Changsha is the sunset at the head of Orange Island, the ink fragrance of Yuelu Academy, the autumn scenery of Aiwan Pavilion and the distance of Mawangdui; Changsha has a wonderful and exclusive media, an unlimited creative literature and art, a vibrant business, and a vision of international attributes... When the traditional thick and contemporary light, the humanistic calm and creative boat go with the flow, it depicts the artistic life space of East, West, and ancient and modern blend on the humanistic coordinates of the city.
绿城中国TOP序列凤起系的第十座作品——绿城·凤起麓鸣落址江畔南湖新城金融外滩，对望岳麓书院、橘子洲头，将山水洲城尽收眼底。项目以“江舸山林，引江入园”的规划布局思考，营造仪式感十足的归家礼序。
The tenth work of Phoenix Rise in the Top Rank of the Oasis City in China - The Oasis · Phoenix Rise and Fall is located at the Financial Bund of the South Lake New City on the riverside, looking at Yuelu Academy and Juzizhou Head, and taking a panoramic view of Shanshui Island City. The project is based on the planning and layout of "River Ge Mountain Forest, River Diversion into the Park" to create a ritual order of returning home.
映入眼帘的是接待区里艺术家李丹妮的作品《引》。这一艺术装置用现代的艺术构思结合长沙的非遗项目棕编工艺进行创作，发光的书塔形象高耸于水面上，仿佛江边常亮的灯塔，引领着观者前往人文的殿堂。
The work of Li Danni, an artist in the reception area, was introduced. This artistic installation is created with modern artistic conception combined with the palm knitting technology of the intangible cultural heritage project in Changsha. The luminous book tower image stands on the water, like a lighthouse always lit by the river, leading the audience to the hall of humanity.
手作区以香薰体验打开嗅觉记忆，书吧区域则采用了弱对比色调，呈现静谧轻松之感，通过材质的不同碰撞，衬着阳光和绿荫的洗礼，将轻松愉快的氛围充盈整个洽谈区，在这里寻找到城市之中的安静与放松。而3.6米高的通顶书柜中，则以文学书籍浸润出大家对美好生活的向往。
The handicraft area opens the olfactory memory with fragrance experience, while the book bar area uses weak contrast colors to present a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Through the collision of different materials and the baptism of sunlight and shade, the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere fills the entire negotiation area, where you can find peace and relaxation in the city. In the 3.6 meter high open top bookcase, people's yearning for a better life is infiltrated with literary books.
穿过长廊，湘江大讲堂气势不凡，书柜上陈列的《四库全书》已成为绿城集团的一大文化标志。一层中最独特的景观非那条以“湘江江河”为灵感，并结合绿植的垂直楼梯莫属，它就像一条条蜿蜒的水道带我们汇入美好生活的新世界。
Through the corridor, the Xiangjiang Lecture Hall is very impressive. The Siku Quanshu on the bookcase has become a major cultural symbol of the Green City Group. The most unique landscape on the first floor is the vertical staircase inspired by "Xiangjiang River" and combined with green plants. It is like a winding waterway leading us into a new world of beautiful life.
顺“流”而上，二层空间更加开阔明朗。洽谈区里咖啡香气氤氲四起，富于艺术造型的家具以上乘的质感与精致调性烘托出鲜活的当代表情。
Along the "flow", the second floor space is more open and clear. The coffee aroma in the negotiation area is full of fragrance, and the superior texture and exquisite tonality of the furniture rich in artistic modeling contrast the fresh contemporary expression.
整个空间的高潮在步入观江厅那一刻降临，如同奏响的华彩乐章，壮丽的湘江景色从无边界的全景落地窗中四面袭来，令人有种泪盈于睫的震撼。此观江功能平台是一个可在二层与三层间自由升降的装置，以长沙市花“杜鹃”为艺术灵感，天花结合现代科技，能随时间开阖，如同花瓣般围合盛放、引景入室。
The climax of the whole space came at the moment of entering the river viewing hall, just like the colorful music played, the magnificent Xiangjiang River scenery came from all sides of the borderless panoramic French windows, which made people feel shocked with tears. This river viewing function platform is a device that can rise and fall freely between the second floor and the third floor. Inspired by the Changsha city flower "Azalea", the ceiling combines modern technology to open and close as time goes by, like a petal, it is surrounded in full bloom and brings the scenery into the room.
步入第三层，空间氛围愈发静谧尊贵，为VIP活动、私人宴会、商务会谈和雪茄鉴赏等更为高阶私密的活动提供完美舞台。设计在此以一种低调优雅的方式静静烘托品质感，茶几、皮革抱枕、水晶器皿等细节于无声处熨帖着高阶生活方式的考究，而石材、金属、皮革等各种材质之间的碰撞也如同一曲当代颂歌，于时尚光影中折射着经典质感。
Entering the third floor, the space atmosphere becomes more quiet and noble, providing a perfect stage for VIP activities, private banquets, business talks, cigar appreciation and other more high-level and private activities. The design here quietly sets off the sense of quality in a low-key and elegant way. The tea table, leather pillow, crystal ware and other details are pressed in a silent place with the taste of a high-class lifestyle. The collision between various materials such as stone, metal, leather is also like a contemporary anthem, reflecting the classic texture in the fashionable light and shadow.
铂晶艺术品《源》作为休息区与私宴餐厅之间的链接点，也以自身的通透性表现出灯光的灵动变幻，令人如入光影棱镜，每一个不同面相都反射着关于高阶美好生活的模样。而如此轻盈优雅的室内氛围延伸到户外露台，宛如一阵清风拂面，恰将遐思归入自然天地的无穷。
As the link point between the rest area and the private dining hall, the platinum crystal art "Source" also shows the flexibility of the light with its own permeability, making it like a light shadow prism. Each different face reflects the appearance of a high-level good life. And such a light and elegant indoor atmosphere extends to the outdoor terrace, just like a breeze blowing your face, which just puts reverie into the infinity of the natural world.
