本案建筑共有10层，在功能的划分上，根据业主需求，1层为对外的接待大厅与路演厅，2-6层作为企业联合办公空间以及对外共享空间，集团内部的办公空间和企业展厅则放置在7-10层。

作为故事开场的一层空间，设计相对素净，北厅为建筑主入口，通过适度放低视觉的层高与弧形墙面结合，柔化了整体空间，红蓝两色的应用源于对企业logo的提取，让空间更具备识别性。

As the first floor space of the story opening, the design is Pure. The north hall is the main entrance of the building, which softens the overall space by appropriately lowering the visual height of the floor and combining with the curved wall. The application of red and blue colors originates from the extraction of the corporate logo, making the space more recognizable.

南厅为大型多功能厅，利用原建的空间落差将楼梯与看台结合打造成了可灵活布置的现场演艺空间。渐落式的天花吊顶，将左右视觉层高相对拉低，墙面视觉塑造与水泥墙面造型的相互结合，让整体空间的厚重感与企业精神完美融合。

The South Hall is a large multi-functional hall. The stairs and the stands are combined to create a flexible live performance space by using the space gap of the original building. 一层空间不仅仅是竞中心，更是对外开放、商务洽谈的公共空间，利用全新空间理解打破了科技公司的刻板印象，彰显了竞网开放包容，活力自信的社交属性。

竞网办公前台位于9层，设计师运用木纹冲孔铝板孔径的大小与底部灯光进行视觉叠加，形成独特的企业背景墙，水泥板的应用让带有商务氛围的前台回归自然化的情景，营造放松而富有沉淀感的氛围。

The front desk of Jingwang office is located on the 9th floor. The designer uses the size of the aperture of the wood grain perforated aluminum plate to visually superimpose the bottom light to form a unique corporate background wall. 楼板的挑空将9-10层贯穿为一个整体，雕塑感的楼梯作为空间纽带赋予空间向上而生的力量，不仅成为内部之间快速沟通的途径，同时塑造企业空间的记忆标识。

在整体办公层的营造上，设计师赋予了更多颜色及元素的变化。各层之间通过主题色进行区分，以植物与自然元素的应用达成空间的统一，增加空间探索乐趣。

以开放性的工位为主，用天花造型与讨论区作为软式隔断进行空间属性划分，围绕空间核心，创造开放情景下的新办公模式，摆脱组际间的限制，各区之间彼此交融，鼓励没有界限感的思想碰撞。

每一层都单独增设了公共的水吧休闲区域，运用鲜明的色彩与娱乐设施，增添空间乐趣的同时模糊各个公司之间的界限。
