CCD是以做大体量项目著称，而这次却与以往不同。大梅沙洲际行政俱乐部是小体量、小精品，只有62间客房，然而CCD依然将园林景观、庭院贯穿整个建筑，水景、大树、草坪、天光始终围绕，体量虽小，却有极大的环境视野。

CCD is known for doing large-scale projects, but this time is different. Dameisha InterContinental Executive Club is a small-scale, boutique-style club with only 62 guest rooms. However, CCD still runs through the entire building with garden landscapes and courtyards. Great environmental view.

前庭院

深圳大梅沙京基洲际行政俱乐部，坐落于大梅沙壮丽的海岸线上，与海天一色。酒店从园林建筑、灯光到室内皆由CCD改造设计，由外而内紧密的衔接，人文回归自然的设计理念，设计师为这个城市创造了一次全新的居住体验。

Shenzhen Dameisha Kingkey Intercontinental Executive Club is located on the magnificent coastline of Dameisha, which is the same color as the sea and the sky. The hotel's garden architecture, lighting and interior are all designed by CCD. The close connection from the outside to the inside, and the design concept of returning to nature, the designer has created a new living experience for the city.

在改造过程中，CCD 没有过多地改变建筑，而是通过建筑方块造型来丰富，加入了水上长廊、前院水景、中空庭院、内院、无边界泳池、玻璃盒子、特色餐厅建筑盒子，并将原本分开的 L 型别墅建筑连接起来，各空间相通，营造出游园的体验感。

前院，CCD为酒店设计了一个玻璃盒子衔接水上长廊与大堂，盒子里采用“天圆地方”的元素展现出宏大气势。通透的玻璃盒子上空，围绕着木制格栅，阳光穿透下的光影丰富了空间的层次，也温暖了客人的入住体验。

In the front yard, CCD designed a glass box for the hotel to connect the water corridor and the lobby. The elements of "round sky and place" are used in the box to show the grandeur. The transparent glass box is above the wooden grille, and the light and shadow penetrated by the sun enriches the layers of the space and warms the guest's stay experience.

玻璃盒子

步入酒店大堂，正面海景映入。以“憩水之城”为题，打造了一个通透、壮阔的挑高大厅。搭配落地窗，大堂与海天丽景相接，引自然光流泻。在此处强调更多的是空间与海的关系，“海上无风时，波涛安悠悠”，一幅极具东方禅意的水墨画娓娓展开。

身居繁华之中，独善其身，守得一份宁静，是中国哲学之道的大乘境界。CCD将酒店内庭院与都市喧嚣隔绝开来，人在海天相接处，舒适自在。水景交融、绿植掩映下，钢、木、水、石、砖等天然肌理材质都渗透出岭南建筑风格的影子。

一方金陵，千面风流

随着生活质量的提高，人们对于度假的食宿追求已不单停留在物质上的享受，而会更注重个性化的体验，兼顾品质与个性的精品酒店自然成为了更多有着高追求的客户的选择。而传统概念中的星级酒店一般规模较大，其运营模式决定其客房数量过百，甚至上千，设计中同系化和模仿屡见不鲜，很难做出个性化、差异化和品质感。

对于南京苏宁钟山国际高尔夫酒店的设计，是一次边界的重塑。CCD基于南京古都的历史底蕴和酒店的历史文化，让每个区域空间以不同的主题，演绎着不同的故事，打造反标准化的产品，使其既有五星级酒店的环境，又体现出精品酒店对文化和品位的个性追求，探索建筑空间的更多可能性。

The design of Nanjing Suning Zhongshan International Golf Hotel is a reshaping of boundaries. 大堂黑色的木纹材质、金色的天花与地面定制的石材拼花相辅相成。黑与金的色调搭配，在时空的交错中辉映南京的繁荣之风，古韵之情。独特的“八角形接待”区域，设计灵感来自于最具有民国特色的图形元素——八角形，延续古都文化的脉络构成，写就跨越时间、空间的咏叹调。

The combination of black and gold tones reflects the prosperity and ancient charm of Nanjing in the interlacing of time and space. 紫金阁中餐厅营造的则是中式的秩序之美，利用精致的屏风隔断来打造空间的层次感和仪式感。南京琉璃瓦的青，欧式的皇家蓝，家具的中国红，与过道墙面一幅幅连续的铜艺装饰，东西交融，造就消失在时间洪流中的锦绣繁华。

Zijinge Chinese Restaurant creates a Chinese-style beauty of order, using exquisite screen partitions to create a sense of hierarchy and ritual in the space. The blue of Nanjing glazed tiles, the royal blue of European style, the Chinese red of furniture, and the continuous copper art decoration on the aisle walls, blending the east and the west, create a splendid prosperity that disappears in the torrent of time.

Kurogi黑木日本餐厅，则不同于酒店大堂华丽的风格。以极简素材为基底，跳脱繁琐的设计和人工雕刻，以木结构建造的盒子搭配扁平风檐，庭院的建筑屋檐与建筑本身穿插，使整个建筑以低调的姿态融入自然中。从原木的桌椅和榻榻米包房，到特色的日式壁纸和肌理漆墙面，一步一景，处处呈现日本餐厅的传统高端雅致风貌。在这里设计师以“不着一字”的设计手法营造出繁华世间的留白。禅意、优雅、静谧，庭院的石头路、景观瓦墙给人诗意和舒适，留白以修其行，蕴含着设计师对此空间的想象。

Kurogi Kuroki Japanese restaurant is different from the gorgeous style of the hotel lobby. Based on minimalist materials, it escapes the cumbersome design and artificial carving. The box built with wooden structure is matched with flat eaves. The eaves of the courtyard are interspersed with the building itself, so that the whole building is integrated into the nature with a low-key attitude. From the log tables and chairs and tatami private rooms, to the characteristic Japanese wallpaper and textured lacquer walls, every step of the way shows the traditional high-end elegance of Japanese restaurants. Here, the designer creates a blank space in the prosperous world with the design method of "no word". Zen, elegance and tranquility, the stone road and landscape tile wall in the courtyard give people poetry and comfort, and the space is left blank for practice, which contains the designer's imagination of this space.

弥勒东风韵美憬阁精选酒店坐落于云南省弥勒市东风韵艺术小镇内，项目建筑在国内知名艺术家罗旭“拙，朴，真”的原生创意下，建筑形体圆润，敦厚朴实，像是经过了长时间的冲刷洗礼，又像是用一双拙朴的大手揉捏生成，以“一种躺着的巍峨”气势，安静的匍匐在红土地上。

Maitreya East Charm Hotel - MGallery Collection is located in the Dongfeng Yun Art Town, Maitreya City, Yunnan Province. The project is built under the original idea of "clumsy, simple and true" by the famous domestic artist Luo Xu. 所有客房的命名和创作，都致敬了云南本地的艺术——绘画、制陶、印染、谱乐和特产珍宝——美玉和宝珠，每一个细节都留有本土工艺的痕迹，它们都在悄悄地讲述自己的故事，将“暖”之温度、“真”之态度充分注入空间，展现了酒店“艺术话万物，灵感绘生活”的美学主张。

The naming and creation of all guest rooms pay tribute to the local arts in Yunnan—painting, pottery, printing and dyeing, musical scores and specialty treasures—beautiful jade and precious pearls. 郑忠 Cheng Chung

郑中室内设计（深圳）有限公司（Cheng Chung Design）的创始人，设计总监，并担任“ CTBUH世界高层建筑与都市人居学会首届室内设计评委会主席”，“ Frame Awards酒店设计类别评委”。

郑忠先生被誉为“资本圈第一时尚先生”，曾被授予“联合国文化大使”，“中国设计年度人物”，“名人堂名人堂成员”，广州美术学院教授，2019年胡润百富“产业领袖”等多个荣誉头衔。郑忠先生以“东意西境”的设计理念享誉国际酒店室内设计领域，通过CCD从2001年创立至今已获得包括室内设计界最高荣誉-“金钥匙” CCD（美国室内设计》杂志2019年的全球酒店室内设计奖）（最佳酒店设计奖杯）在最佳酒店设计内部内部的75项顶级国际奖，成为首家囊括全系列酒店设计奖的华人设计公司。百大排名中名列第三，综合排名亚洲第一。2019年荣登“亚洲品牌500强” ，2020年荣登“中国500最具价值品牌” ，均成为第一个也是唯一上榜的设计品牌。

胡伟坚 Ken Hu

Ken Hu 胡伟坚，硕士研究生学历。CCD香港郑中设计事务所合伙人/副总裁/副总经理/分管设计中心，拥有21年建筑和设计行业工作经验。

胡伟坚先生出生于广州，1964年7月4日恰好是美国独立日。1981年就读华南理工大学建筑学学士，硕士师从著名建筑师莫伯治院士学习现代建筑与中国传统庭院，并开始探求空间设计的真义。1988年至1992年任职于华南理工大学建筑设计研究院，参与完成广州南越王墓博物馆，获得中国建筑设计最高荣誉国家优秀设计金奖。

也是这时，在中国第一家国际五星酒店广州白天鹅宾馆的建设过程中，胡先生看到了什么是现代室内设计，也认识了HBA的创始人：Micheal Bedner先生，他推荐胡先生去最好的Savannah College of Art andDesign读室内设计硕士。由于学校良好的教育和全A优秀成绩，胡先生未毕业就于1993年底获HBA录取，成为洛杉矶总部的设计师。之后15年一直荣幸与他的另一位精神导师Bedner先生一起工作及学习西方酒店室内设计，并一起完成了众多知名的酒店，包括Beverly Hill Hotel、 Ritz Carlton Guangzhou、Four Season Wilshore等，并成为公司的合伙人。

2008年胡先生回到中国，加入了CCD的团队成为大学同学郑忠先生的合伙人，与郑忠先生并肩将CCD从中国设计带上国际化的新平台，完成众多国际品牌项目。CCD在2012年被美国Interior Design杂志评为Giant100排名全球第三的酒店设计公司，成为唯一进入全球前十名的亚洲公司。CCD设计的丽江铂尔曼酒店和重庆威斯汀酒店也虏获得最高的荣誉：Gold Key Award。由建筑师出身再到室内设计的胡先生，把本土文化与国际化相结合在参与过的许多跨国项目中，这些经历使他形成了独到的个人见解与对不同文化价值的适应性，以及对不同领域的商业实践。把这些学识运用到寻求创新的解决方案中，为胡先生所有的设计项目带来卓越的构思成果。

庄瑞安 Ray Chuang

庄瑞安 Ray Chuang，CCD香港郑中设计事务所副总裁、设计总监。纽约时尚设计学院完成室内设计学士学位，毕业后曾在多家国际知名的设计公司负责项目，其中包括国际知名的洛客玮尔设计集团（Rockwell Group）以及Jeffrey Beers International（JBI）等，后加入CCD香港郑中设计事务所。

庄瑞安获得过许多国际室内设计奖项，包括2007美国Hospitality Design 杂志设计竞赛, 2006美国Hospitality Design 杂志设计竞赛, 2006美国 IIDA设计竞赛, 2006美国Angelo Donghia 基金会设计竞赛, 2006 the P.A.V.E. 商业设计竞赛, 2005 Johnson & Johnson 设计竞赛与2005 Ronald& Anne 基金会设计竞赛等。
