MVRDV入围四川宜宾五粮液门户区概念设计方案国际征集

MVRDV联合中国建筑西南设计研究院与德勤咨询 (成都)，成功入围五粮液门户区概念设计方案国际征集。此番评选为资格预审阶段。接下来，MVRDV将携联合体单位与另外四家入围团队开启应征阶段的设计工作。

MVRDV, in collaboration with China Southwest Architecture Design and Research Institute and Deloitte Consulting (Chengdu), was announced a shortlist in the International Design Competition for Wuliangye Gateway Area in Yibin, Sichuan. 5 teams from 77 international competitiors were shortlisted after the Pre-qualification phase, and will work on the concept design in the following months.

五粮液门户区位于四川省宜宾市，设计区域为五粮液行政区南侧，东邻航天路，西至第七包装车间，南临岷江，北接古塔路。统筹研究范围约600亩，其中概念方案设计范围约316亩。地上建筑规模约19.7万平方米。

The Wuliangye gateway area is located in Yibin City, Sichuan Province. The site is located in the south of Wuliangye administrative district, adjacent to the Hangtian Road to the east, the seventh packaging workshop to the west, the Minjiang River to the south, and the Guta Road to the north. The integrated study area is about 242.8 hectares, within which the scope of the conceptual scheme design is about 127.8 hectares. The gross floor area of above-ground buildings is about 197,000 square meters.

拥有4500年酿酒历史，号称“中国酒都”的宜宾地处“一带一路”建设、长江经济带发展、新一轮西部大开发和成渝地区双城经济圈建设等国家重大战略交汇叠加区域，多重机遇蓄势待发。现就五粮液门户区面向全球优秀设计机构征集具有前瞻性和创新性的概念设计方案，旨在提升宜宾白酒文化国际影响力，征集具有世界眼光、国际标准、宜宾特色的设计方案，以最先进的理念和国际一流的水准推动五粮液门户区的规划建设。把宜宾建设成为社会主义现代化的国家区域中心城市，彰显宜宾特色，打造集国际一流酒企形象门户区、酒文化体验中心、非物遗产演示场所三位一体的国家级工业旅游生态示范基地具有重要战略意义。

With 4,500 years of brewing history, Yibin, known as the "Liquor Capital of China", is where significant national strategies under implementation, including the One Belt and One Road Initiative, the new round of Western China regeneration, the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle, and where has great potential of growth. The Wuliangye gateway area is now open to the world's best design institutions for the most forward-looking and innovative designs to enhance the international influence of Yibin's liquor culture. With designs of global vision and Yibin characteristics, the development of Wuliangye gateway area will further accelerate the modernization of Yibin and will help to establish a national industrial tourist and ecological demonstration base that integrates the portal of a world-class liquor brand, a wine culture experience center, and a demonstration site of intangible cultural heritage.

MVRDV was set up in 1993 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands by Winy Maas, Jacob van Rijs and Nathalie de Vries. MVRDV engages globally in providing solutions to contemporary architectural and urban issues. A research-based and highly collaborative design method engages experts from all fields, clients and stakeholders in the creative process. The results are exemplary and outspoken buildings, urban plans, studies and objects, which enable our cities and landscapes to develop towards a better future.

Early projects by the office, such as the headquarters for the Dutch Public Broadcaster VPRO and WoZoCo housing for the elderly in Amsterdam lead to international acclaim. 250 architects, designers and other staff develop projects in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative design process which involves rigorous technical and creative investigation. MVRDV works with BIM and has official in-house BREEAM and LEED assessors. Together with Delft University of Technology, MVRDV runs The Why Factory, an independent think tank and research institute providing an agenda for architecture and urbanism by envisioning the city of the future.
