杭州钱江南岸承载着这座城市对未来的寄望，彼岸的清雅细软，愈发彰显滨江区充满朝气的脉动与生机。城市新贵们以独立而自省的审美意识，正在悄悄改变对于人居生活的精致选择。星耀中心这套户型设计，完整了他们对大平层居住形态的认知，在诠释品质生活的同时，也无声进行了一场年轻族群与时代审美之间的空间对话。

The south bank of the Qianjiang River in Hangzhou carries the city's hope for the future, and the elegance and softness on the other bank increasingly demonstrates the vigorous pulse and vitality of the Binjiang District. With an independent and introspective aesthetic consciousness, urban upstarts are quietly changing their exquisite choices for residential life. The apartment design of Xingyao Center completes their cognition of the large flat-floor living form. While interpreting the quality of life, it also silently conducts a spatial dialogue between the young ethnic group and the aesthetics of the times.

整体设计构筑了年轻群体对于奢宅生活的当代理想。公共区域开放式动线，使得客餐厅与各卧房间的布局得到释放，利用平稳格局、大面积落地窗和通透的走廊打造简洁有序的平面逻辑，也因此拥有舒适的通风和采光。
The overall design has constructed the contemporary ideals of young people for luxury house life. The open circulation in the public area releases the layout of the guest dining room and the bedrooms. The smooth layout, large floor-to-ceiling windows and transparent corridors are used to create a simple and orderly plane logic, and therefore have comfortable ventilation and lighting.

不同色阶的暖灰色调相互调和，营造出空间的和谐韵律，安静而精致。多元材质在综合艺术手法表现下，更为丰盈，一种隐逸奢华的气质缓缓展现而出。
The warm gray tones of different gradations harmonize with each other, creating a harmonious rhythm of the space, quiet and delicate. The diverse materials are more abundant under the comprehensive artistic techniques, and a secluded and luxurious temperament is slowly revealed.

步入大堂，克制而沉稳的设计手法，以及材质间疏密有序的逻辑关系，令人即刻进入充满仪式的生活序章。
Stepping into the lobby, the restrained and calm design techniques, as well as the dense and orderly logical relationship between the materials, make one immediately enter the prologue of life full of rituals.

玄关简明而逸静，细节陈设在动静之间寻找纵向的空间平衡，以流动姿态唤起生活共感。
The porch is simple and quiet, and the details are arranged to find a vertical spatial balance between the movement and the stillness, and evoke a sense of life in a flowing posture.

客餐厅融为一体，与窗外的光景紧密相连，光感灵动，隽永舒怡。
The guest dining room is integrated, closely connected with the scenery outside the window, the light is agile, and it is timeless and comfortable.

拥有闪电状纹理的新古堡灰大理石地面，与同色系地毯相搭配，为整体空间奠定柔和温蕴的基调。与玄关相连的背景墙面成为视觉中要，威尼斯棕大理石带着自身蔓藤石纹肌理，让流动的线条仿佛都带有独特的私人标签，光影交错，透露出对未来的寄望和可能。低沉隐语的镜面灰玻璃立在客厅两侧，从不同角度延展空间的视觉构成。
The new castle gray marble floor with lightning-like texture, matched with the same color carpet, lays the soft and gentle tone for the overall space. The background wall connected with the hallway becomes the central point of the vision. The Venetian brown marble has its own vine texture, making the flowing lines seem to have a unique private label, and the light and shadow are interlaced, revealing the hope and possibility for the future. Mirror gray glass with deep lingoes stands on both sides of the living room, extending the visual composition of the space from different angles.

The furnishing details use artistic techniques to render an independent and free life context, which is the rhythm and the topic.

餐厅虽与客厅共融，但巧妙地运用不同材质和灯光，衔接出流露自然之感的场域。
Although the dining room is in harmony with the living room, different materials and lighting are used cleverly to connect the field with a sense of nature.

山纹黑胡桃木墙面从玄关延展至餐厅，长桌后侧纯净如晨光微曦的鱼肚白岩板，让光影在此产生迷离的朦胧感。明暗起伏有致，韵律多变且和谐。
The mountain-grained black walnut wall extends from the entrance to the dining room. The back of the long table is as pure as the white stone slab of fish belly in the morning light, which makes the light and shadow produce a blurred and hazy feeling here. The light and dark are undulating, the rhythm is changeable and harmonious.

半开放式书房在客厅延伸处，三面透光的环境为阅读和办公提供优质氛围，带有自然气息的鱼肚白岩板清净雅致，深色陈设多了份沉淀后的气韵。
The semi-open study is in the extension of the living room. The three-sided light-transmitting environment provides a high-quality atmosphere for reading and office. The natural-scented white stone slabs of fish maw are clean and elegant, and the dark furnishings have more sedimentary charm.

卧室空间分别位于客餐厅两端。沿着走廊往内，主卧静谧有序，呈现出精致简洁的美学气质。浅灰色床品搭配皮革墙面，阳光在彼此间形成隐隐的虚实对比，让人更为放松惬意。简约家居和灯具造型，构造出静默安然的视觉感受。窗边不可或缺的独立沙发和茶几，引导出居室时光的另一层含义。
The bedroom spaces are located at both ends of the guest dining room. Along the corridor, the master bedroom is quiet and orderly, presenting a refined and concise aesthetic. The light gray bedding is matched with the leather wall, and the sunlight creates a faint contrast between the real and the virtual, which makes people more relaxed and comfortable. Simple home furnishings and lighting fixtures create a quiet and peaceful visual experience. The indispensable independent sofa and coffee table beside the window lead to another meaning of the time in the room.

衣帽间与主卫贯通连接，层次分明，谱写出生活的私密桥段。
The cloakroom is connected to the main guard, with distinct levels, composing a private bridge of life.

与主卧一墙相隔的空间则用深蓝色营造出沉静理性的卧房观感，真丝材质又为这种冷静增添奢华质感，串联出室内的情感主线。
The space separated from the master bedroom by a wall uses dark blue to create a calm and rational bedroom look. The silk material adds a luxurious texture to this calmness and connects the emotional main line of the room.

将设计的本意回归居住者本身，用理性缔造空间，用感性柔化边界。星耀中心这套为年轻人设计的奢享住宅，将成为现实生活和理想未来的温实桥梁。
The original intention of the design is returned to the occupants, the space is created with reason, and the boundary is softened with sensibility. Xingyao Center, a luxurious residence designed for young people, will become a bridge between real life and ideal future.

GFD广飞设计，创立十余年，专业致力于地产/酒店/商办/高端私宅设计。两位设计总监均毕业于中国美院，深造于米兰理工大学和伦敦艺术学院，并有长期丰富的教学经验，主创团队皆来自于国内外专业设计院校。
GFD Guangfei Design, founded more than ten years ago, specializes in real estate/hotel/commercial office/high-end private house design. The two design directors both graduated from the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts and furthered their studies at the Politecnico di Milano and the London School of Art, and have long-term and rich teaching experience. The main creative teams are all from professional design colleges and universities at home and abroad.
旗下分设广飞设计与千渡家居，搭建整合优质设计跟全球产品资源，作品分布于国内各大城市，近年来亦在纽约/悉尼/温哥华/洛杉矶/香港分别有高端私宅一体化定制设计。
Its subsidiaries are Guangfei Design and Qiandu Home Furnishings, which integrate high-quality design and global product resources. The works are distributed in major cities in China. In recent years, they have also customized high-end private home integration designs in New York/Sydney/Vancouver/Los Angeles/Hong Kong.
