诸如蒋介石、孔祥熙、宋子文、陈立夫等，在有“东方巴黎”之誉的十里洋场上海都拥有豪华别墅。他们经常在繁忙工作之余，乘沪宁快车到上海度周末，过着纸醉金迷的生活，孙科也不例外。他是孙中山的独子，早年就留学于美国加利福尼亚州立大学、哥伦比亚大学研究院，获得硕士学位。
