This is a unique space in the city of Valencia. It has a history of more than 100 years, including marble floors, Nora sidewalks, wood paneling and gypsum ceilings. The architects came across a partially remodeled house. The three spaces in the best state of protection, as well as the space recovered by the studio through action, are the dining room with beautiful Nora floor, the living room with outstanding shape, and the learning area where Antonio Cortina's paintings welcome us when entering. The main requirement of customers, which they shared with them from the very beginning, is to retain all these original elements and make minimal changes to the space to ensure that the house adapts to the new era, has new facilities, open space and all the comforts of the current house.

The area where the current kitchen is located is a space carefully designed by the architect, because it must become the link between the new space and the original space of the house. A series of panels are used to integrate kitchen area, bedroom door, entrance, bathroom, laundry and other parts of the cabinet. The system they used to design these panels was very similar to the system used in the original panels in the study area, which integrated doors, cabinets and shutters. For owners, the kitchen must be an important area of the house, because they like to cook, and they want it to be closely related to the living room area and the rest of the house. The kitchen designed in cooperation with Valencia Mobalko consists of a pillar area, which is integrated into the wallboard system, and a middle island as the central element of the space.
