Walking in the streets and alleys of Hangzhou, it is like swimming in the middle of a picture. This city facing water is not only attracting attention due to the power of science and technology, but also attractive because of cultural innovation. Hangzhou Poly Tianhui Sales Office Project is located in the core area of Binjiang, Hangzhou, where high-tech industries gather and the geographical position is superior. Taking "time" as a guide, the HWCD design team tries to explore the different dimensions of time and space, and set sail to the future. It not only retains the city's gentle and elegant cultural temperament, but also reflects the spirit of the times for the city's future self-renewal.

THE OVERLAPPING AND SYMBIOSIS OF HISTORY AND FUTURE
整体空间流线，舍弃体块分明界限清楚的功能划分，以自由开放的形式布局。宽阔通透的疆域，兼具冥思遐想和自由交流的多维度空间，时光自然流动，思想亦自在游弋。
The overall space streamlines, abandons the functional division of the block with clear boundaries, and adopts a free and open form of layout. A wide and transparent territory, a multi-dimensional space for contemplation and free communication, time flows naturally, and thoughts roam freely.
接待前厅将贯穿于城市的古今融合流畅呈现，形成视觉的第一会面。天花空间的曲面螺旋形构犹如形成了一道时空隐喻，连结着城市的过去、现在与未来。
The reception hall will present the fusion of ancient and modern throughout the city smoothly, forming the first visual meeting. The curved spiral structure of the ceiling space seems to form a space-time metaphor, connecting the past, present and future of the city.
它如时光沙漏般缓缓流下，你既能在其中体会光为空间带来的隐喻，又能感受穿行于其间的微妙乐趣。
It slowly flows down like an hourglass, in which you can not only experience the metaphor that light brings to the space, but also feel the subtle fun of walking through it.
沙盘区的整体构造承接空间形态，形成一个自洽的环形区域。
The overall structure of the sand table area undertakes the spatial form and forms a self-consistent annular area.
围合的独立弧形实体墙以精确的扭曲变形，融合沙盘底部经典的正圆形线条，从而打破了人们对空间的预设性感受。时间与空间，重叠、重置、又重生。
The enclosed independent arc-shaped solid wall is precisely distorted and deformed, and integrates the classic circular line at the bottom of the sand table, thus breaking people's pre-set feeling of space. Time and space overlap, reset, and regenerate.

建筑大师奥斯卡·尼迈耶曾说过：“吸引我的是流动、感性的曲线。整个宇宙由曲线组成——爱因斯坦的弧形宇宙。”曲面使空间柔化而充满形态的隐喻，舞动中，是跃升、向上的姿态，更是人类浪漫怀想的层出不穷、绵延不尽。
Architect Oscar Niemeyer once said: "What attracts me is the flowing, sensual curve. The whole universe is composed of curves - Einstein's arc universe." The curved surface softens the space and is full of metaphors of form, dancing In the middle, it is a gesture of leaping and upward, and it is an endless and endless stream of human romantic thoughts.
洽谈区与水吧区结合，最大程度释放出空间。薄幕窗帘氤氲出空间的朦胧气质，设计上虚实相间、空灵清逸，自然尺度贯穿其中不曾抽离。
The negotiation area is combined with the water bar area to maximize the release of space. Thin curtain curtains entangle the hazy temperament of the space, and the design is a mixture of virtual and real, ethereal and elegant, and the natural scale runs through it and never separates.
特设沙发以半月形呈现，巧妙地将空间分割为几个相对有私密感的小型洽谈区。
The ad hoc sofa is presented in a half-moon shape, subtly dividing the space into several relatively private small negotiation areas.
软靠垫色调斑驳变化的绚烂中，有种时间维度的永恒之美。小型座椅以异形廓形处理，充满生趣。
In the splendor of the mottled and varied hues of the soft cushions, there is a timeless beauty in the dimension of time. The small seat is treated with a special-shaped profile, which is full of life.
水吧区在整体基调保持不变的基础上，流动、绵延的曲线结构将空间柔化，使画面充满轻盈的力量，让人沉浸于动态与变化感之中。
On the basis that the overall tone of the water bar area remains unchanged, the flowing and continuous curvilinear structure softens the space, making the picture full of light power and immersing people in a sense of dynamics and change.
在曲面的梦幻空间中游走，旋转楼梯予空间以灵魂，在平铺直叙中增添了韵律，呈现出一个有深度的空间。
Walking in the dreamy space of curved surfaces, the spiral staircase gives the space a soul, adding rhythm to the flat and straight narrative, presenting a deep space.
二层洽谈区将墙面置换为温润的木色材质，仅以极简的方式进行空间排布与陈列，但跃入云端的立柱显然串联起空间中每个功能区之间的相互张力。
In the negotiation area on the second floor, the walls were replaced with warm wood-colored materials, and the space was arranged and displayed in a minimalist way, but the columns that jumped into the clouds clearly connected the mutual tension between each functional area in the space.
空间形态的翻卷，亦形成一种神奇魔力，如被神秘的时空包裹，浸润于被环抱的柔软之中。

SUBTLE REMODELING OF THE GRAND AND THE TINY
空间需要用时间去解读，而光影是见证时间的诗。在空间游戏中，时间塑造的光影，是设计师最愿意重塑的表达。
Space needs time to interpret, and light and shadow are poems that testify to time. In space games, the light and shadow shaped by time are the expressions that designers are most willing to reshape.
隔与断不是一种符号，是客观存在的体量与表达，但它们的承载功能，却胜似任何符号。通过调整隔断的块面大小，其视觉通透性也在透与不透之间自如转换。形似屏风的弧形曲面立柱，赋予空间隔而不断的气质。
Separation and separation are not a symbol, but an objectively existing volume and expression, but their bearing function is better than any symbol. By adjusting the block size of the partition, its visual permeability can also be freely switched between transparent and opaque. The curved and curved column shaped like a screen gives the space a continuous temperament.
景与物，因与人的互动而和谐生姿。钱塘潮起，水天一色的奇景，在设计中转换为磨砂玻璃的半透明肌理与镜面材质的漫射，唤起空间的声响。
Scenery and objects are in harmony due to the interaction with people. When the tide rises in Qiantang, the spectacle of the same color of water and sky is transformed into the translucent texture of frosted glass and the diffusion of mirror material in the design, which evokes the sound of space.
当光遍布空间的每个角落，一切充满灵性。物体亲切地与光共舞，空间变为一个饱含光影力量的剧场，沉浸其中，体验设计所赋予的宏大与微小的平衡。
When light pervades every corner of space, everything is full of spirituality. Objects dance affectionately with light, and the space becomes a theater full of light and shadow power. Immerse in it and experience the balance between the grand and the small given by the design.
