江山云起项目位于浙江义乌江岸，宾王客运中心原址之上最繁华的地段，又兼纳一线江景与百万平方江滨绿廊，是义乌新高端住宅的创新范本。DIA丹健国际受托为本项目设计示范区及会所、公区、样板房等，用一贯的“从空间入手”的设计方式，为义乌揭示一种对话世界繁华生活的居住体验、未来高端人居趋势的探索。

The Jiangshan Yunqi Project is located on the bank of the Yiwu River in Zhejiang Province, the most prosperous area above the original site of the Binwang Passenger Transport Center. It also includes a first-line river view and a million-square-meter riverside green corridor. It is an innovative model for new high-end residential buildings in Yiwu. DIA Danjian International was entrusted to design demonstration areas, clubs, public areas, model houses, etc. for this project. With the consistent design method of "starting from space", Yiwu revealed a living experience that talks to the prosperous life of the world, and high-end living in the future. Exploring trends.

雲 CLUB


一切始于对自然的深思熟虑与感知。雲CLUB作为江山云起整体项目核心理念的输出载体，通过探索人与自然景观对话的诗学，将空间语言作为表达工具和阅读理想生活的关键，从项目的感官之始便开始传达江山云起的江滨气象与奢居精神。这种度假酒店式的含蓄优雅赋予项目天然的高端圈层属性。

It all starts with deliberation and perception of nature. Cloud CLUB is the output carrier of the core concept of Jiangshan Yunqi’s overall project. By exploring the poetics of dialogue between man and natural landscape, using spatial language as an expression tool and the key to reading ideal life, it begins to convey Jiangshan Cloud from the beginning of the project’s senses. The rising riverside atmosphere and the spirit of luxury living. This resort-style understated elegance endows the project with a natural high-end character.

在设计关键词的梳理过程中，设计团队将关注点停留在“社区意识”上，这种意识被理解为一个动态的过程，先有散的形态：虚化、环流。再有集的状态：叠加、共享，最终形成丰富的观感层次。
In the process of sorting out the design keywords, the design team focuses on the "sense of community", which is understood as a dynamic process, with the first form of dispersion: blur and circulation. Then there is the state of set: superposition, sharing, and finally forming a rich level of perception.














通过对各功能区之间的视线和动线进行梳理和编辑，在平面上生成各个空间功能区对应的中央控制点。大洄游的动线设计，调整了人与人之间的密度，有效界定了各个空间界面。

Through combing and editing the line of sight and moving line between each functional area, the central control point corresponding to each spatial functional area is generated on the plane. The design of the moving line of the great migration adjusts the density between people and effectively defines each spatial interface.









社区大堂和洽谈空间以“满载之舟”的形态为视觉中心，同时虚拟化空间边界关系，释放空间尺度和强化视觉张力。设计强调光与自然的引入，大面积的落地窗将疏朗的景观引入室内。光线和自然景观将在时间的变化中，自由的游走并穿插于内部。而中轴对称的布局形态，将诗性的社区仪范外显，构画了一处极具归心感的空间。
The community lobby and negotiation space take the "boat with full load" form as the visual center, and at the same time virtualize spatial boundary relations, release spatial scale and strengthen visual tension. The design emphasizes the introduction of light and nature, with large areas of floor-to-ceiling Windows bringing the landscape into the interior. Light and natural landscape will wander freely and intersperse the interior with the change of time. And the axisymmetric layout forms, the poetic community norms, construct a very sense of home space.









大手笔应用深色调的硬装材料，结合透光云石构成的立面体块，DIA设计师将“高级优雅”不动声色地写入项目基因。两个空间都在深色暖调基础上，以一抹暗红色点亮空间的东方韵味。
With the heavy application of hard decoration materials in dark tones, combined with the facade blocks made of transparent marble, DIA designers quietly wrote "high elegance" into the project DNA. Both Spaces are based on dark warm tones, with a touch of dark red light up the Oriental flavor of the space.

一道黑白共生的旋转楼梯，在强烈的材质感官差异中将客户导引向会所，便于访者通过感官的差别确立功能索引 。纯净的空间中，缀以红梅一支，去呼应满院含苞欲放。
A spiral staircase with black and white symbiosis leads the client to the club through strong material and sensory differences, which is convenient for visitors to establish a functional index through sensory differences. In pure space, compose with hongmei one, go echoing full courtyard is in bud.











也许旋梯间每处细节都可以被视为独立的微架构，也是空间中一个整体雕塑。悬挂的装置恰如风的形态，以自由的节奏向外旋转、散开。铺叙空间呼吸感与诗词感的同时，指引并连接来访者即将进入的下一个区域。
Perhaps every detail in the spiral staircase can be regarded as an independent micro-architecture, as well as a whole sculpture in the space. The hanging device is in the shape of the wind, rotating and spreading outwards with a free rhythm. While describing the sense of space breathing and poetry, it also guides and connects the next area that visitors are about to enter.

作为推崇高端生活品质的体验载体，雲CLUB的奢华更多体现在功能，而不仅仅在于形式。设计呈现了约1000㎡的未来业主的私享会所空间。这个空间中所有功能相互叠加、互相影响交互，皆因激发创造力以及提升圈层交往价值而存在。本区域设有恒温泳池及泳池吧、休闲区、影音室、瑜伽室、健身区、儿童体能训练区等。
As an experience carrier advocating high-end life quality, cloud CLUB's luxury is more reflected in the function, rather than just in the form. The design presents about 1000 square meters of private club space for the future owners. All functions in this space overlap and interact with each other for the purpose of stimulating creativity and enhancing the value of circle communication. This area has a heated swimming pool and swimming pool bar, leisure area, video room, yoga room, fitness area, children's physical training area and so on.

泳池和休闲吧、健身房可以相互对望形成有机互动，又因天窗获得柔和的天光，丝毫没有地下室常见的局促之感。
The swimming pool, leisure bar and gym can interact with each other, and the skylight provides soft daylight without the cramped feeling common in basement.











利用线条和色彩肌理重新定义空间结构。原本平淡无奇的空间，在柔软和坚实相交的情境中叠加与交互，空间开始纵横交错，丰富性油然而生。
Redefining the spatial structure with lines and color textures. The original plain space, in the soft and solid intersection of the situation superimposed and interaction, the space began to crisscross, richness arises spontaneously.











设计中使用低饱和度色彩的饰面和雾化玻璃来虚拟化边界，保留了视线和动线选择性流通的机会。而明亮的光线用于探索觉知的边界。
The design uses finishes of low saturation colors and atomized glass to virtualize boundaries, preserving the opportunity for selective flow of lines of sight and movement. And bright light is used to explore the boundaries of awareness.

提及义乌，第一印象便是国际商贸中心，是那些正在出发和归来着的无数天下义商。殊不知，这里的美学地标同样是引领城市国际化的一道风景，是重复的朝朝暮暮里的一道光。












- 揽江大宅，对望世界 -

地标本身，
就是对城市文明的述说。
江山云起坐落于义乌宾王客运中心原址，在历史浩荡中，见证着世界义乌人走出与归来的创举；更在这个时代，于义乌主江段仅有的地理位置，俯瞰一线江景。

于是，人与自然、人与城市、人与社会便成了此项目绕不开的设计主题。也正因此，一座座建筑以冲上云霄的姿态书写着这座城市的天际线，从连续性到独立性，审视着这瑰丽的江景，让大宅成为一场有的放矢的实践。

在义乌精粹之地，会客世界。在他们看来，真正的城市封面宅邸，已超然于一般项目的规整喧哗，而是如同艺术品般，找到属于自己的，自然而然的个性与完美。

面江第一排，

俯瞰风景，亦是风景。

由goa大象设计操刀的建筑以在自然中呈现细腻丰富的情感为主线：“整体造型像是一个垂直的盒子，这是自然选择的结果。高低错落、对位处理，就像每个体块都有韵律一样，呈现出节奏感。”设计师说。

从江潮的自然律动，找到了建筑灵感，他们让富有变化的错落立面成为整个项目的立体视觉，宛若矗立在江岸的演奏者，演奏着自成天然的韵律美学。

城市艺术画框

简单纯净的整体

“项目很特殊，正面没有一个开启扇。”这是塑造纯净的手法，也是建筑的艺术美学。面江正面的窗像一个个框景，框住了四时流传，也框住了天际线。开启扇都在侧面呈现，以保证建筑的利落纯粹，以及缔造前所未有的奢华。

DIA丹健国际是由中德多位设计师合伙成立的国际化设计团队。在深圳、上海、德国Herford均设有创作团队和顾问团队。
DIA Danjian International is an international design team established by a number of Chinese and German designers. There are creative teams and consultant teams in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Herford, Germany.
 
DIA主要从事高端酒店、办公、住宅、会所、商业空间、交通枢纽等公共空间的室内设计。承接项目多为一线开发商的顶级项目，拥有如华侨城苏河湾、融创北京壹号院、深圳湾壹号、杭州壹号院、上海华润外滩九里等一系列重量级作品，自成立起一直坚持自我、坚守品质、不随波逐流，并以其良好的信誉和稳健的作风赢得了业内一致赞誉。
DIA is mainly engaged in the interior design of public spaces such as high-end hotels, offices, residences, clubs, commercial spaces, and transportation hubs.
