‍石家庄中海·汇德里位于北纬38°的河北石家庄市，所在桥西区系二十年的城市核心区，整区基建配套完善成熟。

Shijiazhuang Zhonghai Huidli is located at Latitude -38° north of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. It is located in the Qiaoxi District, which has been the urban core area for 20 years, and the whole area has complete and mature infrastructure facilities.

但城市目前处于更新状态，融合北纬38°的原始自然风貌，在城市更新背景下演绎居水、伴林的差异化豪宅。

一方水加之两旁异形树池，建筑体态得以延续，前场演绎礼仪规制。微风轻拂之时，灵动感与庄重感悄然并存。

目光所及皆为风景，回折向内的视线通廊，“方形盒子”好似魔方重构，或组合，或重叠，自然而然演绎着绿与石的秘境。
