HOK’s interiors team developed an overall palette of indigenous and sustainable materials, including black walnut wood, blackened steel, oil rubbed bronze, and white and charcoal stone, reminiscent of the smoky, soulful aesthetic of Nashville. The soft blues, greens and grays of the nearby Cumberland River add depth to carpets, drapery and artwork.

White marble accents, wood-paneled walls and black marble columns create a sophisticated lobby space. Geometric stone floors, a hallmark of Four Seasons, provide a prominent design at reception. Eclectic living room style seating, hand-tufted area rugs and custom satin brass and polished bronze chandeliers fill the lobby. A prominent sculpture carved from Tennessee hardwood sits behind reception.

Residences range from studios to three-bedroom units with open floor plans for an expansive feel. Larger units and two penthouses include balconies that blend into the building’s glass facade. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide breathtaking views of Nashville and the Cumberland River.

The foyer in each unit includes decorative lighting, a custom millwork unit, coat closet and adjacent powder room. Bespoke bookshelves with black walnut wood and blackened steel accent the kitchen. Strategically placed hallways and doors block direct views into the primary bedroom and bathroom, providing privacy.
