室内设计师

Interior Designer

岗位职责：

1 独立或与团队协作完成概念设计和方案设计；

2 提供施工图审核、现场美学督导等服务；

3 准备各阶段成果递交文件，包括图纸，文本，效果图等；

4 安排和记录客户、供应商和项目会议；

5 与业主团队高效沟通，确保项目按计划推进；

6 参与协调设计过程中出现的技术问题。

Responsibilities:

1 Independently or in collaboration with the team to complete the conceptual design and scheme design;

2 Provide construction drawing review, on-site aesthetic supervision and other services according to the needs of the project;

3 Prepare deliverables according to contract requirements; Arrange, prepare and record client, supplier and project meetings;

4 Effectively communicate with clients to ensure the scheduled progress of the project;

5 Participate in coordinating and solving technical problems in design processes.

任职要求：

1 正能量、积极主动、有以结果为导向的思维；

2 有创造性思维, 能够在设计总监的带领下独立承担项目设计工作；

3 优秀的沟通与协调能力;

4 有3年以上公建项目的设计经验，有海外留学经历或知名设计公司经验者优先；

5 建筑学、室内设计或相关设计专业本科或以上学历；

6 精通CAD，SU, ID, Rhino等专业软件。

Requirements:

1 Positive and pro-active, results-oriented thinking;

2 Creative thinking and excellent design ability, able to undertake project designs independently under the direction of design director;

3 Excellent communication and coordination skills

4 3+ years of professional practice working experience on civic projects, overseas study and working experience in well-known architectural/interior design offices is preferred;

5 Architecture, interior design, or other design major Bachelor degree or above;

6 Proficiency in professional software, such as CAD，SU, ID, Rhino and etc.

助理室内设计师

Assistant Interior Designer

岗位职责：

1 参与概念设计和方案设计，提供有创意的设计；

2 配合施工图审核等各阶段的设计工作；

3 参与制作汇报文本、递交成果和会议纪要等工作文件。

Responsibilities:

1 Participate in and assist in conceptual design and scheme design of projects, and provide creative and imaginative design;

2 Cooperate with construction drawing review and other stages of design work;

3 Prepare working documents such as presentation report, deliverables and meeting minutes.

任职要求：

1 积极乐观，有自驱力和事业心；

2 有创造性思维和优秀的方案设计能力；

3 1年以上公共建筑项目的设计经验，有海外留学经历或知名设计公司经验者优先；

4 建筑学、室内设计或相关设计专业本科或以上学历；

5 精通SU, ID, CAD, Rhino等专业软件。

Requirements:

2 Creative thinking and excellent design ability;

3 1+ years of professional practice working experience on civic projects, overseas study or working experience in well-known architectural offices are preferred;

实习生

Intern

任职要求：

1 思维活跃清晰，充满想象力和创造力，具有出色的设计能力和学习研究能力；

2 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力，具备较强的执行力，能够配合快速的工作节奏;

3 建筑学、室内设计或相关设计专业本科或以上学历在校生或应届毕业生;

4 熟练使用SU, ID, AI, PS, CAD, Rhino, Grasshopper等软件及插件;

5 实习期不短于2个月。

Requirements:

1 Active and clear thinking, imaginative and creative, excellent design, and learning ability;

2 Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability with strong execution, can work on a fast pace;

3 Architecture, interior design, or other design major Bachelor degree or above, current students, or recent graduates;

4 Proficient in software and plug-ins: like: SU, ID, AI, PS, CAD, Rhino, Grasshopper etc.

5 Minimum 2 months internship.
