坚固的红砖外观保持了联排别墅与纽约市丰富历史的联系，而设计师决定恢复联排别墅的标志性格局，在内部，三个层次的大小各不相同，以适应他们的角色，从私人，共享，到娱乐。专为年轻家庭设计，每个空间都由内部成长、放松和娱乐的需求塑造。每层楼都由一个纤细的楼梯间连接，该楼梯间过滤了顶层天窗的自然光。弯曲的棕色木材增强了它的流动性。

The solid red brick exterior maintains the townhouse’s connection to New York City’s rich history, while the designers decided to restore the townhouse’s iconic layout, and inside, the three levels vary in size to suit their roles, from Private, shared, to entertainment. Designed for young families, each space is shaped by the need to grow, relax and entertain within. Each floor is connected by a slender stairwell that filters natural light from the skylight on the top floor. Curved brown wood enhances its fluidity.

The textured shade of cream enhances the sense of calm and supports every level. In the master bedroom, the eye is drawn to the bespoke bed, with the headboard extending over a comfortable window bench. The master bathroom takes advantage of its spaciousness with a freestanding tub and two vanities. The kitchen space is designed to blend in with the surrounding furniture, with smooth marble freestanding countertops to maximize cooking and entertaining space. The adjoining dining space features steel framed windows that lead to the alfresco breakfast area. Below is a relaxing space that connects the casual lounge with an impressive outdoor patio.
