The New | 西单更新场

西单更新场是城市广场与地下商业空间结合的更新改造项目，是城市更新复杂矛盾下的一个小型项目实践。该项目采取非商业建筑的设计方法，聚焦公共场所营造，通过打破地面的物理及概念界限，将公共领域与商业空间融为一体。隐身景观的设计借鉴了中国古典文化和场地历史的隐喻，形成兼具独特美感与文脉关联的再生城市景观。
This project is a regeneration of an urban plaza and an underground commercial space, a small project of larger issues in urban renewal. With an institutional approach to commercial architecture that focuses on public place-making, the design reunites once divided urban and commercial spaces by breaking physical and conceptual demarcation of the ground and merging public realm with commercial spaces. Nested in lush landscape, the hidden destination carries metaphoric references to Chinese ideas and the site's history to ensure that the resurrected place is aesthetically distinctive and contextually adaptive.

vivo人工智能全球研发中心借用重力法则，探索在垂直建筑空间里的城市场所营造。一条城市空间廊道斜穿场地，两个三角塔楼分倨两侧，形成一个山谷格局。三角形的体量将大尺度开放空间和公共功能沉淀于扩大的底层，同时把其它较小型开放空间提升到拥有开阔视野的高空，并且利用倾斜的体型为各层提供通常在高层建筑里少有的户外平台。建筑和周边水网共同构成一幅山水图景，为未来感的建筑增添一份诗意。
This high-rise workplace project explores urban placemaking in vertical architecture. Two trigonal towers anchor the site and flank a diagonal urban corridor in a mountain-valley formation. Following gravity rules, the pyramidal volumes gravitate diverse social programs and large-scale open spaces at the expansive bases of the ground-bound buildings for public access, while at the same time lifting smaller, open spaces skyward to enjoy obstructed views and populate the cascading surfaces with outdoor terraces that are not typically available in a high-rise environment. The architecture and watery context depict an abstract Chinese landscape painting and add a poetic touch to the futuristic workplace.

联想全球总部（北京）园区的突出特征是它的一系列开放空间和与众不同的城市性，以及一如既往的公共空间策略。该项目是北京郊区办公园区中少有的一个公众可自由进入并分享其公共领域和便利设施的工作场所。秉持对立统一的设计理念，该项目寻求以空间和形式语言，在工作任务与休闲娱乐、秩序与活力、效率与创造力、工作与场所之间建立互补的二元机制，回应当下工作场所的动态挑战。
The Lenovo campus features a matrix of courtyard spaces and exhibits a great level of urbanity with an invariable public space approach. It is arguably the first and only corporate facility in the otherwise typical suburban software park that encourages unrestricted public access to most of its ground and welcomes public uses of its many public spaces and amenities. The design highlights and responds to the dynamics of the workplace by structuring a set of contradictory yet complementary relationships between 'task and play', 'order and vitality', 'efficiency and creativity' and 'work and place' with an architecture of spatial and visual dualities.

赣州之门位于赣州市新CBD核心区，毗邻宽阔的章江及中央绿地，以220米主楼及花园叠落的裙房形成国际化、绿色生态的城市客厅。靓丽的赣南地貌风景及“包容共生”的客家土楼文化，在设计中文章天成地衍化为总体布局形态及建筑的高耸中庭，其简洁、具有张力的地标形象及丰富灵动的室内外空间场景体验，是城市的一张鲜明名片。
This project is located at the core of the new central business district (CBD) in Ganzhou and adjacent to the Zhangjiang River and the central greenbelt. It forms an international, green and ecological city lounge with its 220m-high tower and the roof garden podiums. We naturally integrated the beautiful landscapes in southern Jiangxi and the inclusive and symbiotic culture of Hakka earth buildings into the overall layout and the towering atrium of the building. It has become a distinctive city card by virtue of its concise landmark image and rich scenario experiences indoors and outdoors.

北京华熙Live集文化传播、购物体验及时尚运动为一体，是辐射到北京市西区及周边的城市级体验式商业中心。“运动”这一元素作为建筑语汇贯穿各部分设计中，零售建筑与公园景观、中心广场与室外商业街构成完整的环形动线，在视线和可达性上力求最优。广场景观不仅延伸了现有绿化设施基础，更是为社区居民提供了一个可举办各种演出、聚会、滑板、攀岩等丰富多样户外活动的潮流圣地。
The Huaxi Live incorporates culture, shopping and sports to create a dynamic, energetic and unique retail destination serving West Beijing with architecture and landscape design inspired by a 'sports' theme. Park and retail components are seamlessly integrated by extending architectural elements into the park with cohesive paving design, strong visual connections and grand access points. The Park is an extension of the existing greenbelt and provides the community with flexible outdoor spaces for events and festivals, including an outdoor amphitheater, skateboarding park, rock-climbing area, and playgrounds.

Beijing Hopson One | 北京合生汇

北京合生汇位于城市中最具活力的区域，其优越的地理位置是该项目最大的优势之一，地块南侧面向城市主干道，东西向跨度300多米。该项目可视作周边区域的“城市枢纽”，接驳两条地铁线路及公交总站，并在东侧与一大型医疗机构相接。通过“相融”、“交互”与“渗透”的设计理念置入城市公共界面，旨在创造一个更具活力、跨代共融的家庭休闲娱乐目的地。
Hopson One is located in one of the most vibrant zones of downtown Beijing. The over the 300-meter south side of the land is on the primary city road. Hopson One takes the role of urban hub in the surrounding, as it connects two subway lines with three different entrances and one bus station terminal at the basement level. It also links to a local healthcare facility on one side. The design strategy was to implement ideas of 'Interaction', 'Interlocking' and 'Engaging' elements into public interfaces to creating dynamic, cross-generational and family-entertainment destination for the Beijinger.

佛山国瑞升平里延续了佛山的历史文化风貌与城市脉络，对项目用地范围内的传统建筑进行了修缮性保护和改造，并在此基础上通过对传统街巷尺度的塑造，运用骑楼、镬（锅）耳形山墙、雕花屋脊等岭南建筑元素，将新建筑与传统建筑、街区融合在一起。该项目在局部创新性地运用了现代建筑语汇与技术手段，力图贴近现代人的生活及消费模式，从而在延续历史文脉的前提下，为传统建筑及街区注入新的活力。
Foshan Glory Shengping Li is an extension of Foshan’s history, culture and urban context. The traditional heritage buildings on the site went through a protective renovation, and to integrate the new buildings with the traditional ones and blocks, we adopted the scale similar to the old alleys and elements of Lingnan architecture such as the sottoportici, auriform gables, and carved roof for designing the new structures. Meanwhile, the project innovatively uses modern architectural vocabularies and skills to stay on the cutting edge of lifestyle and bring new vitality into traditional neighborhoods while maintaining historical context and integrity.

宋庄镇是北京关于艺术创作不可或缺的记忆，在中国快速城市化的语境下，宋庄正在面对城市扩张及城市功能的转变。宋庄小堡艺术区改造项目位于宋庄镇的核心艺术区域，该改造项目是关于村庄身份转换的思辨。设计通过一条空间轴将特色鲜明的南中北三区串联在一起，形成一轴双翼三核心、两带多点带片区的发展结构和两横多纵的绿化网络，将艺术的出世与入世合为一体，重新定位小堡艺术区及其未来发展方向。
Songzhuang owns the significant memory of Beijing's artistic creation. In the context of China's rapid urbanization, Songzhuang is facing urban expansion and urban function changes. Xiaopu Art District is located in the core art area of Songzhuang, and its renovation is about the transformation of village identity. The design connects the distinctive south, middle and north areas through a spatial axis - forming a development structure with one axis, two wings, three cores, two belts, multi-point zones and a two-horizontal and multi-vertical greening network. The design repositions the Xiaopu Art District and its future development direction.

Fiture（魔镜）北京旗舰店的项目设计重新定义了运动场景，结合产品技术特性创造了革命性的体验环境。两个不同的VIP体验区，以及内置于弧形展示墙内的临时储物柜，给使用者带来了极大的便利。开放区域可提供适应性的零售体验，包括活动、课程和实时流媒体。设计运用数字化手法搭建了从办公室到家庭的不同使用场景，使顾客在不同环境空间内实现快速的体验转移。
The project redefines the sports scenarios and creates a revolutionary experience environment by combining with the technical characteristics of the product. Two distinct VIP areas and temporary lockers built in the cambered display wall bring great convenience to users. The open area can provide adaptive retail experiences, including activities, courses and real-time streaming media. The design leverages digital techniques to create different application scenarios from office to home - enabling customers to experience rapidly changing atmosphere in various environment spaces.

Microcity Renewal | 微型城市更新

CallisonRTKL北京办公室在其打印室设立了一个“让人释放压力”的乐高角落——让大家既可以利用碎片时间参与“乐高城市”的搭建以此来缓解工作的紧张感，又能通过乐高搭建模型进行项目方案的体块推敲。“乐高城市”的接力规则是：每个同事都可以随意发挥自己的想象力，或是在沙盘里新建作品，或是在已有基础上重新塑造……
We set up a LEGO corner for employees to release pressure in the photocopy room at our Beijing office, so that everyone can take odd moments to participate in the construction of 'LEGO City' to relieve the work tension and deliberate over project plans. The relay rule of 'LEGO City' is that everyone can create new models or remodel the existing ones in the sand table using their imagination.
