光芒,古典、温煦而璀璨,是矿物的原色。

The front desk is made of 3 pieces of rough stone blocks weighing 6 tons and solid brass craftsmanship. The earth gray of the original stone is contrasted with the pan-gold texture of the brass. The hand-forged brass induces the original mineral, and the moist golden light is classical, warm and bright, which is the primary color of the mineral.

石块断面处打磨水洗,立体雕出水纹形态,把固体软化,液化。在厚重的份量中释放出温润的质态,融和空间并将表征构成戏剧性的微妙反差。

The section of the stone is polished and washed, and the water pattern is three-dimensionally carved to soften and liquefy the solid. It releases a warm texture in a heavy weight, blends space and characterizes dramatic subtle contrasts.

岛屿 狭缝
 island  narrow gap



隐藏在峡谷里的岛屿边界,与谷壁之间,夹集了许多夹缝/洞口,细长而蜿蜒。光/分子/气流/尘埃/幼态持续,在负空间概率里,循环/渗透/离散出一个玻尔兹曼分布律的微生态体系。狭缝/于正负之间,试图用负值获得比正值的阔值。设计师尝试在原始的自然科学/物理学/生物学与空间的哲学中,找到关联以空间的「解构性」和「抽象性」 构序「超现实的界面」,并渗透出自然的野性诗意。

Between the border of the island hidden in the canyon and the valley wall, there are many cracks/holes, which are slender and meandering. Light/molecules/airflow/dust/infant state continues, and in the probability of negative space, a micro-ecological system with Boltzmann distribution law is circulated/infiltrated/discreted. Slit/Between positive and negative, trying to get a wider threshold with negative values than positive ones. Designers try to find a relationship in the original philosophy of natural science/physics/biology and space, order the "surreal interface" with the "deconstruction" and "abstractness" of space, and permeate the wild poetry of nature .






生物多样性不是某一个自然具象,本质是万物生态系统的灭绝与演化更迭:生存或消逝,适应与反适应。物竞天择,适者生存的自然定律成为空间的隐喻场域。

Biodiversity is not a natural representation. Its essence is the extinction and evolution of the ecological system of all things: survival or disappearance, adaptation and anti-adaptation. Natural selection, the natural law of survival of the fittest, has become a metaphorical field of space.

解构展陈的序列在内外动线以开放与漫游感中获得涉及美的自然体验。因界面开合视线互动而转化为随机行为探析,赋予潜能的信息沟通方式和接收路径,释放个体的感知力。

The sequence of deconstruction and exhibition obtains a natural experience involving beauty in the internal and external circulation with a sense of openness and wandering. Due to the interaction of the interface opening and closing eyes, it is transformed into a random behavior analysis, which gives the potential information communication method and receiving path, and releases the individual's perception.

岛屿的定义 Definition of Island

岛屿是自然的能态和动量拓展的形体构成,万物显与隐的演化适应性的时间总结。岛屿具有不确定度,于生物在漫长进化过程加传的优胜劣汰,关于个别渐变与族群演变的生存悖论。

The island is the natural energy state and momentum expansion of the physical composition, the time summary of the apparent and implicit evolution adaptability of all things. The island has uncertainty, due to the survival of the fittest in the long evolutionary process of organisms, and the survival paradox of individual gradual change and ethnic evolution.

物种消失的瞬间,构成生存的实在与虚幻。物种进化的历程,则是达尔文式演化谜团的再现,亦是现实世界的本性反射与物性边界的探索。

岛屿通过环形嵌套的方式,以内径交谈与外径科普展览的融合去表达对生态循环的思考。一个开放的,既是功能的,也是意识形态上的科普岛屿。一层展览馆通过种子岛、昆虫岛、植物岛三个岛屿,串联整层展览动线,有效组织功能以及释放出公众的步行空间。

The islands are nested in a circular way, and the integration of the inner diameter conversation and the outer diameter science exhibition to express the thinking about the ecological cycle. An open island that is both functional and ideological. The exhibition hall on the first floor connects the entire floor of the exhibition through the three islands of Tanegashima Island, Insect Island and Plant Island, effectively organizing functions and releasing the public space for walking.







昆虫岛 INSECT

居在密林的小生灵,森林种类最多的族群,自然繁盛于平衡,色彩斑斓/脆弱敏感/依存与自立。

The little creatures living in the dense forest, the ethnic group with the most species in the forest, naturally prospered in balance, colorful/fragile and sensitive/dependent and self-reliant.












种子岛 SEED

种子的森林漫步,花粉飞行,匿于潮湿的植被温床,汲取甘露和养分,结束休眠 扎根入土壤缝隙,是种子生命的开端。

Seeds walk in the forest, fly pollen, hide in moist vegetation hotbeds, absorb nectar and nutrients, end dormancy, and take root in soil gaps, which is the beginning of seed life.

城市会客厅。隐藏在森林里面的部落,文明的群体社交存在。半围合阶梯层层递进,不同的咬合山势,弧线和直线的错层递进。豆袋如植物的苞芽依附着山势生长,是生命的萌芽。空间形式满足多种使用需求。可移动座椅,使用者可以根据需要创造自己的临时空间,热闹的头脑风暴区,或是安静冥想的独处时刻。不仅是一个讲座论坛发布空间,知识结晶的文化部落,同时也是一个社区沟通互动分享和聚集的地点。

City parlor. Tribes hidden in the forest, civilized groups exist socially. The semi-enclosed steps are progressive in layers, with different occlusal mountains, and arcs and straight lines are progressively staggered. The bean bag, like the bud of a plant, grows on the mountain and is the bud of life. The space form meets a variety of usage needs. With movable seats, users can create their own temporary space as needed, a lively brainstorming area, or a solitude moment for quiet meditation. It is not only a lecture forum publishing space, a cultural tribe where knowledge crystallizes, but also a place for community communication, interaction, sharing and gathering.

生物多样性博物馆的核心。由木片和种子阵列而成的表皮肌理,呈现向上生长的态势,穿透了一二层的空间,形成一座环形剧场。它归纳一层环幕影厅和二层萤火内庭,同时构成种子博物馆的内在,外延是一个由3600份木片和2500颗种子凝固封存为生物多样性的知识科普墙,储存着巨量的信息能。纵向的空间围合封存出生命的有机序列,意味将生态能延伸成年轮般的递进与循环。中央诗庭,仿佛扎根于公园城市的生命之树。

The heart of the Biodiversity Museum. The skin texture formed by the array of wood chips and seeds presents an upward growth trend, penetrating the space on the first and second floors, forming a circular theater. It summarizes the ring-screen cinema hall on the first floor and the fire inner courtyard on the second floor. It also constitutes the inner part of the Seed Museum. The extension is a knowledge science wall composed of 3,600 wood chips and 2,500 seeds that are solidified and sealed into biodiversity, storing a huge amount of information. can. The vertical space enclosure seals out the organic sequence of life, which means extending the ecological energy into a progression and cycle like an adult ring. The Central Poetry Court is like the tree of life rooted in the park city.

在不规则的、多边形的建筑基础上,通过自由随机的圆球体对原型进行消蚀和瓦解,掏空出一个个缺口,对空间进行柔化和重组,并置换出一个森林的苍穹。在这里创作一个精神空间,个体的渺小和穹顶的豁大形成极大与极小的对比,产生对自然的尊重和生命的敬畏。

On the basis of the irregular and polygonal building, the prototype is eroded and disintegrated through free and random spheres, hollowed out one by one, the space is softened and reorganized, and a forest sky is replaced. Create a spiritual space here, where the insignificance of the individual and the openness of the dome form a contrast between the extreme and the minimal, resulting in respect for nature and awe of life.

设计把解除“在场”作为思考的起点,以符号同一性的破裂,能指与所指的永难弥合,结构中心性颠覆为差异性的意义链作为空间逻辑的推演展开。苍穹顶消蚀出的缺口,将“存在”定义为“在场”,第一性的在场,打破原来的单元化秩序,由此产生新的意义。

The design takes the removal of "presence" as the starting point of thinking, and takes the rupture of symbolic identity, the eternal bridging of the signifier and the signified, and the subversion of the structural centrality into the meaning chain of difference as the deduction of spatial logic. The eroded gap in the dome defines "existence" as "presence", the primary presence, breaking the original united order, thus giving rise to new meanings.

一朵被花瓣层层包裹的花蕾, 模拟仿生花芽发育到接近于开花时的瞬间,向外突破被包裹的绽放状态,是绽放前一刻能量储备的定格,瞬间美的张弛和捕捉。建筑空间悬浮挑空延伸出来,展现在悬崖极端环境茁壮出来的生命姿态。

A flower bud wrapped in layers of petals simulates the moment when the bionic flower bud develops close to the moment when it blooms, and breaks through the wrapped blooming state. The building space is suspended and stretched out, showing the life posture that thrives in the extreme environment of the cliff.

二层交流和汇聚灵感的洽谈空间。金色丝线交织的光影,串合颗颗轻盈微光,如陆栖流萤。散发出来的粒子气息,似生态粒子飞舞和生命体的灵魂微粒:动态而柔软,在茂盛的诗庭蔓延出生物之美。地毯和功能家具则以一种伪装仿生自然生境的姿态组合着,连贯而成统一的视觉景观。

On the second floor, there is a negotiation space for communication and gathering inspiration. The light and shadow intertwined with golden threads are strung together with light and shimmering light, like a terrestrial firefly. The air of particles emitted is like the flying of ecological particles and the soul particles of living beings: dynamic and soft, spreading the beauty of creatures in the lush poetic garden. Carpets and functional furniture are combined in a gesture that camouflages the biomimetic natural habitat, creating a coherent visual landscape.

湿地,多样的植物群落,森林的天然过滤器。湿润气候和净化环境,为植动物提供庇护之地:繁殖、栖息、迁徙、越冬的场所。

Wetlands, diverse flora, natural filters of forests. Humid climate and purified environment provide shelter for plants and animals: places for reproduction, habitat, migration and wintering.

儿童区模拟潜育沼泽湿地的水循环系统,涵养水源,通过植物蒸腾和水分蒸发把水分送回大气中,为孩子们提供探索迷宫湿地水道。墙身则是蝴蝶标本展示单元,小朋友可以随意转动标本盒,配以图文的趣味解读,感受自然知识因好奇心触发领略生物的奥妙。

The children's area simulates the water circulation system of the submerged swamp wetland, conserves water sources, and returns water to the atmosphere through plant transpiration and water evaporation, providing children with a labyrinth of wetland waterways to explore. On the wall is the butterfly specimen display unit. Children can rotate the specimen box at will, accompanied by interesting interpretations of pictures and texts, and feel the mystery of natural knowledge triggered by curiosity.

虚构的墙

雨林是物种的栖息地,家是内在源泉和归所。四套未来生活样板的展示空间,意旨于公园城市回应自然人居,回归生活本真。自然光和玻璃盒子内的喷泉暗示间隔内外灵动透明的水源边界。涌泉流动和光影斑驳折射作用于空间,成为一个虚构的墙。并非体验脉络的分散与独立,实则感受的扎根和完成:生态于自然,人于生活,互为彼此的在场。

Rainforests are habitats for species, and home is their inner source and destination. The exhibition space of four sets of future life models is intended for the park city to respond to natural human settlements and return to the true nature of life. Natural light and the fountain in the glass box suggest a flexible and transparent water source boundary inside and outside the partition. The flowing spring and the mottled refraction of light and shadow act on the space and become an imaginary wall. It is not the dispersion and independence of the experience context, but the rooting and completion of the feeling: ecology is in nature, people are in life, and they are each other's presence.

AXD:“这一年”特别栏目,是《AXD空间艺术》杂志针对著名设计师以及本年度对设计有思考的青年设计师,特别筹划的年终访谈栏目。这一次,我们针对青年设计师的主题是:新视角、学习和成长。

在你的设计中,有新锐的视角、生活的印迹和对未来商业的“可能性”的思考,极具弹性、整体性与活力,我非常喜欢。基于这样的背景,你认为青年设计师最可贵的品质是什么?促成青年设计师蓬勃成长的因素是什么?


梁穗明:说到青年设计师最可贵的品质,我认为是韧劲,还有不断学习、吸收新信息、新知识的热忱。

对于设计师来说,最重要的是保持创造的责任感,在设计过程中不断地思考和创造空间的灵魂,赋予空间生命力,同时,也要保持社会责任感。作为设计师,不能只满足于做好看的房子,还要尝试用设计去影响改变人们的生活方式,参与到一种新文化的产生之中。

社会的发展和更替,为我们提供了很多能充分发挥设计、改变人的行为的机会,设计师的角色不再是别人的附庸,而是具有独立人格的个体,我们有理由也有义务以设计作为工具,向社会宣扬我们的生活主张。

AXD:我们喜欢到青年设计师设计的空间中去生活与体验,这是为什么?你的设计出发点是什么?

梁穗明:不同年龄阶段与生活阅历的人,对美学和艺术的理解会有所不同,因此在年轻一代设计师的作品中,就会呈现出不同的生活态度。

就设计而论,只存在看待世界的视角和维度的不同,至于设计是否合适使用的属性与氛围,没有对错之别。而人类是一种喜欢用不同视角尝试生活的群体,我们喜欢到青年设计师设计的空间中去生活与体验,因为那里有生动、鲜活、符合时代进步的动因。

在职业生涯中,我喜欢将目光投向设计表象后面的设计师的观点,去理解设计师的立场。因为,决定作品成败的不是“对与错”这样的是非标准,而是对空间属性与生活之间关系的理解。在实际面对项目时,设计师应该更多关注项目本身的特质、需求、造价、社会形象等等复杂因素的平衡。它们可能是具有完全不同的功能和风格的空间,需要切换不同的角色、年龄,去代入空间,去思考这个空间背后的使用人群的核心需求,这才是根本的。当空间设计触动到人们心灵的时候,就是空间内在意欲为何的特质。

AXD:你在设计的学习和思考的路途中,着眼于什么?

梁穗明:在设计过程中,首要关心并接受的是一个项目自身的制约,找出项目的症结及其轻重缓急,这些问题了熟稔于心之后,才可能找到解决方案。不考虑问题,空想解决方案,只能是白费力气。

这个阶段还谈不上具体的设计,也就是说,在处理设计范畴的造型、空间、光线和运动之前,我们必须抽丝剥茧,从复杂的要求中觅到精髓,剥离次要的抽象部分,不断简化,找准关键问题,才可以各个击破,在这个过程中,应该不断回头,清晰地认识到问题的症结所在。

因此,整个过程从复杂开始,不断简化,直到最为精简,随后,在设计的具体开发和细节处理上再次回归复杂。基于这个原因,贝聿铭老先生曾经说过:“一笔能解决的问题,为什么要费两笔呢?”

AXD:你如何面对自己曾经成功的经验?

梁穗明:我很少去关心和理解“成功”这个词,因为每一个项目都会面临新的问题和挑战,对我来说,它们都很珍贵的。

AXD:你认为空间气质来源于建筑本身,还是来源于对空间属性从感性到理性的分析与表达?在设计中你对内外结合的灰空间更关注,还是对于功能空间更关注?

梁穗明:我认为,空间气质的来源是建筑本身与空间属性感性到理性分析表达的结合。我在设计中,内外结合的灰空间与功能空间会同时考虑。没有主次之别,只有角色的不同。

在设计的过程中,人为意志有主观和客观之分,而空间设计与艺术创作的不同在于:艺术家不用“再现事务”,可以直接地表达事物,所呈现出来的创作结果,是艺术家对物质特性的反映以及人为存在意志的表现。然而,设计师并不能以主观意识的直接表达作为创作的依据,必须更深一层的体会客观精神,探究事物的本质,以人造物作为客观意识的表达。

设计的责任就是层层剖析问题,即使答案已经昭然若揭,也必须反复推敲,考虑空间使用者的需求、功能、美学、预算,甚至房屋随着使用时间推移等等问题。思考各种因素,寻求比合理更优秀的方案。

AXD:在社会越来越视觉化和生活方式巨变的当下,青年设计师面对今天的设计环境,应该怀有什么样的立场?
梁穗明:设计的价值在于它能成为社会进步的工具,设计师是为个人与社会的福祉而努力的一群人。今天的设计环境不仅要求设计是漂亮的,更要让大众感受到更美好生活的呼唤。路易斯・康曾经说过:好设计应该达到“增一分太多且减一分太少,直至完全无法加以更动改变”的境界。我想,这是设计师应该怀有的立场吧。
